Accurate geospatial data are essential for geographic information systems (GIs), environmental monitoring, and urban planning. The deep integration of the open Internet and geographic information technology has led to increasing challenges in the integrity and security of spatial data. In this paper, we consider abnormal spatial data as missing data and focus on abnormal spatial data recovery. Existing geospatial data recovery methods require complete datasets for training, resulting in time-consuming data recovery and lack of generalization. To address these issues, we propose a GAIN-LsTM-based geospatial data recovery method (TGAIN), which consists of two main works: (1) it uses a long-short-term recurrent neural network (LsTM) as a generator to analyze geospatial temporal data and capture its temporal correlation; (2) it constructs a complete TGAIN network using a cue-masked fusion matrix mechanism to obtain data that matches the original distribution of the input data. The experimental results on two publicly accessible datasets demonstrate that our proposed TGAIN approach surpasses four contemporary and traditional models in terms of mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMsE), mean square error (MsE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), coefficient of determination (R2) and average computational time across various data missing rates. Concurrently, TGAIN exhibits superior accuracy and robustness in data recovery compared to existing models, especially when dealing with a high rate of missing data. Our model is of great significance in improving the integrity of geospatial data and provides data support for practical applications such as urban traffic optimization prediction and personal mobility analysis. © 2024 The Authors. Wireless medical sensors typically utilize electromagnetic coupling or ultrasound for energy transfer and sensor *** transfer and management is a complex aspect that often limits the applicability of implantable sensor *** this work,we report a new passive temperature sensing scheme based on an acoustic metamaterial made of silicon embedded in a polydimethylsiloxane *** to other approaches,this concept is implemented without additional electrical components in situ or the need for a customized receiving unit.A standard ultrasonic transducer is used for this demonstration to directly excite and collect the reflected *** metamaterial resonates at a frequency close to a typical medical value(5 MHz)and exhibits a high-quality *** the design features of the metamaterial with the high-temperature sensitivity of the polydimethylsiloxane matrix,we achieve a temperature resolution of 30 *** value is below the current standard resolution required in infrared thermometry for monitoring postoperative complications(0.1 K).We fabricated,simulated,in vitro tested,and compared three acoustic sensor designs in the 29-43℃(~302-316 K)temperature *** this concept,we demonstrate how our passive metamaterial sensor can open the way toward new zero-power smart medical implant concepts based on acoustic interrogation.

The current investigation examines the fractional forced Korteweg-de Vries(FF-KdV) equation,a critically significant evolution equation in various nonlinear branches of science. The equation in question and other associated equations are widely acknowledged for their broad applicability and potential for simulating a wide range of nonlinear phenomena in fluid physics, plasma physics, and various scientific domains. Consequently, the main goal of this study is to use the Yang homotopy perturbation method and the Yang transform decomposition method, along with the Caputo operator for analyzing the FF-KdV equation. The derived approximations are numerically examined and discussed. Our study will show that the two suggested methods are helpful, easy to use, and essential for looking at different nonlinear models that affect complex processes.

We investigated the emission properties of Eu^(3+)-doped GdNbO_(4)-based oxide phosphors,aiming at improving the Eu^(3+)emission by codoping of Bi^(3+)and Li^(+).Eu^(3+)singly doped,Eu^(3+)and Bi^(3+)doubly doped,and Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+),and Li^(+)triply doped GdNbO_(4)were prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction *** red-orange emissions from Eu^(3+)in the singly doped samples are significantly improved by the codoping of Bi^(3+),mainly due to the energy transfer from Bi^(3+)to Eu^(3+).The additional codoping of Li^(+)is found to increase the Eu^(3+)emission *** improvement might be attributed to the increase in the photoluminescent quantum yield originating from larger grain sizes and better crystallinity.A detailed analysis of the X-ray diffraction pattern and the asymmetric ratio estimated from the photoluminescence spectra show that the local lattice environment around Eu^(3+)in GdNbO_(4)does not change significantly with the codoping of Bi^(3+)and Li^(+).Our results indicate that Li^(+)doping is a promising way to improve the emission properties of rare-earth ion-doped GdNbO_(4)phosphors.
