The chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (CMPN) are a group of clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorders in which large numbers of red blood cells, white blood cells, or platelets grow and spread excess in the bone marrow and the pe- ripheral blood. Cytogenetic analysis of the t (9:22) and molecular detection of BCR/ABL is the main diagnostic criteria in Philadelphia positive CMPN (CML). The identification of non-receptor tyrosine kinase JAK2 mutations (exon 14 JAK2 V617F and exon 12) have significantly contributed to our understanding of the molecular mechanisms in the pathogenesis of Philadelphia negative CMPN such as polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET) and primary myelofibrosis (PMF) patients. According to the revised WHO classification, JAK2 mutation is considered as a major diagnostic and clonal marker in Philadelphia negative CMPN which will play a major role in designing personal- ized treatments for the disease. JAK2 V617F mutation frequency is unknown in saudi Arabia. Therefore, investigation of the JAK2 V617F mutation was carried out in DNA samples from 78 peripheral blood specimens corresponding to patients with polycythemia vera (PV) (n = 11), Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) (n = 45), essential thrombocythemia (ET) (n = 10), idiopathic myelofibrosis (MF) (n = 12). We used polymerase chain reaction and direct DNA sequencing to detect the JAK2 mutation. Overall, the incidence of the JAK2 V617F mutation was 91% in PV, 40% in ET, and 25% in MF. This approach proved to be reliable and more sensitive in detecting the mutation. Two essential findings arose from our study. First, this technique could be carried out with DNA samples, even partially degraded, from routinely processed BM or peripheral blood specimens. second, after correlation with morphological features, it turned out that the characteristics of the megakaryocytes were more specific than the mutational status of JAK2 in characterizing ET and PMF. 2013年中国政府提出"一带一路"倡议后,作为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"沿线的重要国家印尼,其新任总统也提出"海洋强国"的施政理念。由此引发印尼社会对中国"一带一路"倡议以及中印尼合作前景的强烈关注与讨论。本文聚焦印尼社会各界对"一带一路"的反应与讨论,从3个方面,即"一带一路"是中印尼合作的新机遇、"一带一路"是"威胁与控制"、"一带一路"可能引发印尼的社会冲突,来考察与分析印尼社会各界对"一带一路"的认知。本文认为以下3种观点值得关注:第一是印尼政府相关部门与相关利益群体对"一带一路"倡议抱有积极的认知与反应,认为"一带一路"倡议有助于中印尼合作与印尼发展;第二是知识界精英则普遍保持谨慎、怀疑甚至批评的态度,认为"一带一路"负面影响较大,是"新殖民主义扩张"的表现;第三,有学者警告关注中国在印尼影响的扩大与加深可能会激化一些社会矛盾。毋庸置疑,"一带一路"为中印尼合作带来新的机遇,同时也带来新的挑战,需要中印尼双方共同关注并采取切实有效措施,消除负面认知与影响,努力推动中印尼双方关系的全面发展。

This paper is describing a detailed study of morphological structures and characteristics newborns thymus in different climatic and geographical conditions of Kara-Balta, Cholpon-Ata, and Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. Anatomical structure research done on 26 thymuses of newborn corpses. Research results showed that a significant amount of thymuses consisted of lobes with very thin connective tissues between them. It is observed that the Hassall cells were usually located in the medulla part of the thymus after using the coloring by Van-Gieson’s stain visible clear elastic and collagen fibers. In addition, cell population dynamics in a unit of conditional area of cortical substance thymus lobes in newborns determined.

Global photometric analysis of Galactic HII regions

Total infrared fluxes are estimated for 99 HII regions around massive stars. The following wavebands have been used for the analysis： 8 and 24 μm, based on data from the spitzer space Telescope （IRAC and MIPs, respectively）; 70, 160, 250, 350 and 500 μm, based on data from the Herschel space Observatory （PACs and sPIRE）. The estimated fluxes are used to evaluate the polycyclic aromatic hy- drocarbon （PAH） mass fraction （qPAH） and the intensity of ultraviolet emission in the studied objects. It is shown that the PAH mass fraction, qPAH, is much lower in these objects than the average Galactic value, implying effective destruction of aromatic particles in HII regions. Estimated radiation field inten- sities （U） are close to those derived for extragalactic HII complexes. Color indices [F24/F8], [F70/F24], [F160/F24] and [F160/F70] are compared to criteria proposed to distinguish between regions of ionized hydrogen and planetary nebulae. Also, we relate our results to analogous color indices for extragalactic complexes of ionized hydrogen.

物权法虽然规定住宅建设用地使用权期满要自动续期,但该规定并不明确,引发了续期期限如何规定、续期是否有偿、如果有偿收费方式及收费标准如何规定等诸多分歧较大的问题。而这些问题的处理关系到房屋所有人的切身利益,影响人们的生活及当前社会经济发展的大局,需要完善立法体系,尽快制订相关制度。针对住宅建设用地使用权续期的有偿性、期限、制度设计等热点问题进行梳理和归纳,借鉴域外立法模式并提出我国未来制度设计的方向,建立严格的住宅建设用地管制制度。
