In case of manufacturing hexahedral ABs (Acrylonitrile Butadiene styrene) plastic components using a FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)-based 3D printer, undesirable shape errors occur in the product due to heat shrinkage. This paper experimentally ob-served the influence of the bed temperature change on the deformed shape errors of a hexahedral specimen of 100 × 50 × 50 mm3 produced by using a 3D printer. During printing work, the head nozzle temperature was kept at 240?C and the head speed was set at 50 mm/s. The chamber was enclosed with a PC-plate. 3D printing was conducted at four different bed temperatures;50?C, 70?C, 90?C, and 110?C. After the produced specimens naturally cooled down to room temperature, their deformed shape errors were measured. As a result, the higher the bed temperature, the lower the deformed shape errors of the specimens were. However, if the bed temperature had exceeded 120?C, laminating adhesion became poor. That seems to occur because of the material phase change and can make 3D printing work very hard as a consequence. Results of this study can be helpful to set optimum bed temperature condition in FDM additive manufacturing.

Malawi has one of the highest rates of HIV prevalence in the world, and accounts for 4% of the total number of people living in sub-saharan Africa with HIV. Approximately one million people in Malawi were living with HIV in 2016, with 24,000 HIV-related deaths. The Option B+ program, first implemented in Malawi, aimed to initiate ART for all pregnant women, regardless of their CD4 cell count or disease stage. This study serves to analyze and assess the effectiveness of Option B+ retention, in relation to the facilitation of how various social and cultural barriers were handled. A literature review of 29 publications was conducted. Careful evaluation of various studies indicates that although there is a myriad of reasons explaining low levels of retention, the women who were at the highest risk for low retention were young pregnant women who were treated on the same day of HIV-diagnosis. solutions focused around women and their partners or communities showed promising evidence of success in increasing adherence, as these strategies likely provided women reliable social and emotional support to address major barriers to retention such as a lack of support from male partners, ineffective education from healthcare workers, or stigma towards their HIV disclosure statue.

Brassinosteroid （BR） regulates diverse physiological and devel- opmental processes in plants （Choudhary et al., 2012）. BR binds to the receptor kinase BRI1 to trigger a phosphorylation/ dephosphorylation cascade, which includes phosphorylation of Brassinosteroid signaling Kinase 1 （BsK1） and Constitutive Differential Growth 1 （CDG1） by BRI1, phosphorylation of BsU1 by CDG1, and dephosphorylation of BIN2 （a GsK3-1ike kinase） by BsU1 （Kim et al., 2009, 2011; wang et al., 2014）. Almost all the downstream components of BR signaling are encoded by multiple genes of a family.

The histopathological diagnosis of gastric mucosal biopsy and endoscopic mucosal resection/endoscopic submucosal dissection specimens is important,but the diagnostic criteria,terminology,and grading system are not the same in the East and west.A structurally invasive focus is necessary to diagnose carcinoma for most western pathologists,but Japanese pathologists make a diagnosis of cancer based on severe dysplastic cytologic atypia irrespective of the presence of *** the Vienna classification was introduced to reduce diagnostic discrepancies,it has been difficult to adopt due to different concepts for gastric epithelial neoplastic *** pathologists experience much difficulty making a diagnosis because we are influenced by Japanese pathologists as well as western *** is geographically close to Korea,and academic exchanges are ***,Korean doctors are familiar with western style medical *** a result,the terminology,definitions,and diagnostic criteria for gastric intraepithelial neoplasia are very heterogeneous in *** solve this problem,the Gastrointestinal Pathology study Group of the Korean society of Pathologists has made an effort and has suggested guidelines for differential diagnosis:(1) a diagnosis of carcinoma is based on invasion;(2) the most important characteristic of low grade dysplasia is the architectural pattern such as regular distribution of crypts without severe branching,budding,or marked glandular crowding;(3) if nuclear pseudostratification occupies more than the basal half of the cryptal cells in three or more adjacent crypts,the lesion is considered high grade dysplasia;(4) if severe cytologic atypia is present,careful inspection for invasive foci is necessary,because the risk for invasion is very high;and(5) other structural or nuclear atypia should be evaluated to make a final decision such as cribriform pattern,papillae,ridges,vesicular nuclei,high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio,loss

反思韩国儒家文化的当代表现

受中国文化的影响和自身选择及发展之需,韩国形成了一个比中国还要典型的儒家文化社会。从20世纪60年代开始,韩国加快了现代化进程,在政治、经济、文化等方面取得了较大进步,这其中必然有儒家思想的积极因素在起作用。但韩国对儒家思想从来没有彻底予以反思。从古至今,韩国社会不仅注重形式和拘泥于名分,而且受儒家观念影响强化了韩国人的家国意识和集体意识,过分强调血缘、地缘、学缘,极度强化男尊女卑的理念等等。这些因素都不利于当代多元化社会的健康发展,并成为韩国进入名副其实的先进国家的障碍。最近,中国社会出现了儒家文化复兴热潮,对于这种儒学热,我们应该理性看待,要吸取历史的教训,有选择地继承。

As the first step of thermodynamic investigation on the Mn-V-O oxide system,phase equilibria of the Mn-V-O systems under controlled atmosphere have been experimentally investigated in the temperature range from 1200 to 1600°C and in the range of logp O 2 from-6 *** following phases have been observed;molten oxide,manganosite（MnO（s.s.））,spinel（MnV 2 O 4（s.s.））,and vanadium trioxide（V 2 O 3（s.s.））.It was found in the present study that oxygen partial pressure has a significant effect on sub-solidus phase equilibria,in particular for solubility limit of intermediate phase（e.g.,MnV 2 O 4（s.s.））.Once the phase equlibria of the Mn-V-O system was obtained,a subsequent thermodynamic investigation for the MnV 2 O 4 spinel phase was followed to measure the Gibbs energy of formation of the spinel phase employing chemical equilibration *** standard Gibbs free energy of formation of the MnV 2 O 4 spinel phase was calculated from the equilibrium compositions of elements in liquid iron or liquid copper,and thermodynamic parameters available in the *** the information obtained in the present study,a stability diagram of Fe-Mn-V-O system was constructed which can be used as an inclusion stability diagram.

Propagating acoustic waves on a culture substrate regulate the directional collective cell migration

According to historical observed data for the runoff into the Poyang Lake, the analysis of runoff into the Poyang Lake about 50 years was conducted. The results showed that the five rivers runoff for the influx into the Poyang Lake, were decreased since 2002, and the runoff decline phenomenon like this has appeared in the 60’s and 80’s. About the runoff annual distribution, the uneven distribution was detected. The sum of the monthly runoff from April to July account for 46%9% about the entire year, and in the dry season, the sum of the monthly runoff from October to next year January only account for 12%3%. About the each monthly runoff series of the five rivers from 1956 to 2008, it was observed that during the flood season the dispersion coefficient of the series is small, and in the non-flood season the dispersion coefficient of the series is bigger. It illuminated that the monthly runoff series were changer in the non-flood than the flood season and the increased human activities may be the major factor.

Collective cell migration plays a critical role in physiological and pathological processes such as development,wound healing,and *** studies have demonstrated how various types of chemical,mechanical,and electrical cues dictate the collective migratory behaviors of *** an acoustic cue can be advantageous because of its noninvasiveness and biocompatibility,cell migration in response to acoustic stimulation remains poorly *** this study,we developed a device that is able to apply surface acoustic waves to a cell culture substrate and investigated the effect of propagating acoustic waves on collective cell *** migration distance estimated at various wave intensities revealed that unidirectional cell migration was enhanced at a critical wave intensity and that it was suppressed as the intensity was further *** increased migration might be attributable to cell orientation alignment along the direction of the propagating wave,as characterized by nucleus *** actin bundles indicative of a high traction force were observed in cells subjected to propagating acoustic waves at the critical *** device and technique can be useful for regulating cellular functions associated with cell migration.
