Efficient concentration of trace analyte with ordered hotspot construction for a robust and sensitive sERs platform

surface-enhanced Raman scattering(sERs)platform,which enables trace analyte detection,has important application *** structuring/modifying the surface of the sERssubstrate,analyte in highly diluted solutions can be concentrated into localized active areas for highly sensitive ***,subject to the difficulty of the fabrication process,itremains challenging to balance hot-spot construction and the concentration capacity of analyte ***,preparing sERs substrates with densely ordered hot spots andefficient concentration capacity is of great significance for highly sensitive ***,we propose an Ag and fluoroalkyl-modified hierarchical armour substrate(Ag/F-HA),which has a double-layer stacking design to combine analyte concentration with hotspot *** microarmour structure is fabricated by femtosecond-laser processing to serve as asuperhydrophobic and low-adhesive surface to concentrate analyte,while the anodic aluminium oxide(AAO)template creates a nanopillar array serving as dense and ordered hot *** the synergistic action of hot spots and analyte concentration,Ag/F-HA achieves a detectionlimit down to 10^(-7)M doxorubicin(DOX)molecules with a RsD of 7.69%.Additionally,Ag/F-HA exhibits excellent robustness to resist external disturbances such as liquid splash or *** on our strategy,sERs substrates with directional analyte concentrations are further explored by patterning microcone arrays with *** work opens a way to the realistic implementation of sERs in diverse scenarios.

Quantitative estimation of global mean precipitation throughout the Phanerozoic era

Quantitatively estimating the global mean precipitation(GMP)throughout Earth's history is crucial for enhancing our understanding of long-term climate evolution and the hydrological ***,currently there is no established methodology for estimating global mean ***,we present the first study that estimates GMP in the Phanerozoic *** relationship between GMP and global mean surface temperature(GMsT)is investigated by analyzing data from 23 models in the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project phase 6(CMIP6).The result reveals consistent and significant impact of temperature on precipitation,with a sensitivity range of 2–3%K^(-1).Additionally,we propose a method for accessing latitudinal variations in precipitation caused by land area distributions and paleo-Koppen climatic *** climatic belts are determined based on geological indicators such as coals,evaporites,and glacial *** GMP is thus quantitatively estimated by combining variations in GMsT,land area distributions,and paleo-koppen climatic belts,spanning from 540 Ma to the present *** quantitative GMP curve demonstrates fluctuations in GMP about 500 mm yr^(-1),with values ranging from 948 to1442 mm yr-1over the Phanerozoic *** curve aligns closely with findings derived from numerical *** presented paleoprecipitation variations facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of the interconnected geological and paleoclimatic developments.

Vortex excites unidirectional water waves near ancient Luoyang Bridge

since the discovery of generalized snell’s law in 2011[1],metasurfaces have opened up the mainstream of arbitrary wavefront manipulation in *** a gradient-index metasurface,the parallel wavenumber kx of reflected wave can be not equal to the incident one(kx=ξ+k0sinθi,where k0 andθi are the incident wavenumber and angle,andξis the phase gradient of metasurface in its supercell)[1].Whenξ>k0,the reflected wave becomes a surface wave bounded on the metasurface(where|kx|>k0,kz is imaginary,and z is normal to the metasurface)[2].However,as research of metasurfaces continually evolves,some articles have pointed out that such graded metasurfaces suffer from a series of problems[3-6].In particular,multiple metallic resonators are adopted in a subwavelength supercell,resulting in impedance mismatch,moderate conversion efficiency,wave absorption,and fabrication ***,although the approach of graded metasurfaces has been demonstrated in the microwave regime,it is hard to extend to infrared and optical ranges with shorter *** solve this problem,Ra’di et al.[7]devised metagratings with periodic arrays of bianisotropic scatterers and showed that they enable wave front engineering with unitary efficiency and significantly lower fabrication demands.

Let n≥2 be an integer. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for an integral quadratic form over dyadic local fields to be n-universal by using invariants from Beli's theory of bases of norm ***, we provide a minimal set for testing n-universal quadratic forms over dyadic local fields, as an analogue of Bhargava and Hanke's 290-theorem(or Conway and schneeberger's 15-theorem) on universal quadratic forms with integer coefficients.

Carbonation of Dicalcium silicate Enhanced by Ammonia Bicarbonate and Its Mechanism

The strength development law of γ-type dicalcium silicate (γ-C_(2)s) under different carbonation processes was investigated,and the carbonation mechanism of γ-C_(2)s under the action of NH_(4)HCO_(3) was clarified by using a wide range of test methods,including XRD and sEM.A method of saturated NH_(4)HCO_(3) solution as a curing agent was identified to improve the carbonation efficiency and enhance the carbonation degree of γ-C_(2)s,and then a high-strength carbonated specimen was *** analysis and sEM morphology analysis were conducted on the carbonised specimens obtained under atmospheric pressure carbonisation conditions using the curing *** was found that γ-C_(2)s could perform carbonisation well under atmospheric pressure,which promoted the carbonisation efficiency and decreased the carbonisation cost ***,a new carbonisation process solution was proposed for the rapid carbonisation of γ-C_(2)s.

self-destructing chips have promising applications for securing *** paper proposes a new concept of energetic diodes for the first time,which can be used for self-destructive chips.A simple two-step electrochemical deposition method is used to prepare ZnO/CuO/Al energetic diode,in which N-type ZnO and P-type CuO are constricted to a PN *** paper comprehensively discusses the material properties,morphology,semiconductor characteristics,and exploding performances of the energetic *** results show that the energetic diode has typical rectification with a turn-on voltage of about 1.78 V and a reverse leakage current of about 3×10^(-4)*** a constant voltage of 70 V loads to the energetic diode in the forward direction for about 0.14 s or 55 V loads in the reverse direction for about 0.17 s,the loaded power can excite the energetic diode exploding and the current rises to about100 *** to the unique performance of the energetic diode,it has a double function of rectification and *** energetic diode can be used as a logic element in the normal chip to complete the regular operation,and it can release energy to destroy the chip accurately.

针对香蕉胚性悬浮细胞培养过程中存在的胚性愈伤组织的诱导率低、周期过长、胚性易丢失等问题,以"苹果蕉"及"威廉斯"香蕉的未成熟雄花为试验材料,对香蕉胚性愈伤组织的诱导、悬浮培养的理化条件进行改进。结果表明:(1)光照条件较暗培养更有利于诱导理想的香蕉胚性愈伤组织;(2)M1培养基中加入酪蛋白和脯氨酸有利于胚性愈伤组织的诱导;(3)用微孔板代替三角瓶悬浮培养,有利于悬浮细胞分裂增殖,而且可减少污染的可能。

EventLFM:event camera integrated Fourier light field microscopy for ultrafast 3D imaging

Ultrafast 3D imaging is indispensable for visualizing complex and dynamic biological *** scanning-based techniques necessitate an inherent trade-off between acquisition speed and space-bandwidth product(sBP).Emerging single-shot 3D wide-field techniques offer a promising alternative but are bottlenecked by the synchronous readout constraints of conventional CMOs systems,thus restricting data throughput to maintain high sBP at limited frame *** address this,we introduce EventLFM,a straightforward and cost-effective system that overcomes these challenges by integrating an event camera with Fourier light field microscopy(LFM),a state-of-theart single-shot 3D wide-field imaging *** event camera operates on a novel asynchronous readout architecture,thereby bypassing the frame rate limitations inherent to conventional CMOs *** further develop a simple and robust event-driven LFM reconstruction algorithm that can reliably reconstruct 3D dynamics from the unique spatiotemporal measurements captured by *** results demonstrate that EventLFM can robustly reconstruct fast-moving and rapidly blinking 3D fluorescent samples at kHz frame ***,we highlight EventLFM’s capability for imaging of blinking neuronal signals in scattering mouse brain tissues and 3D tracking of GFP-labeled neurons in freely moving *** believe that the combined ultrafast speed and large 3D sBP offered by EventLFM may open up new possibilities across many biomedical applications.
