single-atom catalysts(sACs)have gained substantial attention because of their exceptional catalytic ***,the high surface energy limits their synthesis,thus creating significant challenges for further *** the last few years,metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)have received significant consideration as ideal candidates for synthesizing sACs due to their tailorable chemistry,tunable morphologies,high porosity,and chemical/thermal *** this perspective,this review thoroughly summarizes the previously reported methods and possible future approaches for constructing MOF-based(MOF-derived-supported and MOF-supported)***,MOF-based sAC's identification techniques are briefly assessed to understand their coordination environments,local electronic structures,spatial distributions,and catalytic/electrochemical reaction *** review systematically highlights several photocatalytic and electrocatalytic applications of MOF-based sACs for energy conversion and storage,including hydrogen evolution reactions,oxygen evolution reactions,O_(2)/CO_(2)/N_(2) reduction reactions,fuel cells,and rechargeable *** light is also shed on the future development of this highly exciting field by highlighting the advantages and limitations of MOF-based sACs.

重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)是主要由自身抗体介导的骨骼肌神经肌接头处兴奋传递障碍的自身免疫性疾病。其首发临床症状为肌肉波动性无力和易疲劳性,绝大部分MG患者发病早期仅轻微累及眼外肌和四肢骨骼肌,少部分患者在短期内会出现病情的迅速进展,累及咽喉肌和呼吸肌等重要肌群,发生肌无力危象,从而严重威胁患者生命。临床上常采用治疗性血浆置换(therapeutic plasma exchange,TPE)或静脉注射免疫球蛋白(intravenous immunoglobulins,IVIG)对这类患者进行救治,可以快速缓解肌无力症状、改善呼吸功能。近年来,关于TPE的临床研究大量涌现,TPE在改善MG症状、发挥早期疗效、缩短ICU住院时间及安全性方面的临床价值被逐渐阐明。我们通过检索近5年国内外TPE应用于MG治疗的临床研究文章,从MG和TPE的概括,TPE在MG治疗临床有效性及安全性,TPE延伸技术在MG治疗中的应用等方面,总结当前TPE在MG治疗中的临床研究进展,为TPE更好地应用于MG提供参考价值。

Quantitative security metrics are desirable for measuring the performance of information security controls. security metrics help to make functional and business decisions for improving the performance and cost of the security controls. However, defining enterprise-level security metrics has already been listed as one of the hard problems in the Info sec Research Council's hard problems list. Almost all the efforts in defining absolute security metrics for the enterprise security have not been proved fruitful. At the same time, with the maturity of the security industry, there has been a continuous emphasis from the regulatory bodies on establishing measurable security metrics. This paper addresses this need and proposes a relative security metric model that derives three quantitative security metrics named Attack Resiliency Measure(ARM), Performance Improvement Factor(PIF), and Cost/Benefit Measure(CBM) for measuring the performance of the security controls. For the effectiveness evaluation of the proposed security metrics, we took the secure virtual machine(VM) migration protocol as the target of assessment. The virtual-ization technologies are rapidly changing the landscape of the computing world. Devising security metrics for virtualized environment is even more challenging. As secure virtual machine migration is an evolving area and no standard protocol is available specifically for secure VM migration. This paper took the secure virtual machine migration protocol as the target of assessment and applied the proposed relative security metric model for measuring the Attack Resiliency Measure, Performance Improvement Factor, and Cost/Benefit Measure of the secure VM migration protocol.

The current Zika outbreak is largest of its kind with 1.4 million cases in Brazil *** Health Organization declared the current outbreak as the public health emergency of international *** major route of Zika virus transmission is mosquito *** transmission and monkey bites are also observed in few *** is dire need to evaluate the other routes of transmission like blood transfusion,lactation and contact with body *** virus is infecting infants,not only causing microcephaly but also creating number of complications resulting in bad outcomes of *** Brazil alone,4 000 cases of microcephaly have observed during the current *** incidence of Guillian-Barre(GB) syndrome is also observed during the current Zika virus *** syndrome is acute medical condition leading the patients to death due to weakness of respiratory muscles or can cause the life time *** is no anti-viral drug or vaccine available for Zika *** infection can be prevented by using mosquito repellents,mosquito nets,cooling rooms by air conditions and wearing full sleeves or permethrin treated *** current outbreak of Zika has not only affected the health care but also caused great economic *** loss in Latin America and Caribbean is Us$3.5 *** Nation's sustainable development goal 3.d stresses the strengthening of early warning,risk reduction and management of national and global health *** world will keep on facing new challenges in the form of Ebola or Zika;there is strong need to prepare ourselves for any disease outbreak.

BACKGROUND:Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancrea-tography(ERCP)is widely used to manage post-cholecystectomy bile ***,the best endoscopic intervention remains *** investigated the success of a 7 French double pigtail stent following sphincterotomy in the management of such bile leaks. METHODs:Between July 1998 and June 2008,48 patients were referred for ERCP for presumed post-cholecystectomy bile *** were confirmed at ERCP and managed by a combination of sphincterotomy and stent insertion unless contraindicated. REsULTs:Bile duct cannulation was successful in 44(91.7%)patients.A leak of the cystic duct was demonstrated in 19(43.2%)patients,the duct of Luschka in 11(25.0%),and the common hepatic duct in 5 (11.4%).Complete transection of the common bile duct occurred in 4 *** remaining patients had no cholangiographic evidence of a *** was performed in 34 patients.A 7 French double pigtail plastic stent was placed in all 35 patients with cholangiographic evidence of a bile *** bile leaks were demonstrated at a follow-up of 8-16 weeks and all stents were removed successfully. CONCLUsION:The combination of sphincterotomy and insertion of a 7 French double pigtail stent results in excellent outcomes in the management of post-cholecystectomy bile leaks.

The next-generation wireless networks are expected to provide higher capacity,system throughput with improved energy *** of the key technologies,to meet the demand for high-rate transmission,is deviceto-device(D2D)communication which allows users who are close to communicating directly instead of transiting through base stations,and D2D communication users to share the cellular user chain under the control of the cellular *** a new generation of cellular network technology,D2D communication technology has the advantages of improving spectrum resource utilization and improving system throughput and has become one of the key technologies that have been widely concerned in the ***,due to the sharing of cellular network resources,D2D communication causes severe interference to existing cellular *** of the most important factors in D2D communication is the spectrum resources utilization and energy consumption which needs considerable attention from research *** address these issues,this paper proposes an efficient algorithm based on the idea of particle swarm *** main idea is to maximize the energy efficiency based on the overall link optimization of D2D user pairs by generating an allocation matrix of spectrum and *** D2D users are enabled to reuse multiple cellular user’s resources by enhancing their total energy efficiency based on the quality of service constraints and the modification of location and speed in particle *** constraint also provides feasibility to solve the original fractional programming *** results indicate that the proposed scheme effectively improved the energy efficiency and spectrum utilization as compared with other competing alternatives.

Absorbed dose estimations of ^(131)I for critical organs using the GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulation code

The aim of this study is to compare the absorbed doses of critical organs of 131I using the MIRD （Medical Internal Radiation Dose） with the corresponding predictions made by GEANT4 simulations. s- values （mean absorbed dose rate per unit activity） and energy deposition per decay for critical organs of 131I for various ages, using standard cylindrical phantom comprising water and ICRP soft-tissue material, have also been estimated. In this study the effect of volume reduction of thyroid, during radiation therapy, on the calculation of absorbed dose is also being estimated using GEANT4. Photon specific energy deposition in the other organs of the neck, due to 131I decay in the thyroid organ, has also been estimated. The maximum relative difference of MIRD with the GEANT4 simulated results is 5.64% for an adult＇s critical organs of 131I. Excellent agreement was found between the results of water and ICRP soft tissue using the cylindrical model. s-values are tabulated for critical organs of 131I, using 1, 5, 10, 15 and 18 years （adults） individuals. s-values for a cylindrical thyroid of different sizes, having 3.07% relative differences of GEANT4 with siegel ＆ stabin results. Comparison of the experimentally measured values at 0.5 and 1 m away from neck of the ionization chamber with GEANT4 based Monte Carlo simulations results show good agreement. This study shows that GEANT4 code is an important tool for the internal dosimetry calculations.

This is a case report of a patient who presented to the Aga Khan University Hospital with generalized abdominal lymphadenopathy and high-grade *** to ambiguous clinical findings,which were suggestive of either abdominal tuberculosis,or a lymphoma,the patient was started on empirical anti-tuberculous treatment due to the endemicity of tuberculosis in this *** blood culture reports,however,were reported to grow colonies of salmonella paratyphi A;thus the diagnosis of the patient was changed to enteric fever,and the patient improved on the subsequently started therapy of ceftriaxone 2000 mg *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first reported case of a patient suffering from enteric fever whose primary clinical findings were abdominal lymphadenopathy and fever.
