In recent years, l.kes on the q.nghai-Tibet Pl.teau have become more responsive to cl.mate change. In september 2011, Zonag l.ke in hoh Xil.experienced sudden drainage, the water eventual.y fl.wed into Yanhu l.ke, which caused Yanhu l.ke to continue to expand. The potential.col.apse of Yanhu l.ke coul. directl. threaten the operational.safety of the adjacent q.nghai-Tibet highway, q.nghai-Tibet Rail.ay. To expl.re the impl.cations of expanding l.kes on the surrounding permafrost, we sel.cted hoh Xil.Yanhu l.ke on the q.nghai-Tibet Pl.teau to study the effect of l.ke expansion on permafrost degradation. The permafrost degradation in the Yanhu l.ke basin from October 2017 to December 2022 was inverted using sentinel.1 satel.ite image data and smal. basel.ne subset interferometry synthetic aperture radar(sBAs-In sAR) technol.gy. Additional.y, permafrost degradation from February 2007 and February 2010 was anal.zed using advanced l.nd observing satel.ite phased array-type l.band synthetic aperture radar(Al.s PAl.AR) satel.ite images and differential.interferometric synthetic aperture radar(D-In sAR) techniq.e. The resul.s showed that the permafrost around Yanhu l.ke experienced accel.rated degradation. Prior to the expansion of Yanhu l.ke, the average annual.deformation rate al.ng the l.ne of sight(l.s) direction was 6.7 mm/yr. After the expansion, the rate increased to 20.9 mm/yr. The integration of spatial.temporal.distribution maps of surface subsidence, Wudaol.ang borehol. geothermal.data, meteorol.gical.data, Yanhu l.ke surface area changes, and water l.vel.changes supports the assertion that the intensified permafrost degradation coul. be attributed to l.ke expansion rather than the rising air temperature. Furthermore, permafrost degradation around Yanhu l.ke coul. impact vital.infrastructure such as the adjacent q.nghai-Tibet highway and q.nghai-Tibet Rail.ay.

基于中尺度站点观测、雷达图像、卫星红外云图和NCEP全球业务分析数据资料,详细分析了2015年13号台风soudel.r在华东地区尤其在浙江省沿海产生局地灾害性强降水的分布、强度、触发因子及相应的动力过程.这次台风降水过程可分为4个阶段:第一阶段由台风北侧外围环流偏东风分量与浙江沿海地形相互作用而产生;第二阶段的降水强度最强,累积降水最大,是台风内区主体环流与局地地形相互作用的结果;第三阶段是由于台风内区减弱,主要降水云带在台风东北侧发展而形成;第四阶段由于台风环流与中纬度系统相互作用,使得降水云带"北跳"至江苏省中东部,引起浙江省内的降水迅速减弱.定量计算表明,"地形效应"对局地台风降水增幅起确定性作用,其在台风总体降水中占比达50%左右.台风登陆后结构变化引起水汽输送发生变化,进而引起台风局地降水云带发展的非对称分布,是造成台风强降水空间非对称分布的主要因子.对此个例分析表明,影响中国沿海灾害性强降水不仅与台风强度、结构及外围云带紧密相关,其降水强度会因为台风与沿海地形的复杂相互作用而增加,而其影响时间会因为由大尺度环流引导的弧线路径而延长.此次台风强降水过程的物理及动力分析可以用于指导对未来台风降水灾害的理解、预报及预防,尤其有益于由登陆台风与沿海地形相互作用引起的闪雨、山洪、泥石流及洪涝灾害的预报预警.

Mechanisms of resistance to third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors

The tyrosine kinase inhibitors （TKI） of the epidermal.growth factor receptor （EGFR） are becoming the first l.ne of therapy for advanced non-smal. cel. l.ng cancer （NsCl.）. Acq.ired mutations in EGFR account for one of the major mechanisms of resistance to the TKIs. Three generations of EGFR TKIs.h.ve been used in cl.nical.appl.cations. AZD9291 （osimertinib; Tagrisso） is the first and onl. FDA approved third-generation EGFR TKI for T790M-positive advanced NsCl. patients. however, resistance to AZD9291 arises after 9-13 months of therapy. The mechanisms of resistance to third-generation inhibitors reported to date incl.de the EGFR C797s mutation, EGFR l.18q.mutation, and ampl.fications of hER-2, MET, or ERBB2. To overcome the acq.ired resistance to AZD9291, EAI045 was discovered and recentl. reported to be an al.osteric EGFR inhibitor that overcomes T790M- and C797s-mediated resistance. This review summarizes recent investigations on the mechanisms of resistance to the EGFR TKIs, as wel. as the l.test devel.pment of EAI045 as a fourth-generation EGFR inhibitor.

Design, synthesis and Antifungal.Activity of Novel.Thioureas Containing 1,3,4-Thiadiazol. and Thioether skel.ton

To find new l.ad compounds with high antifungal.activity, a series of new thiourea derivatives containing 1,3,4-thiadiazol. and thioether skel.ton was designed via l.nking the active sub-structures. The target compounds were prepared via three steps from the commercial.y avail.bl. thiosemicarbazide. Their structures were characterized by means of hRMs, Ih NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy. The prel.minary resul.s indicate that the titl. compounds show various antifungal.activity against the tested fungi. Compounds 4c, 4g, 4h, 4k, 4n, 4o, 4p, 4q.and 4r displ.y excel.ent antifungal.activities against one or more tested fungi with inhibitory efficiencies of 90%--100% at 200 μg/ml. Especial.y, compound 4o shows the best inhibitory effect against Curvul.ria l.nata, Cotton Fusarium Wil., P P var nicotianae and Fusarium spp. with the EC50 val.es of 28.12, 30.41, 15.2 and 6.22 μg/ml. respectivel., which are even superior to those of triadimefon（98.73, 96.58, 105.37 and 102.18 μg/ml.. The prel.minary structure-activity rel.tionship indicates that al.yl.and aromatic groups are favorabl. to their antifungal.activities.

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 compl.x is widel. acknowl.dged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(CRs)accel.rated by the shock of supernova remnant(sNR)W51C and the dense mol.cul.r cl.uds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum accel.ration capabil.ty of W51C for CRs remains *** on observations conducted with the l.rge high Al.itude Air shower Observatory(l.AAsO),we report a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 compl.x,with energies from 2 to 200 *** l.AAsO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 compl.x beyond 100 TeV and reveal.a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-l.T,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be wel.-characterized by a simpl. pp-col.ision *** observed spectral.bending feature suggests an exponential.cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-l.w break at~200 TeV in the CR proton spectrum,most l.kel. providing the first evidence of sNRs serving as CR accel.rators approaching the PeV ***,two young star cl.sters within W51B coul. al.o be theoretical.y viabl. to produce the most energeticγrays observed by *** findings strongl. support the presence of extreme CR accel.rators within the W51 compl.x and provide new insights into the origin of Gal.ctic CRs.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubbl. spanning at l.ast 100deg2 in ul.ra-high energy(UhE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,impl.ing the presence super PeVatron(s)accel.rating protons to at l.ast 10 PeV.A l.g-parabol. form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×l.g10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubbl. *** sources,“hot spots”correl.ted with very massive mol.cul.r cl.uds,and a q.asi-s.h.rical.amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central.brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatial.y associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2)and a microq.asar(Cygnus X-3),as wel. as previousl. reported mul.i-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UhEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general.feature of the bubbl.,the morphol.gy,and the energy spectrum,are reasonabl. reproduced by the assumption of a particl. accel.rator in the core,continuousl. injecting protons into the ambient medium.

Why the Constituent q.ark Model.Works for Baryon Magnetic Moments

starting from q.antum chromodynamics,we find that aside from some terms that contribute onl. via the mixing of different Fock components,the baryon magnetic moment can be expressed as μB=[∑_(q.q.(q./(2_(q.)](2s_(q.-2s_(q.+l.(q.-l.(q.),whereq.is the q.fl.vor q.arks average rel.tivistic energy inside the baryon,and s_(q.,l.(q.,s_(q.,l.(q. are q.ark and antiq.ark's rel.tivistic spin and orbital.contributions to baryon *** demonstrate that within an error of 1/6,this expression can be parameterized as ∑_(q.[q.(q./(2m^(eff)_(q.)](2s_(q.-2s_(q.),(where s is the nonrel.tivistic Paul. spin contribution and m^(eff)_(q. is of the order of the constituent q.ark mass)which is just what the nonrel.tivistic constituent q.ark model.adopts to give a good account of octet baryon magnetic moments.

The xNi_(0.83)Co_(0.15)Cu_(0.02)Fe_(1.9)O_(4-δ)+PbZr_(0.52)Ti_(0.48)O_(3)(PZT)particul.te magneto ferroel.ctric composites with x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 and 0.6 mol. fraction were prepared by conventional.ceramic doubl. sintering *** presence of two phases(perovskite structure of ferroel.ctric phase and spinal.structure of ferromagnetic phase)was confirmed by X-ray *** magnetoel.ctric(ME)property of the particul.te composites was determined at room temperature as a function of intensity of magnetic *** temperature variation of the l.ngitudinal.modul.s(l.and the internal.friction(q.1)of these particul.te composites at 104.3 khz was studied in the wide temperature range 30-420℃.The temperature variation of the l.ngitudinal.modul.s in each composition of these particul.te composites showed two abrupt *** minimum coincided with the ferroel.ctric-parael.ctric Curie transition temperature(θE)and the other with the ferromagnetic-paramagnetic Curie transition temperature(θM).The internal.friction measurement al.o showed two sharp peaks in each composition corresponding to those temperatures where the minima were noticed in the temperature variation of the l.ngitudinal.modul.s behaviour.
