Tailoring Light–matter Interactions in Overcoupled Resonator for Biomolecule Recognition and Detection

Plasmonic nanoantennas provide unique opportunities for precise control of light–matter coupling in surface-enhanced infrared absorption(sEIRA)spectroscopy,but most of the resonant systems realized so far suffer from the obstacles of low sensitivity,narrow bandwidth,and asymmetric Fano resonance ***,we demonstrated an overcoupled resonator with a high plasmon-molecule coupling coefficient(μ)(OC-Hμresonator)by precisely controlling the radiation loss channel,the resonator-oscillator coupling channel,and the frequency detuning *** observed a strong dependence of the sensing performance on the coupling state,and demonstrated that OC-Hμresonator has excellent sensing properties of ultra-sensitive(7.25%nm^(−1)),ultra-broadband(3–10μm),and immune asymmetric Fano *** characteristics represent a breakthrough in sEIRA technology and lay the foundation for specific recognition of biomolecules,trace detection,and protein secondary structure analysis using a single array(array size is 100×100μm^(2)).In addition,with the assistance of machine learning,mixture classification,concentration prediction and spectral reconstruction were achieved with the highest accuracy of 100%.Finally,we demonstrated the potential of OC-Hμresonator for sARs-CoV-2 *** findings will promote the wider application of sEIRA technology,while providing new ideas for other enhanced spectroscopy technologies,quantum photonics and studying light–matter interactions.

Properties of Dispersion Casting of Y2O3 Particles in Hypo,Hyper and Eutectic Binary Al-Cu Alloys

In the present work,the dispersion casting of Y-2O-3 particles in aluminum-copper alloy was investigated in terms of microstructural changes with respect to Cu contents of 20 （hypo）,33 （eutectic） and 40 （hyper） wt pct by scanning electron microscopy （sEm） and energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDs）.For the fabrication of Al-Cu alloy dispersed Y-2O-3 ceramic particles,stir casting method was *** case of Al-20 wt pct Cu alloy （hypoeutectic）,sEm images revealed that primary Al was grown up in the *** that,eutectic phase with well dispersed ceramic particles was *** case of eutectic composition,Y-2O-3 particles were uniformly dispersed in the *** the Cu is added into Al up to 40 wt pct （hypereutectic）,primary phase was grown up without any Y-2O-3 ceramic particles in the early stage of ***, eutectic phase was formed with well dispersed ceramic *** can be concluded that Y-2O-3 ceramic particles is mostly dispersed in case of eutectic composition in Al-Cu alloy.

Dynamic recrystallization behavior and microstructural evolution of mg alloy AZ31 through high-speed rolling

High-speed rolling （HsR） is known to improve the workability of mg alloys significantly, which makes it possible to impose a large reduction in a single pass without fracture. In the present study, dynamic recrystallization （DRX） behavior and microstructural and textural variations of mg alloy AZ31 dur-ing a HsR process were investigated by conducting rolling with different imposed reductions in the range of 20%-80% at a high rolling speed of 470 m/min and 400℃. High-strain-rate deformation during HsR suppresses dislocation slips but promotes twinning, which results in the formation of numer-ous twins of several types, i.e., {10-12} extension twins, {10-11} and {10-13} contraction twins, and {10-11}-{10-12} double twins. After twinning, high strain energy is accumulated in twin bands because their crystallographic orientations are favorable for basal slips, leading to subsequent DRX at the twin bands. Accordingly, twinning activation and twinning-induced DRX behavior play crucial roles in accommodating plastic deformation during HsR and in varying microstructure and texture of the high- speed-rolled （HsRed） sheets. Area fraction of fine DRXed grains formed at the twin bands increases with increasing rolling reduction, which is attributed to the combined effects of increased strain, strain rate, and deformation temperature and a decreased critical strain for DRX. size, internal strain, and texture intensity of the DRXed grains are smaller than those of unDRXed grains. Therefore, as rolling reduction increases, average grain size, stored internal energy, microstructural inhomogeneity, and basal texture intensity of the HsRed sheets gradually decrease owing to an increase in the area fraction of the DRXed grains.

Preparation of Pure Copper Powder from Acidic Copper Chloride Waste Etchant

The method for the recycling of copper from copper chloride solution was developed. This process consists of extraction of copper, purification and particle size reduction. In the first step, reductive metal scraps were added to acidic copper chloride waste enchants produced in the PCB industry to obtain copper powder. Composition analysis showed that this powder contained impurities such as Fe, Ni, and water. so, drying and purification were carried out by using microwave and a centrifugal separator. Thereby the copper powder had a purity of higher than 99% and spherical form in morphology. The copper powder size was decreased by ball milling.

2022年中国新生儿协作网极早产儿红细胞输注现况分析

目的分析2022年中国新生儿协作网(CHNN)各单位极早产儿(出生胎龄<32周)红细胞输注治疗的状况。方法基于CHNN极早产儿队列的横断面研究, 纳入2022年生后24 h内收入CHNN 89家单位的6 985例极早产儿。排除合并严重先天畸形及放弃治疗或转至... 详细信息

目的分析2022年中国新生儿协作网(CHNN)各单位极早产儿(出生胎龄kruskal-WallisH检验及mann-WhitneyU检验等进行组间比较, 采用Cochran-Armitage和Jonckheere-Terpstra趋势检验进行不同出生胎龄及不同呼吸支持水平间的趋势检验。结果 6 985例极早产儿中男3 865例(55.3%), 出生胎龄为30.0(28.6, 31.0)周, 出生体重为(1 302±321)g。红细胞输注组3 617例(51.8%), 未输注组3 368例(48.2%)。出生胎龄<28、28～31周的极早产儿红细胞输注率分别为77.7%(893/1 150)、46.7%(2 724/5 835)。红细胞输注组极早产儿共接受9 616次红细胞输注, 输注时需有创呼吸支持的有2 459次(25.6%), 无创呼吸支持4 934次(51.3%), 无呼吸支持的有2 223次(23.1%)。因632次红细胞输注输血前血红蛋白未记录, 8 984次红细胞输注纳入分析。红细胞输注组母亲合并妊娠期高血压比例高于未输注组(χ2=10.73, P=0.001), 剖宫产出生、母亲产前激素应用比例均低于未输注组(χ2=12.00、12.93, 均P<0.001);与未输注组相比, 红细胞输注组患儿出生胎龄更小、出生体重更低, 小于胎龄、多胎以及第5分钟Apgar评分≤3分比例均更高, 女性、本院出生以及延迟脐带结扎比例均更低, 入院时生理稳定性转运风险指数评分更高(均P<0.05)。红细胞输注组极早产儿红细胞输注次数为2(1, 3)次, 首次红细胞输注时为18(8, 29)日龄, 首次红细胞输注前血红蛋白为97(86, 109)g/L。红细胞输注时≤7日龄的极早产儿有创呼吸支持、无创呼吸支持和无呼吸支持组接受红细胞输注前的血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(H=5.59, P=0.061);8～21以及≥22日龄的极早产儿不同呼吸支持状况下接受红细胞输注前的血红蛋白水平差异均有统计学意义(H=10.91、39.19, 均P<0.01)。8～21日龄、≥22日龄无呼吸支持的极早产儿阈值上红细胞输注分别为90.1%(264/293)、91.1%(1 578/1 732)。阈值上输血组极早产儿相比阈值下输血组发生坏死性小肠结肠炎的比例更高(χ2=10.59, P=0.001), 住院时间更长(Z=4.67, P<0.001)。结论 2022年CHNN纳入的极早产儿红细胞输注率较高, 接受红细胞输注前的血红蛋白水平普遍高于现有证据推荐的输注阈值。

In this study,we developed a powder extruder system that can extrude and deposit powder mixtures to overcome the reported limitations of conventional dualpore scaffold manufacturing *** evaluate the extrusion and deposition capability of the powder extruder system,3D tissue-engineering scaffolds with dual-pore characteristics were fabricated with a PCL/PEO/NaCl(polycaprolactone/polyethylene oxide/sodium chloride)powder *** addition,to evaluate the fabricated scaffolds,their compressive modulus,morphology,and in-vitro cell activity were ***,it was confirmed that the proposed powder extruder system can fabricate dual-pore scaffolds with well-interconnected pores as well as arbitrary 3D shapes shown by the fabrication of a 3D femur-shape scaffold similar to the femur *** results of the cell proliferation and Cell Counting kit-8(CCk-8)assays,DNA content analysis and viability assays confirm that the dual-pore scaffold fabricated by the powder extruder system improves cell attachment,proliferation,and viability.

Effect of coating material and lubricant on forming force and surface defects in wire drawing process

A pilot wire drawing machine as well as wire end-pointing roller was developed. Using these machines, a wire drawing test for four different coating materials and two different lubricants was performed as the reduction ratio increased from 10% to 30%. materials used for a substrate in this study are plain carbon steel （AIs11045） and ultra low carbon bainite steel. To compute the friction coefficient between the coating layer of wire and the surface of die lbr a specific lubricant, a series of finite element analyses were carried out. sEm observations were also conducted to investigate the surface defects of wire deformed. Results show that the behavior of drawing force varies with the lubricant-type at the initial stage of drawing. The powder-typed lubricant with a large particle causes the retardation of lull lubrication on the entire contact surface and the local delamination of coating layer on the wire surface. As the flow stress of a substrate increases, the delamination becomes severe.

Development of an industrial Internet of things suite for smart factory towards re-industrialization

Re-industrialization, which supports industrial upgrading and transformation, promotes smart production and high value-added manufacturing processes, and helps to create new momentum for the economic. under the current situation, industrialists encounter several chal- lenges to achieve re-industrialization. Firstly, the cost and technical thresholds for industrialists to leverage emerging technologies are high. secondly, there are huge quantities and numerous types of Internet of things （IoT） devices in smart factories, warehouses and offices. The enormous extents of data exchange and communication, manage- ment, monitoring and control of IoT devices as well as the establishment and maintenance of a reliable cloud platform hinder industrialists to implement an integrated smart production management. Therefore, to achieve re-indus- trialization, an industrial Internet of things （IIoT） suite consisting of a micro-services-based IIoT cloud platform and IIoT-based smart hub is proposed, which helps to materialize re-industrialization and to conduct industrial upgrading and transformation to achieve smart production and high value-added manufacturing processes.
