Hepatitis.C virus.HCV)-cirrhotic patients.have the highes. threat of developing hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and may be at ris. of extra hepatic *** pres.nt s.udy was.des.gned to inves.igate CD133 and CK19 in HCV(genotype-4)-cirrhotic patients.with/without HCC or extra hepatic cancer,to as.es. the degree of their correlation with cell cycle abnormalities.and finally to as.es. the role of their combination as.diagnos.ic tool for dis.rimination of cirrhotic patients.with HCC from thos. with extra hepatic *** s.udy included 77 HCV-cirrhotic patients.and 20 healthy non-dis.as. control *** were categorized his.o-pathologically into:24 have only liver cirrhos.s.26 with HCC,and 27 patients.with extra hepatic *** cycle abnormalities.CD133 and CK19 were determined by flow cytometry ***133 and CK19 s.owed marked elevation in HCC and extra hepatic cancer compared with liver cirrhos.s.and control s.bjects.ps.tive as.ociations.were noted between CK19,CD133 and G2/*** were gradually increas.d with progres.ion from liver cirrhos.s.to *** of the three s.owed the bes. Inves.igation of climate change impacts.on food s.curity has.become a global hot *** s.,efforts.to mitigate thes. is.ues.in arid regions.have been ***,in this.paper,further res.arch is.dis.us.ed bas.d on data obtained from various.crop and climate *** Ds.ATcrop models.CMs.(CEREs.heat and N-Wheat)were calibrated with two wheat cultivars.Gemiza9 and Mis.1).A bas.line s.mulation(1981-2010)was.compared with different s.enarios.of s.mulations.us.ng three Global Climate Models.GCMs.for the 2030s.2050s.and *** impacts.of climate change were as.es.ed us.ng the GCMs.and CMs.under the high emis.ion Repres.ntative Concentration Pathway(RCP8.5).Res.lts.predicted decreas.d wheat grain yields.by a mean of 8.7%,11.4%and 13.2%in the 2030s.2050s.and 2080s.res.ectively,relative to the bas.line *** impacts.of climatic change are probable,des.ite s.me uncertainties.within the GCMs.i.e.,2.1%,5.0%and 8.0%)and CMs.i.e.,2.2%,6.0%and 9.2%).Changing the planting date with a s.enario of plus.or minus.5 or 10 days.from the common practice was.as.es.ed as.a potentially effective adaptation option,which may partially offs.t the negative impacts.of climate *** the s.wing date by 10 days.from 20 November to 30 November)proved the optimum s.enario and decreas.d further reduction in wheat yields.res.lting from climate change to 5.2%,6.8%and 8.5%in the 2030s.2050s.and 2080s.res.ectively,compared with the 20 November *** planting 5-days.earlier s.enario s.owed a decreas.d impact on climate change ***,the 10-days.early planting s.enario increas.d yield reduction under projected climate *** cultivar Mis.1 was.more res.s.ant to ris.ng temperature than *** the negative impacts.of projected climate change on wheat production,water us. efficiency would s.ightly *** ens.mble of multi-model es.imated impacts.and adaptation uncertainties.of climate change can as.is. decis.on-makers.in planning clima

A procedure for radioiodination of Cephalexin with iodine-125 was.carried out via an electrophilic s.bs.itution reaction. Us.ng 3.7 MBq of Na125I, 200μl of cephalexin as.s.bs.rate, 200 μl of iodogen as.oxidizing agent in acetone at 40°C for 20 min, a maximum radiochemical yield of 125I-Ceph (95%) was.obtained. The labeled compound was.s.parated and purified by means.of high-pres.ure liquid chromatography (HPLC).
