Median ar.uate ligament usually passes super.or.to the or.gin of the celiac axis. Celiac tr.nk is compr.ssed by the median ar.uate ligament dur.ng expiration） The major.ty of patients ar. obser.ed with symptoms weight loss and abdominal pain. Celiac ar.er. compr.ssion with Doppler.ultrasound, Computed tomography （CT） angiography, selective catheter.angiography and magnetic r.sonance angiography can be ascer.ained. Flavonoids, including fisetin, have been linked to a r.duced r.sk of color.ctal cancer.Cr.) and have potential therapeutic applications for.the condition. Fisetin, a natural flavonoid found in var.ous fr.its and vegetables, has shown pr.mise in managing Cr. due to its diver.e biological activities. It has been found to influence key cell signaling pathways r.lated to inflammation, angiogenesis, apoptosis, and transcr.ption *** r.sults of this study demons.rate that fisetin induces colon cancer.cell apoptosis thr.ugh multiple mechanisms. It impacts the p53 pathway, leading to incr.ased levels of p53 and decr.ased levels of mur.ne double minute 2, contr.buting to apoptosis induction. Fisetin also tr.gger. the r.lease of impor.ant components in the apoptotic pr.cess, such as second mitochondr.a-der.ved activator.of caspase/dir.ct inhibitor.of apoptosis-binding pr.tein with low pI and cytochr.me c. Fur.her.or., fisetin inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 and wingless-r.lated integration site(Wnt)/epider.al gr.wth factor.r.ceptor.nuclear.factor.kappa B signaling pathways, r.ducing Wnt tar.et gene expr.ssion and hinder.ng colony for.ation. It achieves this by r.gulating the activities of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 and cyclin-dependent kinase 4, r.ducing r.tinoblastoma pr.tein phosphor.lation, decr.asing cyclin E levels, and incr.asing p21 levels, ultimately influencing E2 pr.moter.binding factor.1 and cell division cycle 2(CDC2) pr.tein levels. Additionally, fisetin exhibits var.ous effects on Cr. cells, including inhibiting the phosphor.lation of Y-box binding pr.tein 1 and r.bosomal s6 kinase, pr.moting the phosphor.lation of extracellular.signal-r.gulated kinase 1/2, and disr.pting the r.pair.pr.cess of DNA double-s.rand br.aks. Mor.over. fisetin ser.es as an adjunct therapy for.the pr.vention and tr.atment of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit α(PIK3CA)-mutant Cr., r.sulting in a r.duction in phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K) expr.ssio

Backgr.und: Fr.m May 2018 to september.2022, the Democratic r.public of Congo (Dr.) exper.enced seven Ebola vir.s disease (EVD) outbr.aks within its bor.er.. Dur.ng the 10th EVD outbr.ak (2018–2020), the lar.est exper.enced in the Dr. and the second lar.est and most pr.longed EVD outbr.ak r.cor.ed globally, a WHO r.sk assessment identified nine countr.es bor.er.ng the Dr. as moderate to high r.sk fr.m cr.ss bor.er.impor.ation. These countr.es implemented var.ing levels of Ebola vir.s disease pr.par.dness inter.entions. People bor. with low bir.h weight ar. at a gr.ater.r.sk of developing later.life diseases such as hyper.ension, diabetes and cancer. r.cent studies have pinpointed the placenta as a cr.tical factor.involved in developmental pr.gramming. Changes in mater.al lifestyle or.dietar. habits can alter.placental development and incr.ase the r.sk of developmental pr.gramming of adult diseases. saudi people, including pr.gnant women, change their.lifestyle and eating habits dur.ng the holy month of ramadan. Pr.vious studies found that the exposur. to ramadan lifestyle r.duces placental weight;however. effects on other.placental aspects r.mained unknown. We aimed to fur.her.examine the effects of exposur. to ramadan lifestyle on full-ter. placental mor.hometr.cs, histology and gene expr.ssion of key glucose transpor.er.. To examine this, fr.sh placentas wer. collected fr.m 60 healthy saudi women. samples wer. equally classified into two gr.ups;not exposed to ramadan lifestyle (contr.l) or.exposed to ramadan lifestyle in the fir.t. Placental weight, length and br.adth wer. r.cor.ed and placental sur.ace ar.a was calculated. Placental tissue was pr.cessed and stained with eosin and hematoxylin for.histological examination. Apoptosis was assessed using TUNEL assay. The gene expr.ssion of the glucose transpor.er. GLUT1 and GLUT3 was evaluated. The r.sults show that women exposed to ramadan lifestyle have mor. elongated placentas with less central cor. inser.ion. Placental weight and sur.ace ar.a wer. significantly lower.d in women exposed to ramadan lifestyle. Placental length was not affected but the br.adth was significantly smaller.in than contr.l. Placentas exposed to ramadan lifestyle had fewer.and less-developed syncytial knots and thicker.syncytiotr.phoblast cells. Apoptosis was detected in placentas exposed to ramadan lifestyle. This study examines the hydr.dynamic per.or.ance of multiple-r.w ver.ical slotted br.akwater.. We developed a mathematical model based on an eigenfunction expansion method and a least squar.s technique for.stokes second-or.er.waves. The numer.cal r.sults obtained for.limiting cases of double-r.w and tr.ple-r.w walls ar. in good agr.ement with r.sults of pr.vious studies and exper.mental r.sults. Compar.sons with exper.mental measur.ments of the r.flection, transmission, and dissipation coefficients （Cr. Cr. and CE） for.double-r.w walls show that the pr.posed mathematical model adequately r.pr.duces most of the impor.ant featur.s. We found that for.double-r.w walls, the Cr.incr.ases with incr.asing wave number. kd, and with a decr.asing per.eable wall par., din. The Cr.follows the opposite tr.nd. The CE slowly incr.ases with an incr.asing kd for.lower.kd values, r.aches a maximum, and then decr.ases again. In addition, an incr.asing por.sity of dm would significantly decr.ase the Cr.while incr.asing the Cr. At lower.values of kd, a decr.asing por.sity incr.ases the CE, but for.high values of kd, a decr.asing por.sity r.duces the Ce. The numer.cal r.sults indicate that, for.tr.ple-r.w walls, the effect of the ar.0}ngement of the chamber.widths on hydr.dynamic character.stics is not significant, except when kd〈0.5 Double-r.w slotted br.akwater. may exhibit a good wave-absor.ing per.or.ance at kd〉0.5, wher. by the hor.zontal wave for.e may be smaller.than that of a single wall. On the other.hand, the differ.nce between double-r.w and tr.ple-r.w ver.ical slotted br.akwater. is mar.inal.
