The term immunophilin involves a family of proteins whose domain shows peptidylprolyl-(cis/trans)-isomerase (PPIase)enzymatic activity,i.e., the reversible cis/trans interconversion of Xaa-Pro bonds (Annett et al.,2020).The PPlase domain of these proteins usually binds to immunosuppressive drugs,such as the macrolide FK506 (referred to as the FKBP subfamily) or the cyclic undecapeptide cyclosporine A (called CyP subfamily).

The most common form of cancer for women is breast *** advances in medical imaging technologies increase the use of digital mammograms to diagnose breast ***,an automated computerized system with high accuracy is *** this study,an efficient deep Learning Architecture(dLA)with a support Vector Machine(sVM)is designed for breast cancer *** combines the ideas from dLA with *** state-of-the-art Visual Geometric Group(VGG)architecture with 16 layers is employed in this study as it uses the small size of 3×3 convolution filters that reduces system *** softmax layer in VGG assumes that the training samples belong to exactly only one class,which is not valid in a real situation,such as in medical image *** overcome this situation,sVM is employed instead of the softmax layer in *** augmentation is also employed as dLA usually requires a large number of *** model with different sVM kernels is built to classify the *** show that the VGG-sVM model has good potential for the classification of Mammographic Image Analysis society(MIAs)database images with an accuracy of 98.67%,sensitivity of 99.32%,and specificity of 98.34%.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary free fatty acid(FFA)content and degree of fat saturation on production performance,lipid and calcium digestibility,and intestinal function of laying *** a 15-week period,a total of 144 laying hens(19 weeks old)were randomly assigned to 8 dietary treatments,which were obtained by gradually replacing crude soybean oil with soybean acid oil(AO),or crude palm oil with palm fatty acid distillate(FAd).Thus,there were 4 soybean and 4 palm diets with 6%added fat varying in their FFA percentage(10%,20%,30%,and 45%),following a 2×4 factorial *** treatment included 6 replicates with 3 birds per *** daily feed intake and final body weight were significantly higher in palm diets(Pdifferences were found in egg mass and feed conversion *** levels of FFA in soybean diets resulted in lower egg production and higher egg weight(linear,Pding the degree of fat saturation,hens fed soybean diets presented higher digestibility of ether extract(EE),fatty acids,and calcium than palm diets(Pdietary FFA percentage negatively affected the digestibility of EE and calcium(Ps a significant interaction in the AME;lower values were reported in soybean diets as the dietary FFA percentage increased(linear,Ps palm diets remained *** experimental diets had little effect on gastrointestinal weight and ***,the jejunum of soybean diets showed higher villus height and higher villus height-to-crypt depth ratio than palm diets(Pd the dietary FFA percentage increased the crypt depth and decreased the villus height-to-crypt depth ratio(linear,Ps concluded that varying dietary FFA content did not affect fat utilization as much as the degree of saturation did,supporting the use of AO and FAd as alternative fat ingredients.

The morphology of the melt-equenched Ti-5Al-4sn-2Zr-1Mo-9.25si-1Nd alloy is uniformly distributed Nd-rich phase particles in matrix. The particles within grains are spherical, and the particles at grain boundaries are elliptical. The Nd-rich phase particle calculated is 6.6 nm in diameter, which is within the 6-15 nm range of average particle diameter experimentally observed in the alloy. The practical interface velocity (0.5 m/s) is much greater than the critical velocity (0.15 m/s), hence the Nd-rich phase particles are trapped by the liquid-solid interface.

Introduction: Esophageal foreign bodies (EFB) are a diagnostic and therapeutic emergency because of the serious complications they can cause. Aim: This paper aimed to study the vulnating esophageal foreign bodies in the ENT and Head and Neck surgery departments of the Yalgado Ouedraogo and Bogodogo University Hospital. Methodology: This was an analytic cross-sectional study with retrospective data collection over 10 years (2012-2021). Results: We collected 91 cases of vulnating esophageal foreign bodies, i.e. 9.1 cases/year (4.7%). The mean age of the patients was 14 ± 19 years. The sex ratio was 1.6. The circumstances of occurrence were dominated by accidental ingestion of vulnating esophageal foreign bodies (98.9%). The average time to consultation was 7.5 hours. dysphagia was the dominant symptom (64.8%). Cervico-thoracic radiography found dual contour radiopaque images in 71.4%. Esophagoscopy with rigid tube was performed in 97.8%. The average time for extraction of the vulnating esophageal foreign bodies was 8 hours. Vulnerating esophageal foreign bodies were non-organic in 84.6%. The button cell represented 64.8%. Their location was cervical in 61.5% intraoperatively. The lesion assessment found ulcerative lesions in 42.9% (p Conclusion: Vulnating esophageal foreign bodies are relatively frequent in our ENT practice. Although their diagnosis is often easy, their treatment is still difficult and requires multidisciplinary management. Thus, for us, prevention remains the first effective weapon.

We report a comparative study on photo-crystallization in a-se95 Te5 and a-se95In5 alloys. The photo-crystallization is achieved by a shining white line on the thin films of these alloys in vacuum for different exposure times. The results indicate that photo-crystallization is fast in a-se95In5 alloy as compared to a-se95 Te5 alloy. This is explained in terms of lower thermal stability of a-se95In5 alloy as compared to a-se95 Te5 alloy.

This paper reports on the effect of various micropropagation factors of Gmelina arborea Roxb. through multiple shoot induction. Factors like the source and age of explants, plant growth regulators （PGRs）, media composition, and carbon source affected multiple shoot-ing in the present study. Among all the explants used, only shoot tips derived from one, two, and three week old seedlings could form multiple shoots. Besides, the formation of multiple shoots depended on the con-centration and combination of PGRs. Among all the PGRs, BAP （6-benzylaminopurine） alone gave the highest regeneration efficiency. simi-larly, IBA （Indole-3-butyric acid） was the most efficient PGR in inducing root formation in the microshoots. Media composition and carbon source also affected the regeneration efficiency. Ms （Murashige and skoog medium） proved to be the best media for regeneration followed by B5, sH （schenk and Hilderbrandt medium） and WPM （Woody plant medium） in that order. similarly, among sugars, only sucrose and glucose sup-ported induction of microshoots. Based on this study we recommend the use of glucose in place of sucrose in Ms medium for maximum regenera-tion efficiency.
