This article scrutinizes the features of viscous dissipation in the stagnation point ?ow past through a linearly stretched Riga wall by implementing Cattaneo-Christov heat ?ux model. Viscous dissipation is carried out in Cattaneo-Christov diffusion analysis for the ?rst time in this letter. As a result of Cattaneo-Christov model, some extra terms of viscous dissipation are appeared in the energy equation. These extra terms of viscous dissipation are miss.ng in the literature. On the utilization of suitable transformations, the equations governing the problem are reduced under the boundary layer approximation into the non-linear and dimensionless ordinary differential equations. Convergent approach is utilized to solve the dimensionless governing equations. The solution thus acquired is used to highlight the effects of emerging parameters on velocity distribution and ?uid's temperature through the graphs. Features of the drag force(or skin friction co-e?cient) are graphically interpreted. It is.noticed that the pres.nce of modi?ed Hartman number helps to reduce the ?uid's temperature but enhances the velocity pro?le. Further an enlargement in the value of thermal time relaxation parameter helps to decrease the temperature distribution.

Directional solidification of Ti-45Al-6nb-xW（x=0,0.4,0.8;at%） alloys was performed by Bridgeman method with the stable growth rate of 5,10,and 20 μm·s^（-1）.The differential scanning calorimeter（DsC） results indicate that both the eutectic temperature and the transition temperature of α（Ti_3Al） to γ（TiAl） increase with W content increas.ng from 0 at%to 0.8 at%.For the stable growth rate of 10 μm·s^（-1）,the orientations of α_2（Ti_3Al）/γ（TiAl）lamellae change from 45°（0 at%W） to 0° and near 0°（0.4at%and 0.8 at%W） to the crystal growth direction,and the spacing of α_2/γ lamellae decreases with W content increas.ng from 0 at%to 0.4 at%,while it increases when W content is 0.8 at%.With the increase in growth rate from5 to 10 and 20 μm·s^（-1）,the lamellar spacing of α_2/γbecomes smaller,and the lamellar thickness becomes more uniform.

Transcriptome profiling has been widely used to analyze transcdptomic variation in plants subjected to abiotic or biotic stresses. Although gene expression changes induced by methyl jasmonate （MeJA） have been profiled in several plant species, no information is available on the MeJA-triggered transcriptome response of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., a species with highly valuable medicinal properties. In this study, we used transcriptome profiling to investigate transcdptome changes in roots of P. mu/tiflorum seedlings subjected to a 0.25 mmol/L-MeJA rootirrigation treatment. A total of 18 677 differentially expressed genes （DEGs） were induced by MeJA treatment, of which 4535 were up-regulated and 14 142 were down-ragulated compared with controls. These DEGs were associated with 125 metabolic pathways. In addition to various common primary and secondary metabolic pathways, several sec- ondary metabolic pathways related to components with significant pharmacological effects were enriched by MeJA, including arachidonic acid metabolism, linoleic acid metabolism, and stilbenoid bios.nthesis. The MeJA-induced transcdptome changes uncovered in this study provide a solid foundation for future study of functional genes controlling effective components in secondary metabolic pathways of P. multiflorum.

Hypophosphatemic vitamin D-resistant rickets or X-linked hypophosphatemia （XLH） is a rare hereditary metabolic disease manifesting marked hypophosphatemia, short stature and rickets. Its prevalence is approximately 1 in 20 000. Except early exfoliation of the teeth, there are a few oral findings of XLH described in China. Here we pres.nt two cases in one family.

Background The possible role of substance P （sP） during wound healing has been the primary research focus in recent years,but its effect on the healing process after bile duct injury is little *** study aimed to investigate the effects of sP on growth of fibroblast-like cells derived from rabbit bile *** Fibroblast-like cells derived from rabbit bile duct were identified and divided randomly into control and experimental ***-treated cells at different concentrations of 10^-9-10^-5 mol/L and control group were incubated,respectively,for 48 *** incubating,the effects of sP on cell proliferation were assessed by cell counts and MTT *** rate （AR） of cells was measured by flow *** Cultured rabbit bile duct cells were fibroblast-like in morphology,and these cells were stained positively for vimentin and negatively for *** sP was added to nonconfluent cells for 48 hours,cell numbers were significantly increased in experimental groups than in controls （P 〈0.05）.The maximum stimulation of cell proliferation was achieved at sP of 10^-5 mol/*** duct fibroblast-like cells in the sP group showed a higher proliferating activity and lower AR than those in the control group or in the sP ＋ spantide group （P 〈0.05）.spantide partly inhibited the effects of sP on fibroblastlike *** under transmission electron microscopy revealed rough endoplasmic reticulum and prominent Golgi complexes after sP *** sP has a growth regulatory property on cultivated bile duct fibroblast-like cells in vitro,suggesting that sP may involve in wound healing after bile duct injury by promoting wound fibroblast proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis and participate in pathological scar formation.

目的探究腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿患者中的应用可行性。方法选取2021年6月-2023年6月本院收治的90例卵巢囊肿患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组应用常规开腹治疗,观察组应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,比较两组患者临床指标、卵巢功能以及超声检测指标。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及术后首次下床时间等临床指标显著低于对照组(P0.05),治疗后观察组患者AMH及E2水平显著高于对照组,FsH水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),治疗后观察组患者OV虽大于对照组,但统计学无意义(P>0.05),Fo显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者应用常规开腹手术和腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术两种治疗方法的对比之下,腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术在改善患者临床指标,促进卵巢功能恢复,调节超声检测指标方面效果更佳。

Us.ng 64 ms count data of long gamma-ray bursts （T90 〉 2.6 s）, we analyze the quantity named relative spectral lag （RsL）, T31/FWHM（1）. We investigated in detail all the correlations between the RsL and other parameters for a sample of nine long bursts, us.ng the general cross-correlation technique that includes the lag between two different energy bands. We conclude that the distribution of RsLs is.normal and has a mean value of 0.1; that the RsLs are weakly correlated with the FWHM, the asymmetry, peak flux （Fp）, peak energy （Ep） and spectral indexes （α and β）, while they are uncorrelated with τ31, the hardness- ratio （HR31） and the peak time （tm）. Our important discovery is that redshift （z） and peak luminosity （Lp） are strongly correlated with the RsL, which can be measured easily and directly, making the RsL a good redshift and peak luminosity indicator.
