software project outcomes heavily depend on natural language requirements,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like ambiguities and incomplete or faulty *** are exploring machine learning to predict software bugs,but a more precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prompting an investigation into deep and ensemble learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach combining multiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** methods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dimensionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the model on different datasets to analyze how much of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensemble method is utilized to explore the increase in performance upon combining multiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and space Administration(NAsA)and four Promise datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the model’s performance by providing better Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an amalgam of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensemble methods prove helpful in optimizing the software bug prediction models and providing high-performing,useful end mode.

Emerging Novel Therapeutic Approaches for the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is caused by synaptic failure and the excessive accumulation of misfolded proteins especially Aβ and tau, and associated with memory loss and cognitive impairment. Treatment of AD mainly consists of symptomatic therapy and disease-modifying therapy (DMT). several monotherapies including small molecules or antibodies have been evaluated through multiple clinical trials, but a very few have been approved by the UsFDA to intervene the disease’s pathogenesis. Past research has shown multifactorial nature of AD, therefore, multi-target drugs were proposed to target different pathways at the same time, however, currently no rationally designed multi-target directed ligand (MTDL) has been clinically approved. Different combinations and bispecific antibodies are also under development. Novel approaches like stem cell-based therapies, microRNAs, peptides, ADCs and vaccines cast a new hope for AD treatment, however, a number of questions remained to be answered prior to their safe and effective clinical translation. This review explores the small molecules, MTDL, and antibodies (monospecific and bispecific) for the treatment of AD. Finally, future perspectives (stem cell therapy, PROTAC approaches, microRNAs, ADC, peptides and vaccines) are also discussed with regard to their clinical applications and feasibility.

Humic acids(HAs) are widely used as filtrate and viscosity reducers in drilling fluids. However, their practical utility is limited due to poor stability in salt resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal pyrolysis above 650.C. The substance's molecular structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkyl substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical properties and excellent drilling performance, surpassing traditional humic acids in drilling operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal catalysis. A new type of high-quality humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K polymer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt(Na-HPAN),urea, formaldehyde, phenol and acrylamide(AAM) as raw materials. The experimental results demonstrate that the most favorable conditions for the catalytic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catalyst dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resulting in a maximum yield of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K polymer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl, and amine functional groups in the Graft CP-HA-K polymer,which increase the length of the carbon chains, enhance the electrostatic repulsion on the surface of solid particles. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K polymer demonstrates significantly higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K polymer can tolerate a high salt concentration of 8000 mg.L-1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K polymer. Innovative COVID-19 screening: RT-LAMP Assay for spike and NsP1 Proteins

Extending the ionic conductivity is the pre-requisite of electrolytes in fuel cell technology for high-electrochemical *** this regard,the introduction of semiconductor-oxide materials and the approach of heterostructure formation by modulating energy bands to enhance ionic conduction acting as an electrolyte in fuel ***(n-type;snO_(2))plays a key role by introducing into p-type srFe_(0.2)Ti_(0.8)O_(3-δ)(sFT)semiconductor perovskite materials to construct p-n heterojunction for high ionic ***,two different composites of sFT and snO_(2)are constructed by gluing p-and n-type sFT-snO_(2),where the optimal composition of sFT-snO_(2)(6∶4)heterostructure electrolyte-based fuel cell achieved excellent ionic conductivity 0.24 s cm^(-1)with power-output of 1004 mW cm^(-2)and high OCV 1.12 V at a low operational temperature of 500℃.The high power-output and significant ionic conductivity with durable operation of 54 h are accredited to sFT-snO_(2)heterojunction formation including interfacial conduction assisted by a built-in electric field in fuel cell ***,the fuel conversion efficiency and considerable Faradaic efficiency reveal the compatibility of sFT-snO_(2)heterostructure electrolyte and ruled-out short-circuiting ***,the first principle calculation provides sufficient information on structure optimization and energy-band structure modulation of sFT-snO_(2).This strategy will provide new insight into semiconductor-based fuel cell technology to design novel electrolytes.

Model dependent analysis of D^(+)_(s)→η^(′)l+v_(l) decays in beyond standard model

Motivated by the recent experimental results of branching fractions for D^(+)_(s)→η^(′)l+v_(l) decays,which deviate from their sM predictions,we hve investigated these decays in W' model and scalar leptoquark model to determine potential signatures of new physics(NP) in semileptonic charm decays induced by c→(s,d)l+v_(l) *** recent experimental results of branching fractions for semileptonic D meson decays,new coupling parameters are predicted for the aforementioned NP *** fraction,forward-backward asymmetry,and lepton polarization asymmetry are examined by considering the predicted NP coupling *** results of branching fractions in scalar leptoquark model are found very close to the experimental results and exist around the range of 1σ *** presented a comparative study of the NP models to check their sensitivity on these *** anticipate that further research on these decays will significantly support our findings.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignancies and is a major cause of cancer-related mortalities worldwide(Forner et al.,2018;He et al.,2023).sarcopenia is a syndrome characterized by an accelerated loss of skeletal muscle(sM)mass that may be age-related or the result of malnutrition in cancer patients(Cruz-Jentoft and sayer,2019).Preoperative sarcopenia in HCC patients treated with hepatectomy or liver transplantation is an independent risk factor for poor survival(Voron et al.,2015;van Vugt et al.,2016).
