malware attacks on the Android platform are rapidly increasing due to the high consumer adoption of Android *** technologies have motivated cyber-criminals to actively create and disseminate a wide range of malware on Android *** researchers have conducted numerous studies on the detection of Android malware,but the majority of the works are based on the detection of generic Android *** detection based on malware categories will provide more insights about the malicious patterns of the ***,this paper presents a detection solution for different Android malware categories,including adware,banking,sMs malware,and *** this paper,a novel Huffman encoding-based feature vector generation technique is *** experiments have proved that this novel approach significantly improves the efficiency of the detection *** method makes use of system call frequencies as features to extract malware’s dynamic behavior *** proposed model was evaluated using machine learning and deep learning *** results show that the proposed model with the Random Forest classifier outperforms some existing methodologies with a detection accuracy of 98.70%.

The present work reports the synthesis, characterization, photoluminescence and photocatalytic activity of Eu^(3+)(1 mol%-11 mol%) doped and Li^+(0.5 mol%-5 mol%) co-doped Bi_2 O_3 nanophosphors(NPs) by sonochemical method. The average particle size was estimated using powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and is found to be in the range of 30-35 nm. The scanning electron microscopy(sEM) images were highly dependent on sonication time and concentration of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) bio-surfactant. The energy gap of doped and co-doped Bi_2 O_3 nanophosphors was estimated using Kubelka-Munk(K-M) function and is found to be in the range of2.9-3.08 eV. The effect of Li+ co-doping on luminescence of optimized Bi_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) was studied and is found about more than 3 fold enhancement of emission intensity. Judd-Ofelt parameters(Ω_2, Ω_4 and Ω_6).transition probabilities(A_T), quantum efficiency(η), luminescence lifetime(τ_(rad)), color chromaticity coordinates(CIE) and correlated color temperature(CCT) values were estimated from the emission spectra and are discussed in detail. The estimated CIE chromaticity co-ordinates are very close to the NTsC(National Television standard Committee) standard value of red emission. The synthesized NPs show excellent photocatalytic activity of acid red-88 under UV-light irradiation, which can degrade 98.1% in60 min. The decreasing electron-hole pair recombination rate with quick electron transfer ability is predominantly ascribed to the balance between crystallite size, morphology, band gap, defects, surface area, etc. These results show a light for the use of sonochemical route of Bi_2 O_3:Eu^(3+):Li^+ in solid state display and photocatalytic applications.

Recent developments in the exploration of the universe suggest that it is in an accelerated phase of ***,our study aims to probe the current scenario of the universe with the aid of the reconstruction *** primary factor that describes cosmic evolution is the deceleration ***,we provide a physically plausible,newly defined model-independent parametric form of the deceleration ***,we constrain the free parameters through statistical MCMC analysis for different datasets,including the most recent Pantheon+.With the statistically obtained results,we analyze the dynamics of the model through the phase trans-ition,Eos parameter,and energy ***,we make use of the tool Om diagnostic to test our model.

In this paper,an advanced and optimized Light Gradient Boosting machine(LGBM)technique is proposed to identify the intrusive activities in the Internet of Things(IoT)*** followings are the major contributions:i)An optimized LGBM model has been developed for the identification of malicious IoT activities in the IoT network;ii)An efficient evolutionary optimization approach has been adopted for finding the optimal set of hyper-parameters of LGBM for the projected ***,a Genetic Algorithm(GA)with k-way tournament selection and uniform crossover operation is used for efficient exploration of hyper-parameter search space;iii)Finally,the performance of the proposed model is evaluated using state-of-the-art ensemble learning and machine learning-based model to achieve overall generalized performance and *** outcomes reveal that the proposed approach is superior to other considered methods and proves to be a robust approach to intrusion detection in an IoT environment.

In this paper,an investigation and analysis of a nonlinear fractional-order sIR epidemic model with Crowley-martin type functional response and Holling type-II treatment rate are established along the *** existence and stability of the equilibrium points are *** sufficient conditions for the persistence of the disease are ***,a threshold value,Ro,is obtained which determines the stability of equilibria,then model equilibria are determined and their stability analysis is considered by using fractional Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion and fractional La-salle invariant *** fractional derivative is taken in Caputo sense and the numerical solution of the model is obtained by LI scheme which involves the memory trace that can capture and integrate all past ***,by using Lyapunov functional approach,the global dynamics of the endemic equilibrium point is ***,some numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results *** outcome of the study reveals that the applied LI scheme is computationally very strong and effective to analyze fractional-order differential equations arising in disease *** results show that order of the fractional derivative has a significant effect on the dynamic ***,from the results,it is obvious that the memory effect is zero for p=*** the fractional-order p is decreased from 1,the memory trace nonlinearly increases from 0,and its dynamics strongly depends on *** memory effect points out the difference between the derivatives of the fractional-order and integer order.

In this paper, we bdefly address the application of the standard principal component analysis （PCA） technique to fault detection and identification. Based on an analysis of the existing test statistic, we propose a new test statistic, which is similar to the Hawkin＇s T2 H statistic but without the numerical drawback. In comparison with the sPE index, the threshold setting associated with the new statistic is computationally simpler. Our further study is dedicated to the analysis of fault sensitivity. We consider the off-set and scaling faults, and evaluate the test statistic by viewing its sensitivity to the faults. Our final study focuses on identifying off-set and scaling faults. To this end, two algorithms are proposed. This paper also includes some critical remarks on the application of the PCA technique to fault diagnosis.

We study the timing and spectral properties of Be/X-ray binary pulsar EXO 2030＋375 using a suzaku observation taken on 2012 may 23, during a less intense Type I outburst. Pulsations were clearly detected in the X-ray light curves at a barycentric period of 41.2852 s, which suggest that the pulsar is spinning-up. The pulse profiles were found to be peculiar, e.g. unlike those obtained from the earlier suzaku observation acquired on 2007 may 14. A single-peaked narrow profile at soft X-rays （0.5-10 keV range） changed to a double-peaked broad profile in the 12-55 keV energy range and again reverted back to a smooth single-peaked profile at hard X-rays （55-70 keV range）. The 1.0-100.0 keV broadband spectrum of the pulsar was found to be well described by three continuum models described as （i） a partial covering high energy cut-off power-law model, （ii） a partially absorbed power-law with high- energy exponential rolloff and （iii） a partial covering Negative and Positive power law with EXponential （NPEX） continuum model. Unlike the earlier suzaku observation during which several low energy emission lines were detected, a weak and narrow Iron Ka emission line at 6.4 keV was only present in the pulsar spectrum during the 2012 may outburst. Non-detection of any absorption like feature in the 1-100 keV energy range supports the claim of the absence of the cyclotron resonance scattering feature in EXO 2030＋375 from the earlier suzaku observation. Pulse-phase resolved spectroscopy revealed the presence of additional dense matter causing the absence of a second peak from the soft X-ray pulse profiles. The details of the results are described in the paper.
