BACKGROUND Congenital transverse deficiencies are horizontal deficiencies of the long bones that occur with a reported incidence as high 0.38%.They can occur alone or represent a manifestation of a various clinical *** has tradi-tionally comprised of conventional radiography and prenatal imaging *** has been much advancement regarding prenatal imaging modalities to allow for early diagnosis and appropriate *** To summarize the current state of knowledge on congenital transverse limb deficiencies and to provide an update regarding the radiographic evaluation of congenital transverse limb *** This IRB-exempt scoping review followed the PRIsMA-scR checklist for scoping reviews *** search engines were searched for a total of 265 *** authors reviewed these during the screening *** these,51 studies were included in our *** magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),3D Ultrasound,and multidetector Computed tomography(CT)exist are emerging modalities that have the potential to improve *** Use of the appropriate classification system,three-dimensional ultrasonography with a maximum intensity projection,and appropriate use of prenatal MRI and prenatal CT can improve diagnosis and inter-provider *** Further scholarly efforts are required to develop improve standardized guidelines regarding the pre-natal radiographic evaluation of congenital limb deficiencies.

In storage service, data de-duplication is a specialized technique for eliminating duplicate copies of repeating data in storage. Especially, client-side de-duplication has more merits than server-side deduplication since they can improve both the space efficiency and the communication bandwidth. For secure client-side de-duplication, we need a way to prove the ownership of a file to be stored. In the upload step,the server should verify the ownership of a client to give the right of the file without uploading it. On the contrary, the client also want to verify the retrievability for the file since he will delete it from his storage after protocol execution. Existing proof of ownership techniques have been designed for server's need. In this paper, we first point out that we need the second property in client's view point, and give a very simple and practical solution which can support the server and the client to prove that they have the same file. we first describe a generic strategy which can help us to construction a bi-directional and concurrent proof of ownership technique from an ordinary proof of ownership technique, and then give an efficient hash-based scheme with security proof in the random oracle model.

To the Editor:septic pulmonary embolism (sPE)is a rare type of nonthrombotic pulmonary embolism,in which, emboli-containing pathogens and purulent material admixed with fibrin thrombus embolize to the pulmonary artery, causing pulmonary embolism with focal lung infection. Embolization from this complex results in stenosis and/or obstruction of small pulmonary vessels,which frequently causes pulmonary *** is usually associated with the use of infected central venous catheters and with endocarditis, septic thrombophlebitis (including Lemierre's syndrome),and oropharyngeal infection. The use of central venous access port devices (CVAPDs)has increased rapidly worldwide because of their convenience and safety for patients who need repeated blood sampling or long-term continuous intravenous therapy such as chemotherapy,transfusion of blood products,fluid hydration,or parenteral nutrition.

supercritical water oxidation （sCwO） has been drawing much attention due to effectively destroy a large variety of high-risk wastes resulting from munitions demilitarization and complex industrial chemical. An important design consideration in the development of supercritical water oxidation is the information of decomposition rate. In this paper, the decomposition rate of dimethyl methylphosphonate（DMMP）, which is similar to the nerve agent VX and GB（sarin） in its structure, was investigated under sCwO conditions. The experiments were performed in an isothermal tubular reactor with a H2O2 as an oxidant. The reaction temperatures were ranged from 398 to 633℃ at a fixed pressure of 24 MPa. The conversion of DMMP was monitored by analyzing total organic carbon （TOC） on the liquid effluent samples. It is found that the oxidative decomposition of DMMP proceeded rapidly and a high TOC decomposition up to 99.99% was obtained within 11 s at 555℃. On the basis of data derived from experiments, a global kinetic equation for the decomposition of DMMP was developed. The model predictions agreed well with the experimental data.

Unidirectional solidification of pivalic acid （PVA）-ethanol （Eth） mixture was performed to examine whether an allowable range of primary dendrite spacing definitely exists at a given growth velocity and how the range is history-dependent. PVA-0.59 wt pct Eth was unidirectionally solidified in the range of growth velocity 0.5-64 μm/s at the temperature gradient of 2.3 K/ram. sequential change in growth velocity was imposed to determine the upper and lower limits for the allowable range of stable spacing. An allowable range of the steady state primary spacing was observed at a given growth velocity, and the extent of the range seems to be dependent on the degree to which step-increase or step-decrease in growth velocity is accomplished. As the degree of sequential change in growth velocity increases, the history-dependence of the selection for the primary dendrite spacing tends to disappear.

LED lighting has problems such as short life span, power reduction due to the LED chip's heat, and decreased luminance efficiency etc. Many studies on the optimization of the thermal performance of LEDs have been conducted actively to solve these problems. The present study changes the fin shape and intervals of various heat sink designs so that LED can effectively produce a thermal effect. The water-cooling heat release system and the heat pipe methods show higher thermal performance results than the existing systems; however, the system is of high cost and requires a large-scale apparatus. This study carried out a numerical analysis of the thermal control system by applying heat flux and heat sink properties as an active heat release system using the commercial code ANsYs ver. 13.0 and verified the validity of the new heat sink design for temperature distribution analysis.
