In this paper,we develop a three-dimensional fractional-order cancer *** proposed model involves the interaction among tumor cells,healthy tissue cells and activated effector *** detailed analysis of the equilibrium points is ***,the existence and uniqueness of the solution are *** fractional derivative is considered in the Caputo *** simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical *** outcome of the s.udy reveals that the order of the fractional derivative has a significant effect on the dynamic ***,the calculated lyapunov exponents give the existence of chaotic behavior of the proposed ***,it is observed from the obtained results that decrease in fractional-order p increases the chaotic behavior of the model.

several millions of people suffer from Parkinson’s disease ***’s affects about 1%of people over 60 and its symptoms increase with *** voice may be affected and patients experience abnormalities in speech that might not be noticed by listeners,but which could be analyzed using recorded speech *** the huge advancements of technology,the medical data has increased dramatically,and therefore,there is a need to apply data mining and machine learning methods to extract new knowledge from this *** classification methods were used to analyze medical data sets and diagnostic problems,such as Parkinson’s Disease(PD).In addition,to improve the performance of classification,feature selection methods have been extensively used in many *** paper aims to propose a comprehensive approach to enhance the prediction of PD using several machine learning methods with different feature selection methods such as filter-based and *** dataset includes 240 recodes with 46 acoustic features extracted from3 voice recording replications for 80 *** experimental results showed improvements when wrapper-based features selection method was used with K-NN classifier with accuracy of 88.33%.The best obtained results were compared with other s.udies and it was found that this s.udy provides comparable and superior results.

The mixed micelle formation of binary cationic 14-s-14 gemini with conventional single chain surfactants was s.udied by conductivity *** critical micelle concentration(cmc) and the degree of counterion binding values(g) of the binary systems were *** results were analyzed by applying regular solution theory(RsT) to calculate micellar compositions(X),activity coefficients(f1,f2),and the interaction parameters(β).The synergistic interactions of all the investigated cationic gemini+conventional surfactant combinations were found to be dependent upon the length of hydrophobic spacer of the gemini *** excess Gibbs free energy of mixing was evaluated,and it indicated relatively more stable mixed micelles for the binary combinations.

Undoped ZnO nanostructures were deposited on siO2/si substrates via radio 11：equency magnetron sputtenng at different deposition temperatures （room temperature, 200, 300, and 400 ℃）. The prepared samples were annealed at 500 ℃ for 2 h under an N2 flow. The structural, surface morphological, optical, and photoresponse characteristics of ZnO nanostructures as deposited and after annealing were then investigated. The energy bandgaps of all samples after annealing （3.22-3.28 eV） decreased compared with those of the as-deposited specimens. The barrier height increased when the deposition temperature increased and reached 0.77 eV at 400 ℃ after annealing with a leakage current of 0.17 gA at a 5 V bias. The UV photodetector device which was deposited at the optimal temperature of 300 ℃, has 12.51 × 10^3% pho- tosensitivity, 2.259 pA dark current, 0.508 s response time, and 0.466 s recovery time. The dark current significantly decreased for all samples after annealing. The proposed UV photodetectors exhibit high performance, high photosensi- tivity, shorter response and recovery times, and excellent stability at lower bias voltages of 5 and 2 V.

Undoped and 1 at.% Co-doped ZnO nanostructure based UV photodetectors were successfully fabricated by RF- magnetron sputtering technique with comb like Pt electrodes. Cobalt ions were successfully incorporated into the lattice of the ZnO nanostructure without changing its wurtzite structure. It was indicated that Co-doping can effectively adjust the luminescence properties of the ZnO nanostructure. The undoped and Co-doped ZnO photodetectors were observed to have photosensitivities of 1.44 x 104 % and 8.57 x 102 % and low dark currents of 9.74 x 10-8 A and 1.18 x 10-7 A, respectively.

Notwithstanding the religious intention of billions of devotees,the religious mass gathering increased major public health concerns since it likely became a huge super spreading event for the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2).Most attendees ignored preventive measures,namely maintaining physical distance,practising hand hygiene,and wearing *** a face mask in public areas protects people from spreading *** intelligence(AI)based on deep learning(Dl)and machine learning(Ml)could assist in fighting covid-19 in several *** s.udy introduces a new deep learning-based Face Mask Detection in Religious Mass Gathering(DlFMD-RMG)technique during the COVID-19 *** DlFMD-RMG technique focuses mainly on detecting face masks in a religious mass *** accomplish this,the presented DlFMD-RMG technique undergoes two pre-processing levels:Bilateral Filtering(BF)and Contrast *** face detection,the DlFMD-RMG technique uses YOlOv5 with a ResNet-50 *** addition,the face detection performance can be improved by the seeker optimization algorithm(sOA)for tuning the hyperparameter of the ResNet-50 module,showing the novelty of the *** last,the faces with and without masks are classified using the Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN)*** stimulation s.udy of the DlFMD-RMG algorithm is examined on a benchmark *** results highlighted the remarkable performance of the DlFMD-RMG model.algorithm in other recent approaches.

Flexible Zn-based batteries have attracted increasing research interest as essential components of wearable energy storage ***,the advancement of flexible aqueous Zn-based batteries based on Co-Ni layered double hydroxide （CoNi-lDH） as the cathode material is hampered by their poor cycling stability and the corrosiveness of al.aline ***,CoNi-lDH nanosheets enriched with H vacancies (CoNi-lDH（v）) were constructed on a flexible carbon cloth （CC） substrate via electrochemical deposition and *** Zn-based battery comprising CoNi-lDH（v）@CC as the cathode exhibited highly reversible conversion reactions and stable operation in 3 M ZnsO4electrolyte （pH=4）.The battery delivered an excellent specific capacity (225 mA h g-1,0.26 mA h cm-2),acceptable cycling stability（53.9%,900 cycles）,and high discharging *** abundant H vacancies served as active sites for the reversible intercalation of Zn2+and the extravasation of NO3-generated channels and space for Zn2+transport and storage,together enabling an excellent Zn2+storage ***,a sandwich-structured solid-state CoNi-lDH（v）@CC//Zn@CC battery was fabricated and was found to exhibit a noteworthy electrochemical performance and mechanical *** a proof of concept,the unencapsulated battery powered a digital watch under various deformation conditions and operated stably for 80 ***,the flexible battery displayed outstanding customizability,maintaining an open-circuit voltage of 1.42 V even after being cut *** proposed engineering strategy contributes to the realization of textiles with truly wearable energy-storage devices.

The relative intensities of l-subshell x-ray fluorescence(XRF)for elements with atomic numbers 62≤Z≤83 were measured at two excitation energies,18 keV and 23 keV,using a synchrotron radiation source at a beamline of the synchrotron light Center for Experimental science and Applications in the Middle East(sEsAME),*** experimentally measured results of the relative intensities were compared with the calculated results using the subshell fluorescence yield and the Coster-Kronig transition probabilities recommended by Campbell and the values based on the Dirac-Hartree-slater model by *** experimental and theoretical results are in *** this work,l XRF relative intensities for the elements sm,Gd,Tb,Er,Ta,W,Re,Hg,Pb and Bi at energies of 18 keV and 23 keV were measured.
