This paper presents a new computational method for forward uncertainty quantification(UQ)analyses on large-scale structural systems in the presence of arbitrary and dependent random *** method consists of a generalized polynomial chaos expansion(GpCE)for statistical moment and reliability analyses associated with the stochastic output and a static reanalysis method to generate the input-output data *** the reanalysis,we employ substructuring for a structure to isolate its local regions that vary due to random *** allows for avoiding repeated computations of invariant substructures while generating the input-output data *** substructuring with static condensation further improves the computational efficiency of the reanalysis without losing ***,the GpCE with the static reanalysis method can achieve significant computational saving,thus mitigating the curse of dimensionality to some degree for UQ under high-dimensional *** numerical results obtained from a simple structure indicate that the proposed method for UQ produces accurate solutions more efficiently than the GpCE using full finite element analyses(FEAs).We also demonstrate the efficiency and scalability of the proposed method by executing UQ for a large-scale wing-box structure under ten-dimensional(all-dependent)random inputs.

In this study,we calculated the inclusive charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering from ^(40)Ar in the quasielastic *** explore the effect of uncertainties stemming from the nuclear structure,we used the KIDs(Korea-IBs-Daegu-sKKU)nuclear energy density functional and skyrme force models,namely sLy4,skI3,and *** models were selected to have distinct behavior in terms of the density dependence of the symmetry energy and the effective mass of the *** the charged-current neutrino scattering,the single-and double-differential cross sections were calculated for various *** cross sections are reported as a function of the incident neutrino *** theoretical cross sections were compared with experimental data,and the roles of the effective mass and symmetry energy were investigated in terms of charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering.

BACKGROUND:There are currently no effective drugs to mitigate the ischemia/reperfusion injury caused by fluid resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock(Hs).The aim of this study was to explore the potential of the histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6)-specific inhibitor tubastatin A(TubA)to suppress nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRp3)inflammasome activation in macrophages under hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)***:The viability of RAW264.7 cells subjected to H/R after treatment with different concentrations of TubA was assessed using a cell-counting kit-8(CCK8)***,2.5μmol/L TubA was used with RAW264.7 cells under H/R ***264.7 cells were divided into three groups,namely the control,H/R,and TubA *** levels of reactive oxygen species(ROs)in the cells were detected using fluorescence *** protein expression of HDAC6,heat shock protein 90(Hsp90),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOs),NLRp3,gasdermin-D(GsDMD),Caspase-1,GsDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 was detected by western *** levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and IL-18 in the supernatants were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELIsA).REsULTs:HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOs expression levels were significantly higher(pp than in the control group,but lower in the TubA group than in the H/R group(pparing the H/R group to the control group,ROs levels were significantly higher(psignificantly reduced in the TubA group(pp had higher NLRp3,GsDMD,Caspase-1,GsDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 expression levels than the control group(pp had significantly lower expression levels than the H/R group(ps in the supernatants were significantly higher in the H/R group compared to the control group(psignificantly lower in the TubA group compared to the H/R group(psION:TubA inhibited the expression of HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOs in macrophages

Ultrafast 3D imaging is indispensable for visualizing complex and dynamic biological *** scanning-based techniques necessitate an inherent trade-off between acquisition speed and space-bandwidth product(sBp).Emerging single-shot 3D wide-field techniques offer a promising alternative but are bottlenecked by the synchronous readout constraints of conventional CMOs systems,thus restricting data throughput to maintain high sBp at limited frame *** address this,we introduce EventLFM,a straightforward and cost-effective system that overcomes these challenges by integrating an event camera with Fourier light field microscopy(LFM),a state-of-theart single-shot 3D wide-field imaging *** event camera operates on a novel asynchronous readout architecture,thereby bypassing the frame rate limitations inherent to conventional CMOs *** further develop a simple and robust event-driven LFM reconstruction algorithm that can reliably reconstruct 3D dynamics from the unique spatiotemporal measurements captured by *** results demonstrate that EventLFM can robustly reconstruct fast-moving and rapidly blinking 3D fluorescent samples at kHz frame ***,we highlight EventLFM’s capability for imaging of blinking neuronal signals in scattering mouse brain tissues and 3D tracking of GFp-labeled neurons in freely moving *** believe that the combined ultrafast speed and large 3D sBp offered by EventLFM may open up new possibilities across many biomedical applications.

Elliptic curve cryptography is an important part of nowaday's public key *** points of elliptic curves over finite fields is of great significance to the selection of safety *** present,there are many p-adic algorithms,such as ssT algorithm,generalized AGM algorithm,Kedlaya algorithm,etc.,which can deal with the situation of finite fields of small *** this paper,the authors generalize the MssT algorithm of characteristic 2 to general fields of odd characteristic,and propose the generalized MssT *** generalized MssT algorithm is achieved by combining the advantages of the ssT algorithm and the generalized AGM *** the time complexity of the multiplication of two n-bit numbers is denoted as O((n)^(μ)),then the time complexity of the generalized MssT algorithm is O(n^(2μ+1/1+μ)),which is the same as the improved ssT *** practical experiments,the running time of the generalized MssT algorithm is less than that of the improved ssT algorithm.

We investigate theoretically the Casimir interaction between two parallel two-dimensional electron gases(2DEGs)with Rashba and Dresselhaus spin-orbit interactions(sOIs),based on the quantum field *** derive an analytical expression for the polarization tensor and obtain the solution to the motion equation of the electromagnetic(EM)*** calculate the CasimirLifshitz torque(CLT)between two parallel 2DEGs with Rashba and Dresselhaus sOIs,which can be tuned by changing the relative strength between two *** anisotropic Casimir energy between 2DEGs caused by the interplay between the sOIs of 2DEGs offers a new origin of CLT and a new type of optoelectronic device.

Angular contact ball bearings have been widely used in machine tool spindles,and the bearing preload plays an important role in the performance of the *** order to solve the problems of the traditional optimal preload prediction method limited by actual conditions and uncertainties,a roller bearing preload test method based on the improved D-s evidence theorymulti-sensor fusion method was ***,a novel controllable preload system is proposed and ***,multiple sensors are employed to collect data on the bearing parameters during preload ***,a multisensor fusion algorithm is used to make predictions,and a neural network is used to optimize the fitting of the preload *** limitations of conventional preload testing methods are identified,and the integration of complementary information frommultiple sensors is used to achieve accurate predictions,offering valuable insights into the optimal preload *** results demonstrate that the multi-sensor fusion approach outperforms traditional methods in accurately measuring the optimal preload for rolling bearings.
