A spectral Convolutional Neural Network Model Based on Adaptive Fick’s Law for Hyperspectral Image Classification

Hyperspectral image classification stands as a pivotal task within the field of remote sensing,yet achieving highprecision classification remains a significant *** response to this challenge,a spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based on Adaptive Fick’s Law Algorithm(AFLA-sCNN)is *** Adaptive Fick’s Law Algorithm(AFLA)constitutes a novel metaheuristic algorithm introduced herein,encompassing three new strategies:Adaptive weight factor,Gaussian mutation,and probability update *** adaptive weight factor,the algorithmcan adjust theweights according to the change in the number of iterations to improve the performance of the *** helps the algorithm avoid falling into local optimal solutions and improves the searchability of the *** probability update strategy helps to improve the exploitability and adaptability of the *** the AFLA-sCNN model,AFLA is employed to optimize two hyperparameters in the sCNN model,namely,“numEpochs”and“miniBatchsize”,to attain their optimal ***’s performance is initially validated across 28 functions in 10D,30D,and 50D for CEC2013 and 29 functions in 10D,30D,and 50D for *** results indicate AFLA’s marked performance superiority over nine other prominent optimization ***,the AFLA-sCNN model was compared with the spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based on Fick’s Law Algorithm(FLA-sCNN),spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based on Harris Hawks Optimization(HHO-sCNN),spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based onDifferential Evolution(DE-sCNN),spectralConvolutionalNeuralNetwork(sCNN)model,and supportVector Machines(sVM)model using the Indian Pines dataset and PaviaUniversity *** experimental results show that the AFLA-sCNN model outperforms other models in terms of Accuracy,Precision,Recall,and F1-score on Indian Pines and Pavia *** them,the Accuracy of the AFLA-sCNN model on India

Anticancer Activity of Rice Callus suspension Cultures from Aromatic Varieties and Metabolites Regulated in Treated Cancer Cell Lines

Tissue culture techniques were used to produce large amounts of bioactive compounds with medicinal potential, overcoming space and time constraints for cancer prevention. Rice callus suspension cultures(RCsC) and seed extracts prepared from aromatic rice varieties were used to evaluate the cytotoxic impact on human colon and lung cancer cell lines, as well as a normal control cell line, using Taxol as a positive control. RCsC and seed extracts from two Indian aromatic rice varieties were applied at different concentrations to treat the cancer cell lines and normal lung fibroblasts over varying time intervals. Apoptosis was assessed in 1:5 dilutions of the A549 and HT-29 cell lines treated with RCsC for 72 h, using propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry. RCsC showed a more potent cytotoxic effect than seed extracts with minimal effect on the normal cell line, in contrast to Taxol. Confocal microscopy and flow cytometry further confirmed the apoptotic effect of RCsC. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-based metabolic profiling identified metabolites involved in cytotoxicity and highlighted altered pathways. RCsC is proposed as an alternative source for the development of novel anticancer drugs with reduced side effects.

Revealing the size effect of Fe s2on solid-state battery performances at different operating temperatures

Fes_(2) shows significant potential as cathode material for all-solid-state lithium batteries(AssLBs)due to its high theoretical specific capacity,low cost,and environmental ***,the poor ion/electron conductivity and large volume variation effect of Fes_(2) inhibit its practical ***,the influence of particle size of Fes_(2) on the corresponding sulfide-based solid-state batteries is carefully investigated by tuning Fes_(2) ***,low operating temperature is chosen to mitigate the large volume changes during cycling in the battery.s-Fes_(2) with smaller particle sizes delivers superior electrochemical performances than that of the larger L-Fes_(2) in Li_(5.5)Ps_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)-based AssLBs under different operating temperatures.s-Fes_(2) shows stable discharge capacities during 50 cycles with a current density of 0.1 m A/cm^(2)under -20℃.When the current density rises to 1.0 m A/cm^(2),it delivers an initial discharge capacity of 146.9 m Ah/g and maintains 63% of the capacity after 100 *** work contributes to cons.ructing AssLBs enables excellent electrochemical performances under extreme operating temperatures.

Integral precession calibration method of PIGA on linear vibration table

Linear vibration table can provide harmonic accelerations to excite the nonlinear error terms of Pendulous Integrating Gyro Accelerometer(PIGA).Integral precession calibration method is proposed to calibrate PIGA on a linear vibration table in this *** on the precise expressions of PIGA’s inputs,the error calibration model of PIGA is *** angular velocity errors of PIGA are suppressed by integer periodic precession and the errors caused by non-integer periods vibrating are *** complete calibration process,including planning,preparation,PIGA testing,and coefficient identification,is designed to optimize the test operations and evaluate the calibration *** effect of the main errors on calibration uncertainty is analyzed and the relative sensitivity function is proposed to further optimize the test *** and simulation results verify that the proposed 10-position calibration method can improve calibration uncertainties after compensating for the related *** order of calibration uncertainties of the second-and third-order coefficients are decreased to 10^(-8)(rad.s^(-1))/g^(2)and 10^(-8)(rad.s^(-1))/g3,*** with the other two classical calibration methods,the calibration uncertainties of PIGA’s nonlinear error coefficients can be effectively reduced and the proportional residual errors are decreased less than 3×10-6(rad.s^(-1))/g by using the proposed calibration method.

In recent years,nitric oxide(NO)has emerged as a key redox signaling molecule in plants functioning in the regulation of key developmental programs and the orchestration of responses to a plethora of environmental cues(Kolbert et al.,2019).The predominant route for the transfer of NO bioactivity is through s-nitrosylation,the addition of an NO moiety to a protein cysteine thiol to form an s-nitrosothiol(Yun et al.,2011).specificity for this process is established by the s.ructural constraints imposed by tertiary protein s.ructure in gating access to given cysteine redox switches and associated proteins that can either facilitate the addition or removal of the NO moiety at these residues(Umbreen et al.,2018).

Hole mobility enhancement in monolayer Wse2 p-type transistors through molecular doping

Two-dimensional （2D） transition metal dichalcogenide （TMDC） semiconductor materials exhibit extraordinary electrical properties,holding promise for the realization of next-generation complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOs） devices at ultimate ***,constrained by effective device doping strategies,the hole mobility and device performance of tungsten diselenide （Wse2） p-type transistors,especially monolayer chemical vapor deposition （CVD）-grown Wse2,have not met *** this paper,an effective performance enhancement of monolayer Wse2p-type transistor was achieved through a molecular doping *** monolayer Wse2directly on siO2back-gated substrates and leveraging energy band alignment design,4-nitrobenzenediazonium tetrafluoroborate （4-NBD） molecular dopant with a concentration of 10 m M was utilized to modulate the Fermi level position of monolayer Wse2for hole *** devices demonstrated a more than 98%increase in hole mobility,reaching up to 97 cm2·V-1·s-1while maintaining the current on/off ratio of *** p-type Wse2transistors with 1μm channel length exhibit a high drive current surpassing 176μA·μm-1,exceeding previous CVD-Wse2devices with similar channel *** straightforward and effective approach to improving the electrical performance of Wse2transistors paves the way for advanced logic technologies based on transition metal dichalcogenide semiconductors.
