Content-Based Movie Recommendation system Using MBO with DBN

The content-basedﬁltering technique has been used effectively in a variety of Recommender systems(Rs).The user explicitly or implicitly provides data in the Content-Based Recommender *** system collects this data and creates a proﬁle for all the users,and the recommendation is generated by the user proﬁ*** recommendation generated via content-basedﬁltering is provided by observing just a single user’s proﬁ*** primary objective of this Rs is to recommend a list of movies based on the user’s preferences.A con-tent-based movie recommendation model is proposed in this research,which recommends movies based on the user’s proﬁle from the Facebook *** recommendation system is built with a hybrid model that combines the Mon-arch Butterﬂy Optimization(MBO)with the Deep Belief Network(DBN).For feature selection,the MBO is utilized,while DBN is used for classiﬁ*** datasets used in the experiment are collected from Facebook and *** dataset features are evaluated for performance evaluation to validate if data with various attributes can solve the matching ***ﬁle is com-pared with features that prove the features will support movie *** proposed model’s mean absolute error(MAE)and root-mean-square error(RMsE)values are 0.716 and 0.915,and its precision and recall are 97.35 and 96.60 percent,*** tests have demonstrated the advantages of the proposed method in terms of MAE,RMsE,Precision,and Recall compared to state-of-the-art algorithms such as Fuzzy C-means with Bat algorithm(FCM-BAT),Collaborativeﬁltering with k-NN and the normalized discounted cumulative gain method(CF-kNN+NDCG),User proﬁle correlation-based similarity(UPCsim),and Deep Autoencoder.

It is critical to have precise data about Lithium-ion batteries,such as the state-of-Charge(soC),to maintain a safe and consistent functioning of battery packs in energy storage systems of electric *** strategies for estimating battery soC,such as by including the coulomb counting and Kalman filter,have been *** a result of the differences in parameter values between each cell,when these methods are applied to highcapacity battery packs,it has difficulties sustaining the prediction accuracy of overall *** a result of aging,the variation in the parameters of each cell is higher as more time is spent in *** is suggested in this study to establish an soC estimate model for a Lithium-ion battery by employing an enhanced Deep Neural Network(DNN)*** is because the proposed DNN has a substantial hidden layer,which can accurately predict the soC of an unknown driving cycle during training,making it ideal for soC *** evaluate the nonlinearities between voltage and current at various soCs and temperatures,the proposed DNN is *** current and voltage data measured at various temperatures throughout discharge/charge cycles is necessary for training and testing *** the method has been thoroughly trained with the data collected,it is used for additional cells cycle tests to predict their *** simulation has been conducted for two different Li-ion battery *** to the experimental data,the suggested DNN-based soC estimate approach produces a low mean absolute error and root-mean-square-error values,say less than 5%errors.

This article analyzes the transmission line characteristics of plasmonic hybrid metal insulator metal(HMIM) wave-guide, circular ring resonator(CRR) based dual-band band-pass filters with two transmission poles in both pass-bands in the optical regime using coupled line feed. The transmission line characteristics of an HMIM waveguide, such as characteristic impedance(Z_(PV)), effective refractive index(n_(eff)) and propagation length(L_(spp)), have been obtained by using full wave simulation.

A new empirical formula for the astrophysical s-factor has been suggested as a function of the Coulomb interaction parameter,center of mass energy,and barrier *** 22 fusion reactions with ^(40,48)Ca as projectiles were considered for different targets,leading to compound nuclei with atomic and mass numbers varying between 40≤Z≤≤Z≤112 and 88≤A≤27888≤A≤278,*** fusion cross-sections have been estimated using the geometric factor,the Gamow-sommerfield factor,and the empirical formula for the *** study's findings showed better agreement with those of available experiments when compared to Wong's *** present work leads to a smaller standard deviation value than Wong's formula when used to correlate the experimental data of calcium-induced fusion ***'s formula provides a good approximation of fusion cross-sections when the center of mass energy is below the fusion barrier when compared to above the fusion barrier.
