Growth depression of Rosa plants at sites previously used to cultivate the same or closely related species is a typical symptom of rose replant disease(RRD).Currently,limited information is available on the causes and the etiology of RRD compared to apple replant disease(ARD).Thus,this study aimed at analyzing growth characteristics,root morphology,and root metabolites,as well as microbial communities in the rhizosphere of the susceptible rootstock Rosa corymbifera‘Laxa’grown in RRD-affected soil from two sites(Heidgraben and sangerhausen),either untreated or disinfected byγ-*** a greenhouse bioassay,plants developed significantly more biomass in theγ-irradiated than in the untreated soils of both *** plant metabolites detected in ***‘Laxa’roots were site-and *** aloesin was recorded in significantly higher concentrations in untreated than inγ-irradiated soils from Heidgraben,the concentrations of phenylalanine were significantly lower in roots from untreated soil of both *** microbial communities of 8-week-old plants were studied by sequencing of 16s rRNA,ITs,and cox gene fragments amplified from total community *** by microscopic observations,sequences affiliated to the bacterial genus streptomyces and the fungal genus Nectria were identified as potential causal agents of RRD in the soils *** relative abundance of oomycetes belonging to the genus Pythiogeton showed a negative correlation to the growth of the ***,the RRD symptoms,the effects of soil treatments on the composition of the rhizosphere microbial community revealed striking similarities to findings related to ARD.

西方马克思主义对传统马克思主义的反思过程中,更多将批判集中于哲学和历史理论之上,而缺少对传统马克思主义的政治经济学的审视。传统马克思主义政治经济学并未脱离古典政治经济学所设定的经济学理论论域,而没有认识到马克思对古典政治经济学范畴做出的革命性超越。传统马克思主义政治经济学的缺陷集中体现在对价值的理解上,它停留在了古典政治经济学的劳动量的理论之上,因此也无法看到货币对马克思的价值理解所具有的关键作用。对于马克思来说,价值的本质是交换的社会关系,它以货币为存在形式,货币是原子化的商品生产者进行社会化的必要中介,它不必以货币商品为基础。因此,马克思的价值理论可以被理解为货币价值论。货币价值论也为理解资本主义流通的信用体系提供了基础。与均衡理论的解释相反,危机正是资本主义的动力机制。马克思的政治经济学批判也因此更适合于解释当代的资本主义。

通过研究不同核素单中子分离能理论不确定性对快过程丰度的影响,挑选出快中子俘获过程中的关键原子核,为相关核物理实验提供优先研究的方向。利用蒙特卡洛分析并随机改变快过程核物理输入量,即单中子分离能和β衰变寿命,研究核物理输入量对Th/U核时钟的影响,并寻找较为稳定的Th/X(X代表某一快过程稳定元素)核时钟,为估算多数未测到U谱线的贫金属星的年龄提供新的可靠的核时钟。

Direct laser acceleration(DLA)of electrons in a plasma of near-critical electron density(NCD)and the associated synchrotron-like radiation are discussed for moderate relativistic laser intensity(normalized laser amplitude a0≤4.3)and ps length *** regime is typical of kJ PW-class laser facilities designed for high-energy-density(HED)*** experiments at the PHELIX facility,it has been demonstrated that interaction of a 1019 W/cm2 sub-ps laser pulse with a sub-mm length NCD plasma results in the generation of high-current well-directed superponderomotive electrons with an effective temperature ten times higher than the ponderomotive potential[Rosmej et al.,Plasma *** Fusion 62,115024(2020)].Three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations provide good agreement with the measured electron energy distribution and are used in the current work to study synchrotron radiation from the DLA-accelerated *** resulting x-ray spectrum with a critical energy of 5 keV reveals an ultrahigh photon number of 731011 in the 1–30 keV photon energy range at the focused laser energy of 20 *** simulations of betatron x-ray phase contrast imaging based on the DLA process for the parameters of a PHELIX laser are *** results are of interest for applications in HED experiments,which require a ps x-ray pulse and a high photon flux.

Deep brain stimulation has become a well-established symptomatic treatment for Parkinson＇s disease during the last 25 years. Besides improving motor symptoms and long-term motor complications, positive effects on patients＇ mobility, activities of daily living, emotional well-being and health-related quality of life have been recognized. Apart from that, numerous clinical trials analyzed effects on non-motor symptoms and side effects of deep brain stimulation. several technical issues and stimulation paradigms have been and are still being developed to optimize the therapeutic effects, minimize the side effects and facilitate handling. This review summarizes current therapeutic issues, i.e., patient and target selection, surgical procedure and programming paradigms. In addition it focuses on neuropsychological effects and side effects of deep brain stimulation.

The cross sections of e^(+)e^(-)→K^(+)K^(-)J/Ψat center-of-mass energies from 4.127 to 4.600 GeV are measured based on 15.6 fb-1data collected with the BEsⅢ detector operating at the BEPCⅡ storage *** resonant structures are observed in the line shape of the cross *** mass and width of the first structure are measured to be(4225.3±2.3±21.5)MeV and(72.9±6.1±30.8)MeV,*** are consistent with those of the established Y(4230).The second structure is observed for the first time with a statistical significance greater than 8σ,denoted as Y(4500).Its mass and width are determined to be(4484.7±13.3±24.1)MeV and(111.1±30.1±15.2)MeV,*** first presented uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are *** product of the electronic partial width with the decay branching fractionΓ(Y(4230)→e^(+)e^(−))B(Y(4230)→K^(+)K^(−)J/Ψ)is reported.

Overview of extended release tacrolimus in solid organ transplantation

Tacrolimus(Prograf?, Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd, staines, United Kingdom; referred to as tacrolimusBID) is an immunosuppressive agent to prevent and treat allograft rejection in kidney transplant recipients in combination with mycophenolate mofetil, corticosteroids,with or without basiliximab induction. The drug has also been studied in liver, heart and lung transplant; however, these are currently off-label indications. An extended release tacrolimus formulation(Advagraf?, Astagraf XL?) allows for once-daily dosing, with the potential to improve adherence. Extended release tacrolimus has similar absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion to tacrolimus-BID. Phase Ⅰ pharmacokinetic trials comparing extended release tacrolimus and tacrolimus-BID have demonstrated a decreased maximum concentration(C max) and delayed time to maximum concentration(t max) with the extended release formulation; however, AUC0-24 was comparable between formulations. Overall extended release tacrolimus has a very similar safety and efficacy profile to tacrolimus-BID. It is not recommended in the use of liver transplant patient's due to the increased risk of mortality in female recipients. There has been minimal data regarding the use of extended release tacrolimus in heart and lung transplant recipients. With the current data available for all organ groups the extended release tacrolimus should be dosed in a 1:1 fashion, the exception may be the cystic fibrosis population where their initial dose may need to be higher.
