The free vibration analysis of a rotating sandwich conical shell with a reentrant auxetic honeycomb core and homogenous isotropic face layers reinforced with a ring support is *** shell is modeled utilizing the first-order shear deformation theory(FsDT)incorporating the relative,centripetal,and Coriolis accelerations alongside the initial hoop tension created by the *** governing equations,compatibility conditions,and boundary conditions are attained using Hamilton’s *** trigonometric functions,an analytical solution is derived in the circumferential direction,and a numerical one is presented in the meridional direction via the differential quadrature method(DQM).The effects of various factors on the critical rotational speeds and forward and backward frequencies of the shell are *** present work is the first theoretical work regarding the dynamic analysis of a rotating sandwich conical shell with an auxetic honeycomb core strengthened with a ring support.

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically symmetric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell field *** compute the quasinormal frequencies for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electromagnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we discuss the behavior of both real and imaginary parts of the BH quasinormal frequencies and compare these frequencies with the Reissner-Nordström-de sitter BH surrounded by quintessence(RN-dsQ).Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dsQ under electromagnetic perturbations are different when the charge parameter q,the state parameter w and the normalization factor c are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dsQ are different only when the charge parameter q is ***,compared with the gravitational perturbations,the electromagnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electromagnetic fields in curved spacetime *** interesting observation is that,due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence,the electromagnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps faster and oscillates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the quasinormal mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the reflection and transmission coefficients along with the absorption cross section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the transmission coefficients will increase due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence.

The triggering mechanism for radio lobes from late-type galaxies is not fully *** samples are desired for a thorough investigation and *** utilizing the optical data from the newly released Dark Energy spectroscopic Instrument imaging surveys and the radio sources from the NRAO VLA sky survey and the Faint Images of the Radio sky at Twenty-centimeter,we identify four Late-type Galaxies with double Radio Lobes(La GRLs):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and J1736+*** previously known La GRLs,we confirm the correlation between radio power P_(1.4GHz)and stellar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud galaxies,while the newly identified cases in this work are located within the region of the red *** find a clear correlation between the differential radio power,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz)-M_(*)relation,and the galaxy color,indicating that bluer galaxies at a fixed M_(*)tend to host more powerful radio ***,the majority(31/36)of La GRLs are either located in a galaxy group or displaying a disturbed *** suggest that all of the galaxy mass,color and surrounding environment could play important roles in triggering radio lobes in late-type galaxies.

This research paper presents a comprehensive investigation into the effectiveness of the DeepsurNet-NsGA II (Deep surrogate Model-Assisted Non-dominated sorting Genetic Algorithm II) for solving complex multi-objective optimization problems, with a particular focus on robotic leg-linkage design. The study introduces an innovative approach that integrates deep learning-based surrogate models with the robust Non-dominated sorting Genetic Algorithm II, aiming to enhance the efficiency and precision of the optimization process. Through a series of empirical experiments and algorithmic analyses, the paper demonstrates a high degree of correlation between solutions generated by the DeepsurNet-NsGA II and those obtained from direct experimental methods, underscoring the algorithm’s capability to accurately approximate the Pareto-optimal frontier while significantly reducing computational demands. The methodology encompasses a detailed exploration of the algorithm’s configuration, the experimental setup, and the criteria for performance evaluation, ensuring the reproducibility of results and facilitating future advancements in the field. The findings of this study not only confirm the practical applicability and theoretical soundness of the DeepsurNet-NsGA II in navigating the intricacies of multi-objective optimization but also highlight its potential as a transformative tool in engineering and design optimization. Dear Editor,Coronaviruses have evolved a wide array of tactics to evade host antiviral *** host cells detect invading foreign nucleic acids including viral genome and viral replication intermediates,they activate interferon(IFN)signaling via cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptors(Kang et al.,2002;Kato et al.,2006).Remarkable stealth activities exhibited by coronaviruses are facilitated by a series of non-structural proteins(Nsps),such as Nsp15(Deng and Baker,2018;Deng et al.,2019;Hackbart et al.,2020),which is a uridine-specific endoribonuclease that mediates evasion of host detection of viral double-stranded RNA(dsRNA)(Bhardwaj et al.,2004;Deng et al.,2017;Frazier et al.,2021;Ivanov et al.,2004).Nsp15 targets a polyuridine[poly(U)]tract on the coronavirus negative strand RNA(Hackbart et al.,2020).Nsp15 limits the abundance and length of poly(U)within the negative strand RNA 5ʹ-extension by trimming down the initially synthesized poly(U)lead sequence to the optimal length that can suppress dsRNA formation but still serves as a template for poly(A)tail of the positive strand genome of the coronaviruses(Hofmann and Brian,1991).

In the manufacturing industry, reasonable scheduling can greatly improve production efficiency, while excessive resource consumption highlights the growing significance of energy conservation in production. This paper studies the problem of energy-efficient distributed heterogeneous permutation flowshop problem with variable processing speed (DHPFsP-VPs), considering both theminimum makespan and total energy consumption (TEC) as objectives. A discrete multi-objective squirrel search algorithm (DMssA) is proposed to solve the DHPFsPVPs. DMssA makes four improvements based on the squirrel search algorithm. Firstly, in terms of the population initialization strategy, four hybrid initialization methods targeting different objectives are proposed to enhance the quality of initial solutions. secondly, enhancements are made to the population hierarchy system and position updating methods of the squirrel search algorithm, making it more suitable for discrete scheduling problems. Additionally, regarding the search strategy, six local searches are designed based on problem characteristics to enhance search capability. Moreover, a dynamic predator strategy based on Q-learning is devised to effectively balanceDMssA's capability for global exploration and local exploitation. Finally, two speed control energy-efficient strategies are designed to reduce TEC. Extensive comparative experiments are conducted in this paper to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategies. The results of comparing DMssA with other algorithms demonstrate its superior performance and its potential for efficient solving of the DHPFsP-VPs problem. © 2024 The Authors. LiBH_(4) containing 18.5 wt.%H_(2) is an attractive high-capacity hydrogen storage material,however,it suffers from high operation temperature and poor ***,a novel and low-cost bifunctional additive,waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4) secondary nanospheres assembled from ultrafine primary Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles,is synthesized,which exhibits significant destabilization and bidirectional catalyzation towards(de)hydrogenation of LiBH_(4).With an optimized addition of 30 wt.% waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4),the system initiated dehydrogenation below 100℃ and released a total of 8.1 wt.%H_(2) to 400℃.After 10 cycles,a capacity retention of 70% was achieved,greatly superior to previously reported oxides-modified *** destabilizing and catalyzing mechanisms of waxberry-like Fe_(3)O_(4) on LiBH_(4) were systematically analyzed by phase and microstructural evolutions during dehydrogenation and hydrogenation cycling as well as density functional theory(DFT)*** present work provides new insights in developing advanced nano-additives with unique structural and multifunctional designs towards LiBH4 hydrogen storage.
