Litopenaeus vannamei is the most extensively cultured shrimp species globally,recognized for its scale,production,and economic ***,its aquaculture is plagued by frequent disease outbreaks,resulting in rapid and mas.ive *** research often lags behind the emergence of new diseases,leaving the causal agents of some shrimp diseases unidentified and leading to nomenclature based on symptomatic presentations,especially in cases.involving co-and polymicrobial *** data on shrimp disease statuses remain *** this review,we summarize current knowledge on shrimp diseases and their effects on the gut ***,we also propose a workflow integrating primary colonizers,“driver”taxa in gut networks from healthy to diseased states,disease-discriminatory taxa,and virulence genes to identify potential polymicrobial *** examine both abiotic and biotic factors(e.g.,external and internal sources and specific-disease effects)that influence shrimp gut microbiota,with an emphasis on the“holobiome”concept and common features of gut microbiota response to diverse *** excluding the effects of confounding factors,we provide a diagnosis model for quantitatively predicting shrimp disease incidence using disease common-discriminatory taxa,irrespective of the causal *** to the conservation of functional genes used in designing specific primers,we propose a practical strategy applying qPCR-assayed abundances of disease common-discriminatory functional *** review updates the roles of the gut microbiota in exploring shrimp etiology,polymicrobial pathogens,and disease incidence,offering a refined perspective for advancing shrimp aquaculture health management.

The conventional multilevel inverters(MLis)have the disadvantages of numerous devices.incapacity of boost,unbalance for capacitor’s voltage,high complexity for control,and *** by this.issue,a seven-level boost inverter(7LBi)based on a s.itched capacitor is presented for singlephase applications.in this *** proposed 7LBi using only seven transistors can achieve seven output levels,1.5 voltage gain,and natural balance of capacitors’voltages without sensors or other auxiliary methods,which illustrates.its s.itability for the applications of renewable energy *** configuration of topology and operating principles are illustrated in *** natural balance of capacitors and capacitance calculations are deduced as ***,the comparative study is conducted for different types of *** results.illustrate the merits of the proposed 7LBi with respect to reduced devices,lower voltage stress,and less power ***,a simulation for the proposed 7LBi with PWM modulation is realized based on the theoretical analysis;an experimental prototype is also implemented,verifying multilevel output,boost ability,natural balance for s.itched capacitors,and performance of transient response.

Emerging applications such as smart city infrastructures and virtual reality landscapes are setting rigorous benchmarks for 6g mobile networks, requiring elevated levels of confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication, and stringent access controls. Blockchain technology is heralded as a transformative enabler for meeting 6g standards, owing to its.intrinsic attributes. However, a gap exists.in the holis.ic inves.igation of blockchain's applicability in 6g realms, particularly addres.ing the “whether”, “when”, and“how” of its deployment. Present research trails.in developing robust methodologies to gauge blockchain's efficacy within 6g use cases. Addres.ing this, our study introduces a novel confluence of blockchain with 6g networks, where data resides.in distributed Hash tables(DHTs) while their hashes are secured in distributed ledger technology(DLT), harnes.ing blockchain's core strengths.immutability, traceability, and fortified security. We delineate seven specific 6g use cases poised for enhancement through blockchain integration,and scrutinize the rationale, nature, and timing of this convergence. Furthermore, we devise a comprehensive methodology for asses.ing blockchain's performance metrics and scalability in 6g environments. Our extensive experimental analyses evaluate the synergis.ic performance of this.integration, revealing that the Quorum blockchain satisfactorily supports 80% of 6g scenarios. The findings suggest that, with appropriate configurations, consortium blockchains are well-equipped to fulfill the demanding performance and scalability requisites of 6g networks.

Expediting redox kinetics of sulfur species on conductive scaffolds with limited charge acces.ible surface is considered as an imperative approach to realize energy-dense and power-intensive lithium-sulfur(Li-s)*** this work,the concept of concurrent hetero-/homo-geneous electrocatalysts.is proposed to simultaneously mediate liquid-solid conversion of lithium polysulfides(LiPss)and solid lithium disulfide/sulfide(Li_(2)s_(2)/Li_(2)s)propagation,the latter of which suffers from sluggish reduction kinetics due to buried conductive scaffold surface by extensive deposition of Li_(2)s_(2)/Li_(2)*** selected model material to verify this concept is a two-in-one catalyst:carbon nanotube(CNT)scaffold supported iron-cobalt(Fe-Co)alloy nanoparticles and partially carbonized selenium(C-se)*** Fe-Co alloy serves as a heterogeneous electrocatalyst to seed Li_(2)s_(2)/Li_(2)s through sulphifilic active sites,while the C-se sustainably releases soluble lithium polyselenides and functions as a homogeneous electrocatalyst to propagate Li_(2)s_(2)/Li_(2)s via solution *** bi-phasic mediation of the sulfur species benefits reduction kinetics of LiPs conversion,especially for the mas.ive Li_(2)s_(2)/Li_(2)s growth scenario by affording an additional solution directed route in case of conductive surface being largely *** strategy endows the Li-s batteries with improved cycling stability(836 mA h g^(-1)after 180 cycles),rate capability(547 mA h g^(-1)at 4 C)and high sulfur loading superiority(2.96 mA h cm^(-2)at 2.4 mg cm^(-2)).This work hopes to enlighten the employment of bi-phasic electrocatalysts to dictate liquid-solid transformation of intermediates for conversion chemistry batteries.

The COViD-19 pandemic continues to significantly impact people's lives worldwide, emphasizing the critical need for effective detection methods. Many exis.ing deep learning-based approaches for COViD-19 detection offer high accuracy but demand substantial computing resources, time, and energy. in this study, we introduce an optical diffractive neural network(ODNN-COViD), which is characterized by low power consumption, efficient parallelization, and fast computing speed for COViD-19 detection. in addition, we explore how the physical parameters of ODNN-COViD affect its diagnos.ic performance. We identify the F number as a key parameter for evaluating the overall detection capabilities. Through an assessment of the connectivity of the diffractive network, we established an optimized range of F number, offering guidance for constructing optical diffractive neural networks. in the numerical simulations, a three-layer system achieves an impres.ive overall accuracy of 92.64% and 88.89% in binary-and threeclas.ification diagnos.ic tasks. For a single-layer system, the simulation accuracy of 84.17% and the experimental accuracy of 80.83% can be obtained with the same configuration for the binary-clas.ification task, and the simulation accuracy is 80.19% and the experimental accuracy is 74.44% for the three-clas.ification task. both simulations and experiments validate that the proposed optical diffractive neural network serves as a pas.ive optical processor for effective COViD-19 diagnosis, featuring low power consumption, high parallelization, and fast computing capabilities. Furthermore, ODNN-COViD exhibits versatility, making it adaptable to various.image analysis and object clas.ification tasks related to medical fields owing to its general architecture.

The Yangla Cu skarn deposit is located in the central part of the Jinshajiang suture Zone,southwest China,with a total reserve of 150 Mt Cu@1.03%.The newly discovered antimony orebodies at the depth of Yangla are strictly controlled by the stratum,structure,and lithology,which are lenticular and vein-like within the marble fracture zone,which can provide a window into multistage miner-alization and ore genesis at *** can be divided into three types,Cu–Pb–Zn(skarn)pyrite,galena,and sphalerite,Cu(porphyry)chalcopyrite and pyrite,and sb(hydrothermal)s.ibnite and *** mineral assem-blages were s.ibnite+pyrite+calcite+quartz±minor scheelite in antimony *** study presents quantitative measurements of the trace element compositions of pyrite and s.ibnite from the Yangla antimony *** of pyrite with electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)showed enrichment in Co,Ni,sb,As,and Mo,and deficit in its s and Fe contents when compared to the stoichiometric con-centrations of s and Fe in *** sb-related pyrite may belong to sedimentary-reworked genesis and may be modi-fied by hydrothermalfluids,thereby presenting a certain dif-ference(i.e.,crystal morphology,texture,and chemical com-position)compared to the skarn and porphyry Cu-related pyrite in the Yangla Cu skarn *** of s.ibnite with EPMA and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrom-etry showed enrichment in As,Pb,sn,Pb,Cu,and Zn,and presented much higher sb contents and s.ightly lower s con-tents when compared to the stoichiometric concentrations of sb and s.in *** analysis of the s.ibnite trace elements showed correlations for the elemental pairs Cu–Pb,As–sb,and sn–Pb,and the coupled subs.itution equations sb^(3+)↔Cu^(+)+Pb^(2+),sb^(3+)↔As^(3+),and sn^(2+)↔Pb^(2+)may be the major factors governed the incorporating Cu,Pb,As and sn within the ***,this study preliminary shows that the antimony mineralization may belong to a car-bonate replacement h

Rapidly monitoring regional water quality and the changing trend is of great practical and s.ientific significance,especially for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region of China where water resources are relatively scarce and inland water bodies are generally *** remote sensing data of the gF 1 satellite launched in 2013 have characteris.ics of high spatial and temporal resolution,which can be used for the dynamic monitoring of the water environment in small lakes and ***,the water quality remote sensing monitoring model based on the gF 1 satellite data for lakes and reservoirs.in BTH is s.ill lacking because of the considerable differences.in the optical characteris.ics of the lakes and *** this paper,the typical reservoirs.in BTH-guanting Reservoir,Yuqiao Reservoir,Panjiakou Reservoir,and Daheiting Reservoir are taken as the study *** the atmospheric correction of gF 1-WFV,the relative radiation normalized atmospheric correction was adopted after comparing it with other methods,such as 6 s and *** the water clarity retrieval,a water color hue angle based model was proposed and outperformed other available published models,with the R 2 of 0.74 and MRE of 31.7%.The clarity products of the four typical reservoirs.in the BTH region in 2013-2019 were produced using the gF 1-WFV *** on the products,temporal and spatial changes.in clarity were analyzed,and the main influencing factors for each water body were *** was found that the clarity of guanting,Daheiting,and Panjiakou reservoirs showed an upward trend during this period,while that of Yuqiao Reservoir showed a downward *** the influencing factors,the water level of the water bodies can be an important factor related to the water clarity changes.in this region.
