The tea plant cultivar‘Zhonghuang 2'(ZH2)possesses albino-induced yellow leaves that contain low levels of catechins but high contents of amino ***,the molecular mechanism underlying the yellow leaf phenotype of ZH2 has not been elucidated *** the current research,the yellow shoots(ZH2-Y)and naturally converted green shoots(ZH2-G)of ZH2 were studied using metabolic and proteomic profiling for a better understanding of the mechanism underlying phenotype *** total,107 differentially changed metabolites(DCMs)were identified from the GC-Ms-based metabolomics,and 189 differentially accumulated proteins(DAPs)were identified from the tandem mass tag(TMT)-based quantitative ***,integrated analysis revealed that‘porphyrin and chlorophyll metabolism',‘carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms',and‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis'pathways were commonly enriched for DAPs and *** further found that the inhibition of chlorophyll biosynthesis,the deficiency of photosynthetic proteins and the imbalance of the ROs-scavenging system were the crucial reasons responsible for the chlorosis,chloroplast abnormality and photooxidative damage of ZH2 ***,our research combines metabolomics and proteomics approaches to uncover the molecular mechanism leading to the yellow leaf phenotype of tea plants.

Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with stability analysis and stabilization design for sampled-data based load frequency control(lFC) systems via a data-driven method. By describing the dynamic behavior of lFC systems based on a data-based representation, a stability criterion is derived to obtain the admissible maximum sampling interval(MsI) for a given controller and a design condition of the PI-type controller is further developed to meet the required MsI. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by a case study.

The Dazu Rock Carvings in Chongqing were inscribed on the World heritage list in *** recent years,the Dazu Rock Carvings have faced environmental challenges such as geological forces,increased precipitation,pollution and tourism,which have led to rock deterioration and structural *** multi-source monitoring system for the protection of the rock carvings,based on the Internet of Things,includes Global Navigation satellite system(GNss)displacement monitoring,static level displacement monitoring,laser rangefinder displacement monitoring,roof pressure sensor monitoring and environmental damage *** paper analyses data from each sub-monitoring system within the multi-source monitoring system applied to Yuanjue Cave in the Dazu Rock ***,a correlation analysis between climate monitoring data and roof displacement data was carried out to assess the effect of *** on the results of the analysis,a temperature correction equation for the laser rangefinder was derived to improve the laser rangefinder displacement monitoring *** improved system was then used to monitor Cave 168,revealing the deformation and erosion patterns of the *** research results demonstrate that the multiparameter monitoring system is capable of accurately measuring and analyzing the stability of the Dazu stone carvings,as well as the effects of environmental conditions on *** use of the Internet of Things(IoT)and real-time data collection to monitor rock deformation and environmental conditions is an innovative application of technology in cultural heritage *** of the monitoring system and statistical correlation analysis of temperature and laser rangefinder data highlight the thoroughness of the methodology in this paper and its relevance to sustainable mountain *** the future,multi-source monitoring systems will have a broader application in the conservation of other UNEsCO World heritage sites.

The rapid development of 5G communication technology and smart electronic and electrical equipment will inevitably lead to electromagnetic radiation *** heterointerface polarization relaxation through nanostructure design and interface modifica-tion has proven to be an effective strategy to obtain efficient electromagnetic wave ***,this work implements an innovative method that combines biomimetic honeycomb superstructure to constrain hierarchical porous heterostructure composed of Co/CoO nano-particles to improve the interfacial polarization *** method effectively controlled the absorption efficiency of Co^(2+)through de-lignification modification of bamboo,and combined with the bionic carbon-based natural hierarchical porous structure to achieve uniform dispersion of nanoparticles,which is conducive to the in-depth construction of heterogeneous *** addition,the multiphase struc-ture brought about by high-temperature pyrolysis provides the best dielectric loss and impedance matching for the ***,the obtained bamboo-based Co/CoO multiphase composite showed excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance,achieving excel-lent reflection loss(Rl)of-79 dB and effective absorption band width of 4.12 GHz(6.84-10.96 GHz)at low load of 15wt%.Among them,the material’s optimal radar cross-section(RCs)reduction value can reach 31.9 dB·m^(2).This work provides a new approach to the micro-control and comprehensive optimization of macro-design of microwave absorbers,and offers new ideas for the high-value utiliza-tion of biomass materials.

Deformation mechanism and NPR anchor cable truss coupling support in tunnel through fault fracture zone

Abiotic aerobic oxidation pathways of stibnite revealed by oxygen and sulfur isotope systematics of sulfate

The environmental threat posed by stibnite is an important geoenvironmental issue of current *** better understand stibnite oxidation pathways,aerobic abiotic batch experiments were conducted in aqueous solution with varyingδ^(18)O_(H_(2)O) value at initial neutral pH for different lengths of time(15-300 days).The sulfate oxygen and sulfur isotope compositions as well as concentrations of sulfur and antimony species were *** sulfur isotope fractionation factor(△^(34)s_(sO4-stibnite))values decreased from 0.8‰to-2.1‰during the first 90 days,and increased to 2.6‰at the 180 days,indicating the dominated intermediate sulfur species such as s_(2)O_(3)^(2-),s0,and H_(2)s(g)involved in sb2s3 oxidation *** incorporation of O into sulfate derived from O_(2)(~100%)indicated that the dissociated O_(2)was only directly adsorbed on the stibnite-s sites in the initial stage(0-90 days).The proportion of O incorporation into sulfate from water(27%-52%)increased in the late stage(90-300 days),which suggested the oxidation mechanism changed to hydroxyl attack on stibnite-s sites promoted by nearby adsorbed O_(2)on stibnite-sb *** exchange of oxygen between sulfite and water may also contributed to the increase of water derived O into sO42-.The new insight of stibnite oxidation pathway contributes to the understanding of sulfide oxidation mechanism and helps to interpret field data.

As an emerging environmental contaminant,antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in tap water have attracted great *** studies have provided ARG profiles in tap water,research on their abundance levels,composition characteristics,and potential threat is still ***,9 household tap water samples were collected from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)in ***,75 sets of environmental sample data(9 types)were downloaded from the public *** was then performed to explore the differences in the abundance and composition of ARGs.221 ARG subtypes consisting of 17 types were detected in tap *** the ARG abundance in tap water was not significantly different from that found in drinking water plants and reservoirs,their composition *** tap water samples,the three most abundant classes of resistance genes were multidrug,fosfomycin and Mls(macrolide-lincosamidestreptogramin)ARGs,and their corresponding subtypes ompR,fosX and macB were also the most abundant ARG *** the potential mobility,vans had the highest abundance on plasmids and viruses,but the absence of key genes rendered resistance to vancomycin ***,the majority of ARGs present in tap water were those that have not been assessed and are currently not listed as high-threat level ARG families based on the World health Organization *** the current potential threat to human health posed by ARGs in tap water is limited,with persistent transfer and accumulation,especially in pathogens,the potential danger to human health posed by ARGs should not be ignored.

Ozonolysis of ketoprofen in polluted water:Reaction pathways,kinetics,removal efficiency,and health effects

Ketoprofen(KET),as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug frequently detected in aqueous environments,is a threat to human health due to its accumulation and low biodegradability,which requires the transformation and degradation of KET in aqueous *** this paper,the reaction process of ozone-initiated KET degradation in water was investigated using density functional theory(DFT)method at the M06-2X/6-311++g(3df,2p)//M06-2X/6-31+g(d,p)*** detailed reaction path of KET ozonation is *** thermodynamic results show that ozone-initiated KET degradation is *** ultraviolet irradiation,the reaction of ozone with water can also produce OH radicals(HO·)that can react with *** degradation reaction of KET caused by HO·was further *** kinetic calculation illustrates that the reaction rate(1.99×10-1(mol/l)^(-1)sec^(-1))of KET ozonation is relatively slow,but the reaction rate of HO·reaction is relatively high,which can further improve the degradation *** this basis,the effects of pollutant concentration,ozone concentration,natural organic matter,and pH value on degradation efficiency under UV/O3 process were *** ozonolysis reaction of KET is not sensitive to pH and is basically ***,the toxicity prediction of oxidation compounds produced by degradation reaction indicates that most of the degradation products are harmless,and a few products containing benzene rings are still toxic and have to be *** study serves as a theoretical basis for analyzing the migration and transformation process of anti-inflammatory compounds in the water environment.

Joint Estimation of sOH and RUl for lithium-Ion Batteries Based on Improved Twin support Vector Machineh

Accurately estimating the state of health(sOH)and Remaining Useful life(RUl)of lithium-ion batteries(lIBs)is crucial for the continuous and stable operation of battery management ***,due to the complex internal chemical systems of lIBs and the nonlinear degradation of their performance,direct measurement of sOH and RUl is *** address these issues,the Twin support Vector Machine(TWsVM)method is proposed to predict sOH and ***,the constant current charging time of the lithium battery is extracted as a health indicator(HI),decomposed using Variational Modal Decomposition(VMD),and feature correlations are computed using Importance of Random Forest Features(RF)to maximize the extraction of critical factors influencing battery performance ***,to enhance the global search capability of the Convolution Optimization Algorithm(COA),improvements are made using Good Point set theory and the Differential Evolution *** Improved Convolution Optimization Algorithm(ICOA)is employed to optimize TWsVM parameters for constructing sOH and RUl prediction ***,the proposed models are validated using NAsA and CAlCE lithium-ion battery *** results demonstrate that the proposed models achieve an RMsE not exceeding 0.007 and an MAPE not exceeding 0.0082 for sOH and RUl prediction,with a relative error in RUl prediction within the range of[-1.8%,2%].Compared to other models,the proposed model not only exhibits superior fitting capability but also demonstrates robust performance.
