青藏高原中东部分布着一系列中小型古近纪盆地,详细的野外地质调查、盆地构造-沉积学和生物地层学、地球化学和岩浆岩的40Ar/39Ar年代学结果表明,盆内充填了紫红色的陆源碎屑岩夹火山碎屑岩、碳酸盐岩和石膏层,并被晚期岩浆岩所切割,盆缘地层发生大规模掀斜而形成高陡地层和挤压向斜,盆内地层发生褶皱变形。地层内部细碎屑岩孢粉和古植物、火山碎屑岩和侵入岩的40Ar/39Ar年代学揭示盆地充填沉积物形成于38～28Ma(晚始新世—早渐新世)。古近纪紫红色沉积物、碳酸盐岩和石膏层的出现代表干旱-炎热的古气候环境。印度-欧亚板块碰撞过程中因陆壳变形和高原早期构造隆升产生的走滑拉分和逆冲挤压是导致高原中东部古近纪盆地裂解和封闭的主要原因。

Nanomaterials capable of confining light are desirable for enhancing spectroscopies such as Raman scattering,infrared absorption,and nonlinear optical *** superlattices have shown the ability to host collective resonances in the mid-infrared,but require stringent fabrication processes to create well-ordered ***,we demonstrate how short-range-ordered Au nanoparticle multilayers on a mirror,self-assembled by a sub-nm molecular spacer,support collective plasmon-polariton resonances in the visible and infrared,continuously tunable beyond 11 pm by simply varying the nanoparticle size and number of *** resulting molecule-plasmon system approaches vibrational strong coupling,and displays giant Fano dip strengths,sEIRA enhancement factors~106,light-matter coupling strengths g~100 cm-1,Purcell factors~106,and mode volume compression factors~*** collectiive plasmon-polariton mode is highly robust to nanoparticle vacancy disorder and is sustained by the consistent gap size defined by the molecular *** disorder efficiently couples light into the gaps between the multilayers and mirror,enabling Raman and infrared sensing of sub-picolitre sample volumes.

The information about ecological topics of mosquitoes at the southernmost tip of south America is fragmentary and scarce. The present study evaluates lentic freshwater habitat located in the surroundings of main roads of the Argentine sector of Tierra del Fuego as larval habitat of Ochlerotatus albifasciatus, also analyzes the relationships between their presence and several environmental variables: water turbidity, percentage of gramineans, percentage of macrophytes, presence of crustaceous cyanobacteria, and filamentous chlorophyceans. Mosquito inmatures were collected with dip nets. A generalized linear model (GLM) with negative binomial error distribution was used to determine the effects of different variables of the water bodies on abundance of Oc. albifasciatus in the larval habitats. Collections were made in 45 lentic freshwater bodies. Preimaginal stages were found in 17.70% of the studied habitats. Oc. albifasciatus was the only culicid registered. The GLM explained 93.17% of the variability, and showed a negative relationship between the abundances of Oc. albifasciatus and water turbidity, and a positive relationship with percent-age of gramineans. The gramineans would improve food supply, because the plants are providing suitable substrate for different types of microbiota, a layer of leaves would protect eggs from extreme temperatures, and could help the larvae to hide from potential predators. The negative association between abundance of this species with water turbidity could be related to the presence of vegetation that favors retaining the substrate, reducing water turbidity.

The CAsTRIP* process produces a range of high strength Ultra-thin Cast strip (UCs) products (380-550 MPa) in thicknesses between 0.9 mm and 1.5 mm, which is very challenging to produce via conventional hot and cold rolled processing routes. The twin roll CAsTRIP process fully exploits the hardenability and strengthening potential of Nb in a low C-Mn-Nb-V microalloyed steel type. significant microstructural strengthening from solute Nb was obtained, even at low microalloying levels, as well as modest Mn additions, through enhancing the hardenability and further strengthening was obtained in coated products by exploiting age hardening during processing on a continuous hot dip galvanising line. Atom probe tomography and TEM determined that Nb was retained in solid solution and subsequent age hardening resulted from the formation of Nb and V rich nanosized particles. Age hardening was achieved without loss of ductility producing galvanised strip with an excellent strength-ductility combination (Y.s. >600 MPa, T.E. >10%).

以Zn(O2CCH3)2为锌源采用溶剂热法合成了纳米级金属有机骨架MOF-5晶体,并以此为晶种预置在多孔-αAl2O3载体的表面以形成连续的晶种层,再利用二次生长法制备出超薄且连续的MOF-5晶体膜。实验结果表明:以Zn(O2CCH3)2为锌源所制得的MOF-5晶体能保持了MOF-5的立方体形貌且具有较高的结晶度和比表面积,晶体的颗粒大小均一,尺寸集中在500～800nm范围内,仅以Zn(NO3)2为锌源制得的MOF-5晶体粒径的1/100;以这种纳米级MOF-5为晶种所制得的晶种层的厚度较薄(～4μm)且具有较好的分散性和连续性;经过二次生长后可以得到连续生长的晶体膜。该晶体膜的XRD的特征衍射峰与MOF-5晶粒的特征衍射峰完全相符,这说明膜层上的MOF-5晶体是以无定形方式生长的;sEM照片显示所得的MOF-5晶体膜上的晶体粒径较小且大小均一、晶粒间连接紧密且无明显裂痕,晶膜层生长连续而无明显的裂痕;本文所制得的MOF-5晶体膜层非常薄,厚约为6μm,是目前公开报道的最薄MOFs膜。

A tubular micro filtration membrane was prepared with α alumina powder and ceramic tube support using dip coating method. The prepared membrane was characterized by sEM, mercury porosimetry and permeability measurement. The effects of the suspension properties and the preparation conditions on the structure and the membrane properties were discussed. The membrane was made with a top layer thickness of 50 μm , an average pore diameter of 0 45 μm , a porosity of 42% and a water flux of 6 5×10 -2 l/(m 2 h Pa). The membrane has a narrow pore distribution and good strength without crack forming, which can be used in industrial micro filtration process.

The molecular factors involved in the three-way interaction between plant, pathogenic fungi and antagonistic/biocontrol fungi, such as Trichoderma, are still poorly understood, even if they represent a matter of interest for improving crop management and developing new strategies for plant diseases control. The aim of this work is to investigate the components involved in this interaction and, for this purpose, a proteomic approach was used. 2-D maps of the protein extracts from the single components in various interactions between plants (potato, bean, tobacco or tomato), pathogens (Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani or Pythium ultimum) and biocontrol fungi (Trichoderma atroviride strain P1 or Trichoderma harzianum strain T22) were obtained. The proteome of each partner was collected separately and extracted by acetone precipitation in presence of trichloroacetic acid and a reducing agent (DTT). The extracted proteins were separated by isoelectrofocusing (IEF), using IPG (Immobilized pH gradient) strips, followed by sDs-PAGE. In order to improve resolution the separations were performed both on wide than narrow pH range and on different gel lengths. Differential spots were noted in the proteome of the three-way interaction when compared to each single component. These were further characterized by mass spectrometry and in silico analysis with the aim of identifying and cloning the relative genes. During the in vitro interaction of T. harzianum strain T22 with tomato and the culture filtrate or cell walls of pathogens, the spot number was higher than in the presence of pathogen biomass. In terms of Trichoderma differential proteins displayed on 2D gels, the most important changes were obtained in the presence of P. ultimum . During the in vivo interaction with tomato, the antagonist proteome changed much more in presence of soilborne fungi R. solani and P. ultimum than with the foliar fungus B. cinerea, both in terms of total and increased or novel spots. Gravity method is among the most applied geophysical methods in mineral and oil exploration. It may help to identify fault networks which are of interest for mineral exploration. Potential field data can give valuable information on the location of faults in the basement. These faults may have propagated into the overlying sedimentary rocks and influenced fluid flow and distribution of hydrocarbon traps and mineralization zones. A study was therefore conducted in south Cameroon with the aim of highlighting the different lineaments of the region, which were completely or partially hidden by the sedimentary cover. Different gravity data processing techniques including horizontal gradient coupled with upward continuation and Euler deconvolution were used. The application of these methods has mapped out a number of lineaments depicting gravity density discontinuities whose directions are Ns, NE-sW, EW and NW-sE. The predominant direction for major lineaments is NE-sW. The major lineaments associated to the faults are: the Kribi-Edea faults, Ambam faults, Ebolowa-south of Yaounde faults;Bipindi-Yaounde faults;Pouma-Yaounde fault and the fault system which crosses the east, north, west of Monatele city. Euler solutions indicate depths up to18 km for the roof of the faults. The main results worked out from this study provide with new elements that allow the improvement of the knowledge on the structure of the study area. The structural map obtained shows major tectonic events that are responsible of the structural layout of the study zone. In addition, information related to the dip and depth of the various structures was also obtained. The map of lineaments is a useful tool for the planning of hydrogeological and/or petroleum investigations.
