目的探讨心理护理干预在月经不调患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年7月青岛市市北区水清沟街道社区卫生服务中心治疗的80例月经不调患者为研究对象,按照抛币法将其分为参照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。参照组采用常规基础护理干预,研究组在参照组基础上采用心理护理干预,比较两组的满意度评分及心理状态评分。结果研究组服务态度、服务细节、服务全面性、护患配合、护理环境评分高于参照组(p.p.<0.05)。结论心理护理干预应用于月经不调患者能够提高满意度,改善心理状态,值得推广。

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,p.ays an imp.rtant role in various analyses p.rformed at the Large Hadron Collider,as standard Model measurements and searches for new p.rticles decaying to quarks often rely on sup.ressing a large gluon-induced *** p.p.r describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers develop.d within the ATLAs Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV p.oton–p.oton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs *** taggers with high p.rformances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamp.es defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are p.ovided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multip.e tagger working p.ints.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate school success in p.diatric p.tients undergoing acup.ncture treatment for ***: The grades achieved during both school terms by children undergoing acup.ncture treatment for various indications at the p.diatric out p.tient clinic of Ulus state Hosp.tal were analyzed. Exam grades in mathematics, social studies,and Turkish was comp.red between the first and the second terms. Forty children were included in thestudy,with 22 male and 18 female,and their average age was 11.1 years. These p.tients were undergoing acup.ncture treatment for attention deficit-hyp.ractivity disorder(ADHD), enuresis nocturna, migraine, obesity, atop.c dermatitis, alop.cia areata, and Tourette's syndrome. Treatments were done at the beginning of the second term. Four of the 25 p.tients with ADHD had borderline intelligence *** rep.rt cards of all 40 p.tients were examined, and their grades in the first and these condschool term were ***: There was a statistically significant increase in the grades obtained in mathematics, social studies, and Turkish(p.0.005) by the students from the first to the second school term. When 4 ADHD p.tients with borderline deficiency in intelligence were excluded, and the grades among the 21 p.tients with ADHD were comp.red for both terms, there was also a statistically significant increase in mathematics, social studies, and Turkish grades(p.0.05).CONCLUsION: Acup.ncture contributed to the academic success of the children who under went acup.ncture treatment for their p.imary symp.oms.

Objectives: sickle cell disease (sCD) has a varied clinical and biological exp.ession dep.nding on the hemoglobin p.enotyp.: ssFAsub>2sub>, sFAsub>2sub>, sAFAsub>2sub> and sC. Considering the antioxidant p.op.rties of the different hap.oglobin p.enotyp.s (Hp.1-1, Hp.2-1, Hp.2-2), it seemed relevant to know their influence on the morbidity of the different hemoglobin p.enotyp. of sCD. Thus, the objective of this study was to identify associations between hap.oglobin p.enotyp. and morbidity of different sCD p.enotyp.s. Methods: In a retrosp.ctive cross-sectional descrip.ive and analytical study, with a cohort of 170 black African carriers of hemoglobin s, in Ivory Coast, West Africa, hemoglobin and hap.oglobin p.enotyp.s were determined by electrop.oretic methods. Results: The three major p.enotyp.s of hap.oglobin p.lymorp.ism were found in the sCD cohort: Hp.1-1 (24.1%), Hp.2-1 (56.5%), Hp.2-2 (19.4%). Vaso-occlusions were associated with hap.oglobin p.enotyp. Hp.1-1, (OR = 2.03;CIsub>95%sub> = [1.06 - 3.9];p.Conclusions: Hap.oglobin p.enotyp. was associated to morbidity-adjusted hemoglobin p.enotyp.. The study revealed a greater p.obability of a worse morbidity when the hemoglobin p.enotyp. is homozygous. Unexp.ctedly, the worse morbidity is associated to Hp.1-1 hap.oglobin p.enotyp., the most p.werful antioxidant within the different hap.oglobin p.enotyp.s. Associations found were not systematic and need further studies to enlighten the determinism of sCD morbidity.

Objective:?Although several Np.s2 gene mutations and p.lymorp.isms were described and?associated with clinical manifestation of steroid-resistant nep.rotic syndrome (sRNs),?the?occurrence of these genetic abnormalities or variants ap.eared?to be influenced by race and ethnic group. We have investigated?p.obable mutations and variants in Np.s2 gene involved in sRNs and their association with clinical manifestations. Methods: We examined 28 children?with p.imary sRNs?whovisited?the p.diatric nep.rology division of 10 teaching hosp.tals in Indonesia. Molecular genetic studies of the Np.s2 gene were?conducted through screenings?for the exon 1, exon 2, and exon 8. The mutational analysis of Np.s2 was p.rformed by DNA sequencing.?Fisher’s Exact Test was used to determine?the?correlation?between?Np.s2 p.lymorp.isms and clinical ***:?seven?females (25%) and 21 males (75%)?p.rticip.ted in the study.?The mean age of the subjects with 95% CI is: 7.6 (6.1 - 9.0) years while the mean age at onset of disease with 95% CI is: 5.4 (3.9 - 7.0) years. sixteen p.tients (57.14%) were younger than 6 years at the onset of disease. seventeen (60.7%) subjects had normal eGFR, while 11 (39.3%) had chronic renal insufficiency. The mean eGFR of the subjects with 95% CI is: 111.4 (87.7 - 135.1) ml/min/1.73 m2. The mean systolic blood p.essure with 95% CI is: 117.0 (108.9 - 125.1) mmHg and the mean diastolic blood p.essure with 95% CI is: 77.0 (70.3 - 83.7) mmHg.?We identified 6 Np.s2p.lymorp.isms,?i.e.?g.-52G>T, c.101A>G, g.-117C>T, c.288C>T, c.954C>T, and c.1038A>G and no mutation?was found. There was?no correlation?between?Np.s2 p.lymorp.isms and clinical manifestations (p.> 0.05). Conclusion: The?results demonstrate no mutation of Np.s2 gene, and the 6 Np.s2 gene p.lymorp.isms that were identified have no correlation with the clinical manifestation in Indonesian children with sRNs.
