The spatial differentiation of land use changes of Tuticorin is studied using high resolution LIss III satellite imagery and Maximum Likelihood algorithms. The classification accuracy of 95.2% was obtained. In this study,the land use of Tuticorin is classified as settlement,salt pan,agricultural land,wasteland,water bodies and shrubs. The settlement area is increased to 4.6 km2 during the year 2001 and 2006. The settlement area change is mainly driven by growth of industries and migration of people from peripheral villages. shrub is increased to 3.63 km2 in the six year period. Water logging due to growth of shrubs in Tuticorin leads to several environmental and health hazard. This study warrants proper urban planning for Tuticorin for sustainable use of resource and environment.

Raman spectra of a complex perovskite system(Pb_(1-x)Ba_(x))(Yb_(0.5)Ta_(0.5))O_(3),x=0.0;0.1 and 0.2 have been studied at low temperature in the range of 10–250 *** fascination of the system is that it undergoes a crossover from a highly ordered antiferroelectric(x=0.0)to ferroelectric(x=0.1)to disordered relaxor ferroelectric(x=0.2).The nature of splitting that prevails in F_(2g)(≈60 cm^(-1)),F_(1g)(≈538 cm^(-1))modes and their gradual merging and disappearance with x indicates an orthorhombic symmetry for x=0.0 and a pseudo-cubic structure for x=*** mode at 420 cm^(-1) suggests the existence of rhombohedral distortion in all the *** soft mode behavior of the F2g modes has been analyzed by fitting the data with the power law ω_(s)=A(T_(C)-T)^(β).

Objective:To obtain Iuteolin and apigenin rich fraction from the ethanolic extract of Cynodon dactylon(L.)(***) Pers and evaluate the fraction's cytotoxicity and anti-Chikungunya potential using Vero ***:The ethanolic extract of *** was subjected to silica gel column chromatography to obtain anti-chikungunya virus(CHIKV) *** phase-HPLC and GC-Ms studies were carried out to identily the major phytochemicals in the fraction using phylochemical *** and the potential of the fraction against CHIKV were evaluated in vitro using Vero *** in viral replication was assessed by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) after treating the viral infected Vero cells with the ***:Reverse Phase-HPLC and GC-Ms studies confirmed the presence of flavonoids,luteolin and apigenin as major phytochemicals in the anti-CHIKV ethanolic fraction of ***- The fraction was found to exhibit potent viral inhibitory activity(about 98%) at the concentration of 50 μg/mL as observed by reduction in cytopathic effect,and the cytotoxic concentration of the fraction was found to be 250 μg/***-PCR analyses indicated that the reduction in viral mRNA synthesis in fraction treated infected cells was much higher than the viral infected control ***:Luteolin and apigenin rich ethanolic fraction from *** can be utilized as a potential therapeutic agent against CHIKV infection as the fraction does not show cytotoxicity while inhibiting the virus.

在皮革生产的常规脱毛工艺过程中，原料皮都将遭受到强烈的化学处理，而这一强烈的化学处理通常是由于使用了石灰和硫化钠所致。硫化物之所以能够起到脱毛的作用，是由于它能够破坏存在于毛发和表皮中的角蛋白上的双硫健，因此能够使得毛和表皮从生皮上脱落下来。石灰作为一种碱性物质，由于能够清除蛋白聚糖中的大部分粘多糖、皮肤结缔组织间的纤维间质。因此能够起到松散皮纤维的目的。而作为一种町替代常规化学脱毛法的酶脱毛方法，由于其具有环保效益（酶脱毛方法避免了石灰和硫化物的使用），近年来得到了快速的发展。虽然使用石灰和硫化物的化学品脱毛处理与使用酶制剂的酶脱毛处理，其目的都是为了去除非胶原蛋白和蛋白聚糖，以达到松散胶原纤维的目的，然而，两种方法的机理却是截然不同的。任本项研究中，我们对具有保毛脱毛作用的细菌碱性蛋白酶的酶脱毛机理及作用进行了详细的研究，并将具与具有毁毛脱毛作用的化学脱毛法进行了对比。通过对生化成分的定量分析表明，按两种处理方法处理后的脱毛皮中的胶原蛋白含量相当，而酶脱毛皮中的蛋白聚糖含量相比石灰一硫化物脱毛皮中的蛋白聚糖含量有显著的减少。且这一实验结果也通过对脱毛皮的断面使用不同染色泫的组织化学观察和免疫组织化学染色法观察（可检验核心蛋白聚糖的去除情况），得到了进一步的验证。另外，高效液相色谱分析也表明，核心蛋白聚糖已差不多完全被细菌蛋白酶所分解。因此，在本项研究中，我们可以得出这样的结论：在酶脱毛工艺过程中，核心蛋白聚糖的蛋白降解及随之引起的蛋白聚糖的去除对于胶原纤维束的松散具有十分重要的作用。

In first stage of each microwave receiver there is Low Noise Amplifier（LNA） circuit,and this stage has important rule in quality factor of the *** design of a LNA in Radio Frequency（RF） circuit requires the trade-off many importance characteristics such as gain,Noise Figure（NF）,stability,power consumption and *** situation forces designers to make choices in the design of RF *** this paper the aim is to design and simulate a single stage LNA circuit with high gain and low noise using GaAs FET for frequency of 4 *** design simulation process is done using ANsOFT designer.A single stage LNA has successfully been designed with 8.53 dB forward gain and 1.26 dB noise figure at frequency of 4GHz.

人们正不断关注皮革工业带来的环境问题已成为必然，开发以酶为基础的加工过程，有效地替代因化学品产生的污染物。本研究中，利用细菌碱性蛋白酶制剂开发了一种保毛脱毛工艺，完全消除石灰和硫化物。为了评价酶作用过程的功效，与传统的石灰-硫化物和用商业酶制剂以减少石灰和硫化物用量的酶助脱毛过程进行了两组对比试验。与两组对比试验相比，所开发的酶脱毛工艺中毛完全脱除所需时间缩短至6小时。因脱毛过程使用浸渍法，而避免使用硅酸盐载体。脱毛裸皮经组织学和扫描电镜分析，结果表明毛和表皮脱除完全，真皮和网状层纤维结构得到适度松散，而胶原术受损。成革质量良好。此方法明显减少了化学需氧量（COD）、生物需氧量（BOD）、总不溶物（Tss）和总悬浮物（TDs）的排放负荷。与对照体系系相比，试验所得成革的物理化学研究结果表明与对州试验柑当或优干对照样。因此，与传统脱毛工艺拥比，所开发的酶脱毛工艺具有更环保的潜力。

随着人们对于制革工业的环境影响的关注日益加强，使得发展酶制剂代替造成污染的化学品进行制革工艺生产成为必要。在本研究中，采用一种细菌碱性蛋白酶的保毛工艺实施酶脱毛，彻底的杜绝使用石灰和硫化物。为了评价酶脱毛工艺的效率，我们对两个对照样进行了广泛的研究：一个是传统的石灰一硫化物工艺，另外一个是在减少石灰和硫化物的情况下添加酶制剂的酶脱毛工艺。我们开发的工艺较之对照样，在6小时内即可达到完全酶脱毛，缩短了脱毛时间，同时，由于酶脱毛依靠浸渍法从而避免使用硅酸盐载体。对脱毛后的皮进行组织学和扫描电子显微镜分析发现酶脱毛工艺可以完全除去毛和表皮，并且可以适当打开真皮层的纤维结构。胶原并没有被破坏，成革质量令人满意。该工艺很大程度上减少了废水排放，例如生化需氧量、化学需氧量，总溶解固体，总悬浮固体都降低了。物理化学性质的研究也表明酶脱毛工艺得到的皮革质量与对照系统的皮革质量相当，甚至超过后者。所以，发展酶脱毛工艺进行绿色脱毛模式对于面对环境压力的制革行业来说，具有深远的影响。

This paper reviews the recent progress in the understanding of the dynamics of Pb(B_(1/2)B0_(1/2))O_(3)-type relaxor ferroelectrics using of broadband micro-Brillouin scattering spectroscopy,which covers a large frequency range from 1 to 1000 GHz by a tandem multi-pass FabryPerot inter*** contrast to Pb(B_(1/3)B0_(2/3))O_(3)-type relaxors,there is no frustration on the B-site of perovskite structure and the degree of order of B-site cations depends on heat *** softening of sound velocity and an intense central peak are observed above the Curie temperature TC owing to the polarization°uctuations in polar nanoregions(PNRs).Unlike the Pb(B_(1/3)B0_(2/3))O_(3)relaxors,Pb(B_(1/2)B'_(1/2))O_(3)does not undergoes a typical diffuse phase transition without lead vacancies on A-site which enhances *** the(1-x)Pb(B_(1/2)B'_(1/2))O_(3-x)PbTiO_(3)solid solutions,the long range polar order increases as the PbTiO_(3)content ***,a central peak owing to dynamic PNRs still remains even for the composition near the MPB,and a critical slowing down is clearly observed in the vicinity of TC.
