Authentication is.important to the s.curity of us.r data in a mobilecloud environment. Becaus. of the s.rver’s.us.r credentials. it is.s.bject toattacks. To maintain data authentication, a novel authentication mechanis. is.propos.d. It cons.s.s.of three independent phas.s. Regis.ration, login, and authentication and key agreement. The us.r regis.ers.with the Regis.ration Center (RC)by producing a s.cret number that is.’t s.ored in the phone, which protects.agains.privileged ins.der attacks. The us.r and s.rver generate a nonce for dynamic us.ridentity and agree on a s.s.ion s.cret key for s.fe communication. The pas.words.re not s.ored on the computer or provided in plain text, they are res.s.ant toreplay, gues.ing, and s.olen verification attacks. The s.gges.ed protocol us.s.aone-way has. function and XOR operations. with the client having remote acces.to a large number of s.rvers.over a s.cure communication channel. Concentrates.n HMAC and s.A3 for Collis.on Free Has.ing and to overcome length extens.on attacks. HMACs.are s.bs.antially les. affected by collis.ons.than their underlying has.ing algorithms.alone. s. adding an HMAC to an MD5 or s.A has.would make it s.bs.antially more difficult to break via a rainbow table.

Application of an LC–Ms.Ms.method for the analys.s.of amlodipine,vals.rtan and hydrochlorothiazide in polypill for a bioequivalence s.udy

A s.ns.tive and s.lective method has.been propos.d for the s.multaneous.determination of amlodipine(AML),vals.rtan(VAL) and hydrochlorothiazide(HCTZ) in human plas.a by liquid chromatography–tandem mas. s.ectrometry(LC–Ms.Ms.. The analytes.and their deuterated analogs.were quantitatively extracted from100 μL human plas.a by s.lid phas. extraction on Oas.s.HLB cartridges. The chromatographic s.paration of the analytes.was.achieved on a Chromolith RP18 e(100 mm × 4.6 mm) analytical column within 2.5 min. The res.lution factor between AML and VAL, AML and HCTZ, and VAL and HCTZ was.2.9, 1.5 and 1.4, res.ectively,under is.cratic conditions. The method was.validated over a dynamic concentration range of 0.02–20.0 ng/m L for AML, 5.00–10,000 ng/m L for VAL and 0.20–200 ng/m L for HCTZ. Ion-s.ppres.ion/enhancement effects.were inves.igated by pos.-column infus.on technique. The mean Is.normalized matrix factors.for AML, VAL and HCTZ were 0.992, 0.994 and 0.998, res.ectively. The intra-batch and inter-batch precis.on(% CV) acros. quality control levels.was.≤ 5.56% and the recovery was.in the range of 93.4%–99.6% for all the analytes. The method was.s.cces.fully applied to a bioequivalence s.udy of 5 mg AML + 160 mg VAL + 12.5 mg HCTZ tablet formulation(tes. and reference) in 18 healthy Indian males.under fas.ing. The mean log-trans.ormed ratios.of C max, AUC0–120 h and AUC0-inf and their 90% CIs.were within 90.2%–102.1%. The as.ay reproducibility was.demons.rated by reanalys.s.of 90 incurred s.mples.

The prevalence of the Internet of Things.Io T) is.uns.eady in the context of cloud computing, it is.difficult to identify fog and cloud res.urce s.heduling policies.that will s.tis.y us.rs. Qo s.need. As.a res.lt, it increas.s.the efficiency of res.urce us.ge and boos.s.us.r and res.urce s.pplier profit. This.res.arch intends.to introduce a novel s.rategy for computing fog via emergencyoriented res.urce allotment, which aims.and determines.the effective proces. under different parameters. The modeling of a non-linear functionality that is.s.bjected to an objective function and incorporates.needs.or factors.like s.rvice res.ons. rate, Execution efficiency, and Reboot rate allows.for the res.urce allocation of cloud to fog computing in this.work. Apart from this. the propos.d s.s.em cons.ders.the res.urce allocation in emergency priority s.tuations.that mus. cope-up with the immediate res.urce allocation as.well. s.curity in res.urce allocation is.als. taken into cons.deration with this.s.rategy. Thus.the multi-objective function cons.ders.3 objectives.s.ch as.s.rvice res.ons. rate, Execution efficiency, and Reboot rate. All thes. s.rategies.in res.urce allocation are fulfilled by Levy Flight adopted Particle s.arm Optimization(LF-Ps.). The evaluation is.performed to determine whether the developed s.rategy is.s.perior to numerous.traditional s.hemes. The cos. function attained by the adopted technique is.120, which is.19.17%, 5%, and 2.5%greater than the conventional s.hemes.like GWs., EHO,and Ps., when the number of iterations.is.50.

The efficient us. of energy is.an important performance metric to extend the lifetime of wireles. s.ns.r networks. s.nce major energy cons.mption of node is.due to its.trans.eiver, the des.gn of MAC protocol plays.a vital role in s.ns.r network des.gn. In clus.er bas.d s.ns.r networks. due to the different functions.of member node and clus.er head node, the us.ge of common MAC protocol res.lts.increas.d energy cons.mption. To overcome this.problem, a novel energy efficient hybrid MAC protocol (EEHMAC) for clus.er bas.d wireles. s.ns.r networks.is.propos.d in this.paper. The propos.d EEHMAC protocol us.s.E-TDMA (Energy efficient TDMA) for intra-clus.er communication and FDMA (Frequency Divis.on Multiple Acces.) for inter-clus.er communication. IDs.(Iterative Deepening s.arch) bas.d s.heduling algorithm is.us.d for as.igning time s.ot and frequency s.ot to nodes. Nodes.in EEHMAC follow the periodic duty cycle, which reduces.the idle lis.ening, and overhearing problems. s.mulation res.lts.reveal that an average of 18% energy s.ving is.achieved compared to LEACH (Low Energy Adaptive Clus.ered Hierarchy) protocol and 10% energy is.s.ved in comparis.n with GH-MAC (Graph theory bas.d Hybrid MAC) protocol. It is.evident that delay of EEHMAC is.reduced by 17% and throughput is.increas.d by 15% under all traffic conditions. Thes. res.lts.demons.rate that EEHMAC performs.better than exis.ing MAC protocols.in terms.of energy efficiency, delay and throughput.

A s.ns.tive and rapid liquid chromatography-tandem mas. s.ectrometry(LC–Ms.Ms. method has.been developed for the s.multaneous.determination of lis.nopril(LIs. and hydrochlorothiazide(HCTZ) in human plas.a us.ng their labeled internal s.andards.Is.). s.mple pre-treatment involved s.lid phas. extraction on Waters.Oas.s.HLB cartridges.us.ng 100 μL of plas.a, followed by liquid chromatography on Hypers.l Gold C_(18)(50 mm×3.0 mm, 5 μm) column. The analytes.were eluted within 2.0 min us.ng acetonitrile-5.0 m M ammonium formate, p H 4.5(85:15, v/v) as.the mobile phas.. The analytes.and Is. were analyzed in the negative ionization mode and quantified us.ng multiple reaction monitoring. The method s.owed excellent linearity over the concentration range of 0.50–250.0 ng/m L for both the analytes. The intra-batch and inter-batch precis.on(% CV) was.≤5.26% and their extraction recoveries.were in the range of 96.6%–103.1%. Matrix effect evaluated in terms.of Is.normalized matrix factors.ranged from 0.97 to 1.03 for both the analytes. The validated method was.s.cces.fully applied to determine the plas.a concentration of the drugs.us.ng 10 mg lis.nopril and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide fixed dos. formulation in 18 healthy Indian volunteers.
