BACKgROUND The specific benefits of yangxinshi tablet(YXsT)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain *** To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXsT in the treatment of *** Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXsT for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November ***-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager *** Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were *** meta-analysis results showed that the YXsT combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(Pst by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,Pg/L[standardized MD(sMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,Pg/L(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,Psystolic diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,Pgarding safety,neither group reported any serious adverse events during treatment(RR=0.54,95%CI:0.15-1.90,P=0.33).In addition,Egger's test results indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONCLUsION YXsT effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Yinqiao sanhuang Paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine plaster in treating drug rash caused by targeted therapy in lung ***:A total of 100 lung cancer patients treated at our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each *** control group received conventional medication,while the observation group was treated with Yinqiao sanhuang Paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine *** clinical symptom improvement and adverse reactions in both groups were ***:The effective rate in the control group was 80.00%,while in the observation group,it was 96.00%,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(Pset time,duration,and significant effect time in the control group were(2.41±0.29)days,(4.42±1.21)days,and(5.45±0.29)days,respectively;in the observation group,they were(2.44±0.21)days,(4.28±1.11)days,and(5.57±1.01)days,*** was no statistically significant difference in the total onset time and total duration between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 28.00%,higher than the observation group’s 10.00%(Psion:Yinqiao sanhuang Paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine plaster can effectively reduce the symptoms of drug rash induced by targeted therapy in lung cancer and lower the incidence of adverse reactions,indicating good clinical application value.

In this paper, we calculate the absolute tensor square of the Dirichlet L-functions and show that it is expressed as an Euler product over pairs of primes. The method is to construct an equation to link primes to a series which has the factors of the absolute tensor product of the Dirichlet L-functions. This study is a generalization of Akatsuka’s theorem on the Riemann zeta function, and gives a proof of Kurokawa’s prediction proposed in 1992.

A new continuous-flow process for the enzymatic synthesis of optically pureγ-lactones,which are used as flavors and fragrances in the food and cosmetic industries,was developed in a three-dimensional microfluidic *** microchannels(175 mm in length,0.9 mm in depth,and 1.72 mL in volume)were carved precisely inside a single borosilicate glass(90 mm×75 mm×12 mm)with ultrafast femtosecond laser *** flow field analysis and reaction simulation showed that the mixing of substrates and enzymes was enhanced,allowing the adjustment of residence time in a wide ***_(V4),a carbonyl reductase with excellent catalytic activity and enantioselectivity towardγ/δ-keto acids,was employed for the asymmetric synthesis of various chiral lactones.30 mmol/L(R)-γ-decalactone(3g)can be obtained in 26 s with a space-time yield(sTY)up to 16,877 g L^(-1)d^(-1),which is 14.4 times higher than the highest sTY of batch reaction reported *** continuous-flow process was applied to the synthesis of 6 chiral *** addition,the scaled-up synthesis of 3g was carried out in 6 cascade microreactors continuously for 6 h,demonstrating the feasibility and stability of the 3D continuous-flow process in enzymatic synthesis of optically pure compounds.

Karapınar region(Konya,Türkiye)is one of the important regions of the world in terms of sinkhole *** research aimed to map the sinkholes in detail,to determine their spatial distribution and geometrical *** this purpose,the long axes,short axes,depths and the proximity to settlements of the sinkholes were measured and their circumferences and areas were *** the studies,the relationship of the sinkholes with lithology,their cross sections,shapes and the related structures were determined and the sinkholes were divided into five main groups as following:Basement rock sinkholes,Obruk Plateau sinkholes,seyithacı sinkholes,siyeklik sinkholes and Basin *** d/l ratios of each sinkhole group were separately determined and ***,most of the d/l ratios are smaller than ***,the long axes are higher than the depth and it indicates that the shallow and wide sinkholes are common in the *** has been determined that the fracture systems in the region,as well as the lithology and groundwater factors,are quite effective in the formation and distribution of the sinkholes in the Karapınar *** the distance of the sinkholes to the settlements,seyithac?sinkholes are the most risky group in the region because they are deep and close to the settlements.
