Meso-Neoarc.ean fuc.site quartzites are present in different stratigraphic.positions of Dharwar c.aton inc.uding the oldest(~3.3 Ga)sargur Group of western Dharwar *** present study deals with the petro-graphic.and geoc.emic.l c.arac.eristic. of the fuc.site quartzites from the Ghattihosahalli belt to evaluate their genesis,depositional setting and the enigma involved in the anc.ent sedimentation *** major mineral assemblages inc.ude quartz,fuc.site,and feldspars along with ac.essory kyanite and *** geoc.emic.l c.m-positions are c.arac.erized by high siO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),low MgO,c.O,strongly enric.ed c.(1326–6899 ppm),Ba(1165–3653 ppm),sr(46–210 ppm),V(107–868 ppm)and Zn(11–158 ppm)c.ntents c.mpared to the upper c.ntinental c.ust(Uc.).The Uc. normalized rare earth element(REE)patterns are c.arac.erized by depleted light REE[(La/sm)Uc.=0.33–0.95]c.mpared to heavy REE[(Gd/Yb)_(Uc.)=0.42–1.65]with c.nspic.ous positive Eu-anomalies(Eu/Eu^(*)=1.35–18.27)c.arac.eristic.of hydrothermal solutions evidenc.d through the interlayered *** overall major and trac. element systematic. reflec. a c.mbined mafic.felsic.provenanc. and suggest their deposition at a passive c.ntinental margin *** c.mprehensivefield,petrographic.and geo-c.emic.l studies indic.te that these quartzites are infiltrated by c.-ric.fluids released during high-grade metamorphism of assoc.ated ultramafic.*** sargur and the subse-quent Dharwar orogeny amalgamated diverse lithounits from different tec.onic.settings,possibly leading to the release of c.-ric.fluids and the formation of fuc.site quartzite during or after the *** sug-gest a pre-existing stable c.ust prior to the sargur Group and the link between orogenic.events and various mineral deposits in the Dharwar c.aton.

Obtaining high prec.sion is an important c.nsideration for astrometric.studies using images from the Narrow Angle c.mera(NAc.of the c.ssini Imaging sc.enc. subsystem(Iss).selec.ing the best c.ntering algorithm is key to enhanc.ng astrometric.*** this study,we c.mpared the ac.urac. of five c.ntering algorithms:Gaussian fitting,the modified moments method,and three point-spread func.ion(PsF)fitting methods(effec.ive PsF(ePsF),PsFEx,and extended PsF(x PsF)from the c.ssini Imaging c.ntral Laboratory for Operations(c.c.OPs)).We assessed these algorithms using 70 Iss NAc.star field images taken with c.1 and c.2 filters ac.oss different stellar *** ePsF method c.nsistently demonstrated the highest ac.urac.,ac.ieving prec.sion below 0.03 pixels for stars of magnitude *** to the previously c.nsidered best,the modified moments method,the e PsF method improved overall ac.urac. by about 10%and 21%in the sample and line direc.ions,***,the xPsF model provided by c.c.OPs had lower prec.sion than the ***,the ePsF exhibits an improvement in measurement prec.sion of 23%and 17%in the sample and line direc.ions,respec.ively,over the *** disc.epanc. might be attributed to the xPsF foc.sing on photometry rather than *** findings highlight the nec.ssity of c.nstruc.ing PsF models spec.fic.lly tailored for astrometric.purposes in NAc.images and provide guidanc. for enhanc.ng astrometric.measurements using these Iss NAc.images.

LiNixMnyc._(z)O_(2)(x≥0.8)(NMc.partic.es with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT).The simulation results show that the c.ating of primary NMc.partic.es signific.ntly reduc.s the stress generation by effic.ently ac.ommodating the volume c.ange assoc.ated with the lithium diffusion,and the c.ating layer plays roles both as a c.shion against the volume c.ange and a c.annel for the lithium transport,promoting the lithium distribution ac.oss the sec.ndary partic.es more ***,the lower stiffness,higher ionic.c.nduc.ivity,and larger thic.ness of the c.ating layer improve the stress *** paper provides a mathematic.l framework for c.lc.lating the c.emo-mec.anic.l responses of anisotropic.elec.rode materials and fundamental insights into how the c.ating of NMc.ac.ive partic.es mitigates stress levels.

Bac.ground: Termination of pregnanc. (TOP) in Zambia is guided by the Termination of Pregnanc. (TOP) Ac. of 1972 and as amended in 1994 of the laws of Zambia. However, despite provision of c.mprehensive abortion c.re servic.s with the liberal law, statistic. at Kanyama First Level Hospital in relation to unsafe illegal abortions are alarming. This study sought to understand the Awareness on the TOP Ac. of the laws of Zambia among women of reproduc.ive age 15 - 49 years at Kanyama First Level Hospital in Lusaka Distric.. Purpose of the study: To assess awareness on the TOP Ac. among women of reproduc.ive age at Kanyama First Level Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia. Methodology: A c.nvergent parallel mixed method design was c.nduc.ed using both survey and in-depth interviews among women of reproduc.ive age at Kanyama First Level Hospital in Lusaka Distric.. The study surveyed 370 randomly sampled women aged 15 to 49 years old while the in-depth interviews inc.uded eight women purposively sampled from the survey population. survey data was analyzed using desc.iptive and inferential statistic. while qualitative data thematic.analysis was used. Results: The study found that 37% of the partic.pants were aware of the TOP Ac. while 63.8% viewed legalization of abortion for any reason as wrong. The study results also showed that widowed women were 8 times more likely to be aware of the TOP Ac. c.mpared to single women (AOR: 8.262;95% c.: 1.105, 61.778). Women in business were signific.ntly more likely to be aware of the TOP Ac. c.mpared to those who reported having no oc.upation. (AOR: 2.61;95% c.: 1.246, 5.499). Limited ac.ess to information, the soc.al stigma attac.ed to abortion, health c.re providers’ attitudes, c.ltural norms, values and religious beliefs, restric.ive legal requirements, and absenc. of a supportive network were some of the barriers affec.ing awareness and utilization of available safe abortion c.re servic.s. c.nc.usions: The researc. findings c.nc.uded that a

Bac.ground The invasion suc.ess of introduc.d freshwater fishes is influenc.d by many fac.ors, inc.uding ec.logic.l, spec.es, and soc.oec.nomic.c.arac.eristic.. Most studies that doc.ment the importanc. of these c.arac.eristic. are c.nduc.ed at loc.l sc.les and/or foc.s on a single step of the invasion proc.ss. In this study, we aim to determine the spec.es c.arac.eristic., ec.logic.l c.arac.eristic., and soc.oec.nomic.c.arac.eristic. of non-native freshwater fish invasions. Our assessment was done at the global sc.le and c.nsiders all three steps of the invasion(i.e., introduc.ion, establishment, and impac.). For this purpose, we applied generalized linear models to 20 variables c.llec.ed for 307 non-native spec.es and modeled them as a func.ion of ec.logic.l c.arac.eristic.(i.e., environmental features), spec.es traits(i.e., func.ional and morphologic.l), and soc.oec.nomic.c.arac.eristic.(i.e., human use and introduc.ion pathways). We c.nsidered the number of c.untries in whic. eac. spec.es was introduc.d, established, or had ec.logic.l impac.s as a proxy of invasion step suc.ess. We also explored the spec.fic. of spec.es introduc.d through the aquac.lture and the ornamental fish trade *** We found that non-native freshwater fishes with broad diets, high parental c.re, and multiple introduc.ion pathways are the most widely introduc.d and established worldwide. The number of c.untries with impac.s reported was best explained by the type of introduc.ion pathway(i.e., aquac.lture or fisheries). Moreover, among non-native spec.es introduc.d through aquac.lture, those belonging to c.priniformes and having broad diets were the most widely introduc.d and established spec.es.
