Image Fusion Based on Bioinspired Rattlesnake Visual Mechanism Under Lighting Environments of Day and Night Two Levels

This study,grounded in Waxman fusion method,introduces an algorithm for the fusion of visible and infrared images,tailored to a two-level lighting environment,inspired by the mathematical model of the visual receptive field of rattlesnakes and the two-mode cells'*** research presented here is segmented into three *** the first segment,we design a preprocessing module to judge the ambient light intensity and divide the lighting environment into two levels:day and *** second segment proposes two distinct network structures designed specifically for these daytime and nighttime *** the daytime images,where visible light information is predominant,we feed the ON-VIs signal and the IR-enhanced visual signal into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B channel,***,for nighttime images where infrared information takes precedence,the ON-IR signal and the Visual-enhanced IR signal are separately input into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B *** outcome is a pseudo-color fused *** third segment employs five different no-reference image quality assessment methods to evaluate the quality of thirteen sets of pseudo-color images produced by fusing infrared and visible *** images are then compared with those obtained by six other methods cited in the relevant *** empirical results indicate that this study's outcomes surpass the comparative results in terms of average gradient and spatial *** one or two sets of fused images underperformed in terms of standard deviation and entropy when compared to the control *** sets of fused images did not perform as well as the comparison in the QAB/F *** conclusion,the fused images generated through the proposed method show superior performance in terms of scene detail,visual perception,and image sharpness

Long-term operation optimization of circulating cooling water systems under fouling conditions

Fouling caused by excess metal ions in hard water can negatively impact the performance of the circulating cooling water system(CCWs)by depositing ions on the heat exchanger's ***,the operation optimization of CCWs often prioritizes short-term flow velocity optimization for minimizing power consumption,without considering ***,low flow velocity promotes ***,it's crucial to balance fouling and energy/water conservation for optimal CCWs long-term *** study proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model to achieve this *** model considers fouling in the pipeline,dynamic concentration cycle,and variable frequency drive to optimize the synergy between heat transfer,pressure drop,and *** optimizing the concentration cycle of the CCWs,water conservation and fouling control can be *** model can obtain the optimal operating parameters for different operation intervals,including the number of pumps,frequency,and valve local resistance *** experiments on cycle and environmental temperature reveal that as the cycle increases,the marginal benefits of energy/water conservation *** periods with minimal impact on fouling rate,energy/water conservation can be achieved by increasing the cycle while maintaining a low fouling ***,the proposed model has significant energy/water saving effects and can comprehensively optimize the CCWs through its incorporation of fouling and cycle optimization.

On n-universal quadratic forms over dyadic local fields

Let n≥2 be an integer. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for an integral quadratic form over dyadic local fields to be n-universal by using invariants from Beli's theory of bases of norm ***, we provide a minimal set for testing n-universal quadratic forms over dyadic local fields, as an analogue of Bhargava and Hanke's 290-theorem(or Conway and schneeberger's 15-theorem) on universal quadratic forms with integer coefficients.

Partial Collapsing Degeneration of Floer Trajectories and Adiabatic Gluing

In the present paper,we study partial collapsing degeneration of Hamiltonian-perturbed Floer trajectories for an adiabatic ε-family and its reversal adiabatic gluing,as the prototype of the partial collapsing degeneration of 2-dimensional(perturbed)J-holomorphic maps to 1-dimensional gradient *** consider the case when the Floer equations are s^(1)-invariant on parts of their domains whose adiabatic limit has positive length as ε→0,which we call thimble-flow-thimble *** main gluing theorem we prove also applies to the case with Lagrangian boundaries such as in the problem of recovering holomorphic disks out of pearly *** particular,our gluing theorem gives rise to a new direct proof of the chain isomorphism property between the Morse-Bott version of Lagrangian intersection Floer complex of L by Fukaya-Oh-Ohta-Ono and the pearly complex of L Lalonde and *** also provides another proof of the present authors’earlier proof of the isomorphism property of the Pss map without involving the target rescaling and the scale-dependent gluing.

Concise extraction and characterization of the pore-throat network in unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs: A new perspective

In this study,a new image-based method for the extraction and characterization of pore-throat network for unconventional hydrocarbon storage and exploitation is proposed.“Pore-throat solidity”,which is analogous to particle solidity,and a new method for automatic identification of pores and throats in tight sandstone oil reservoirs are ***,the“pore-throat combination”and“pure pore”are defined and distinguished by drawing the cumulative probability curve of the pore-throat solidity and by selecting an appropriate cutoff *** the discrete grid set is recognized as a pore-throat combination,Legendre ellipse fitting and minimum Feret diameter are *** the pore and throat grid sets are identified as pure pores,the pore diameter can be directly *** the new method,the analytical results for the physical parameters and pore radius agree well with most prior *** results comparing the maximum ball and the new model could also prove the accuracy of the latter's in micro and nano *** new model provides a more practical theoretical basis and a new calculation method for the rapid and accurate evaluation of the complex processes of oil migration.

The real-time monitoring of the weld pool during deposition is important for automatic control in plasma arc additive *** obtain a high deposition accuracy,it is essential to maintain a stable weld pool *** this study,a novel passive visual method is proposed to measure the weld pool *** the proposed method,the image quality was improved by designing a special visual system that employed an endoscope and a *** also includes pixel brightness-based and gradient-based algorithms that can adaptively detect feature points at the boundary when the weld pool geometry *** algorithm can also be applied to materials with different solidification *** was performed to measure the real weld pool length in world coordinates,and outlier rejection was performed to increase the accuracy of the ***,tests were carried out on the intersection component,and the results showed that the proposed method performed well in tracki.g the changing weld pool length and was applicable to the real-time monitoring of different types of materials.

Dynamic simultaneous Localization and Mapping(sLAM)in visual scenes is currently a major research area in fields such as robot navigation and autonomous ***,in the face of complex real-world envi-ronments,current dynamic sLAM systems struggle to achieve precise localization and map *** the advancement of deep learning,there has been increasing interest in the development of deep learning-based dynamic sLAM visual odometry in recent years,and more researchers are turning to deep learning techniques to address the challenges of dynamic *** to dynamic sLAM systems based on deep learning methods such as object detection and semantic segmentation,dynamic sLAM systems based on instance segmentation can not only detect dynamic objects in the scene but also distinguish different instances of the same type of object,thereby reducing the impact of dynamic objects on the sLAM system’s *** article not only introduces traditional dynamic sLAM systems based on mathematical models but also provides a comprehensive analysis of existing instance segmentation algorithms and dynamic sLAM systems based on instance segmentation,comparing and summarizing their advantages and *** comparisons on datasets,it is found that instance segmentation-based methods have significant advantages in accuracy and robustness in dynamic ***,the real-time performance of instance segmentation algorithms hinders the widespread application of dynamic sLAM *** recent years,the rapid development of single-stage instance segmentationmethods has brought hope for the widespread application of dynamic sLAM systems based on instance ***,possible future research directions and improvementmeasures are discussed for reference by relevant professionals.

Fast Cross-Platform Binary Code similarity Detection Framework Based on CFGs Taki.g Advantage of NLP and Inductive GNN

Cross-platform binary code similarity detection aims at detecting whether two or more pieces of binary code are similar or not. Existing approaches that combine control flow graphs(CFGs)-based function representation and graph convolutional network(GCN)-based similarity analysis are the best-performing ones. Due to a large amount of convolutional computation and the loss of structural information, the use of convolution networks will inevitably bring problems such as high overhead and sometimes inaccuracy. To address these issues, we propose a fast cross-platform binary code similarity detection framework that takes advantage of natural language processing(NLP)and inductive graph neural network(GNN) for basic blocks embedding and function representation respectively by simulating extracting structural features and temporal features. GNN’s node-centric and small batch is a suitable training way for large CFGs, it can greatly reduce computational overhead. Various NLP basic block embedding models and GNNs are evaluated. Experimental results show that the scheme with long short term memory(LsTM)for basic blocks embedding and inductive learning-based Graph sAGE(GAE) for function representation outperforms the state-of-the-art works. In our framework, we can take only 45% overhead. Improve efficiency significantly with a small performance trade-off.
