This article examines a mathematical model to analyze the rotating flow of three-dimensional water based nanofluid over a convectively heated exponentially stretching sheet in the presence of transverse magnetic field with additional effects of thermal radiation,Joule heating and viscous ***(Ag),copper(Cu),copper oxide(Cu O),aluminum oxide(Al_2O_3)and titanium dioxide(Ti O_2)have been taken under consideration as the nanoparticles and water(H_2O)as the base *** suitable similarity transformations,the governing partial differential equations(PDEs)of the modeled problem are transformed to the ordinary differential equations(ODEs).These ODEs are then solved numerically by applying the shooting *** the particular situation,the results are compared with the available *** effects of different nanoparticles on the temperature distribution are also discussed graphically and *** is witnessed that the skin friction coefficient is maximum for silver based ***,the velocity profile is found to diminish for the increasing values of the magnetic parameter.

The present study concerns the modelization and numerical simulation for the heat and flow exchange characteristics in a novel configuration saturated with a nonNewtonian Ag-mgO hybrid *** wavy shaped enclosure is equipped with onequarter of a conducting solid *** system of equations resulting from the mathematical modeling of the physical problem in its dimensionless form is discretized via the higher-order Galerkin-based finite element method(GFEm).The dependency of various factors and their interrelationships affecting the hydro-thermal behavior and heat exchange rate are *** numerical experiments reveal that the best heat transfer rate is achieved for the pseudo-plastic hybrid nanoliquid with high Rayleigh number and thermal conductivity ratio and low Hartmann ***,the power-law index has a major effect in deteriorating the heat convection at high Rayleigh number.

The magnetohydrodynamic(mHD) boundary layer flow of Casson fluid in the presence of nanoparticles is *** conditions of temperature and nanoparticle concentration are employed in the formulation. The flow is generated due to exponentially stretching surface. The governing boundary layer equations are reduced into the ordinary differential equations. series solutions are presented to analyze the velocity, temperature and nanoparticle concentration fields. Temperature and nanoparticle concentration fields decrease when the values of Casson parameter enhance. It is found that the Biot numbers arising due to thermal and concentration convective conditions yield an enhancement in the temperature and concentration fields. Further, we observed that both the thermal and nanoparticle concentration boundary layer thicknesses are higher for the larger values of thermophoresis parameter. The effects of Brownian motion parameter on the temperature and nanoparticle concentration are reverse.

Linear and non-linear properties of ion acoustic wave （IAW） propagating in a two-electron temperature plasma are investigated from both analytical and numerical perspectives by employing the fluid theory. A one-dimensional modified Korteweg de Vries equation is derived for the IAW using the reductive perturbative technique in a nonplanar geometry. It is observed that the ion acoustic soliton in a two-temperature plasma admits rarefactive （dip like） solitons. In the limit that the cold electron population goes to zero, it is observed that the ion acoustic soliton yields compressive （hump like） solitons. The variation of the ion acoustic soliton with different plasma parameters is also shown. The present investigation may be beneficial to explain some aspects of ion acoustic rarefactive solitary structures observed in space environments where two-electron temperature plasmas have been observed.

We present the complete set of physical and geometrical parameters of the visual close binary system GJ 9830 for the first time by applying Al-Wardat’s complex *** method combines magnitude difference from speckle interferometry,synthetic spectral energy distributions of the binary components which are constructed based on grids of Kurucz blanketed models(ATLAs9),and the orbital solution using Tokovinin’s dynamical method to estimate the parameters of individual *** analysis of the system by employing synthetic photometry resulted in the following set of parameters:Teff= 6220 ± 100 K,log g = 4.30 ± 0.12,R = 1.10 ± 0.08 R⊙for the primary component and Teff= 4870 ± 100 K,log g = 4.60 ± 0.11,R = 0.709 ± 0.07 R⊙for the secondary *** recently published dynamical parallax from the Gaia space mission was used to calculate the total mass of the binary system as 1.75 ± 0.06 m⊙,which coincides with those estimated using Al-Wardat’s method as mA= 1.18 ± 0.10 m⊙,mB= 0.75 ± 0.08 m⊙.The analysis of the system reveals that both components are characteristic of main sequence stars and have an age of around 1.4 ± 0.50 *** evolutionary tracks and isochrones of the system’s components are discussed,and the fragmentation process is suggested as the most likely process for the formation of the system.

This work presents the first electrical and optical measurements of the initial phase of hydrogen discharge in the upgraded spherical tokamak GLAsT-III, initiated with electron cyclotron heating（ECH）. Diagnostic measurements provide insights into expected and unexpected physics issues related to the initial phase of discharge. A triple Langmuir probe（TLP） has been developed to measure time series of the floating potential, plasma electron temperature and number density over the entire discharge, allowing monitoring of the two phases of the discharge： the ECH pre-ionization phase following by the plasma current formation phase. A TLP has the ability to give time-resolved measurements of the floating potential（V_（float））, electron temperature（T_e） and ion saturation current（I_（sat）∝n_e√kT_e）.sat e eThe evolution of the ECH-assisted pre-ionization and subsequent plasma current phases in one shot are well envisioned by the probe. Intense fluctuations in the plasma current phase advocate for efficient equilibrium and feedback control systems. moreover, the emergence of some strong impurity lines in the emission spectrum, even after only a few shots, suggests a crucial need for improvements in the base vacuum level. A noticeable change in the shape of the temporal profiles of the floating potential, electron temperature, ion saturation current（I_（sat）） and light emission has been observed with changing hydrogen fill pressure and vertical magnetic field.

This paper presents the fabrication and a spectroscopic study of a stable radio- frequency dielectric barrier discharge （RF DBD） in Ar with a novel dielectric, anodic alumina, at atmospheric pressure. Dielectric electrodes are fabricated from commercially available low cost impure aluminum strips by a two-step anodization process in 0.3 m solution of oxalic acid. The discharge is found to be stable with excellent spatial uniformity for the RF input power range of 30～80 W. Excitation and rotational temperatures measured in the experiment range of 1472～3255 K and 434～484 K, respectively, as the input power changes from 30 W to 80 W. These temperature ranges are suitable for surface modification applications.

multiferroics exhibit unique combination of ferroic properties,*** instance,in BiFeO3,magnetic and electric properties *** this work,BiFeO3 and sr-doped BiFeO3 samples with general formula,Bi1-x srx FeO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.20,and 0.30) were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion technique,in order to investigate these ferroic *** samples were confrmed to have perovskite type rhombohedral structure,characteristic of BiFeO3.A dilute phase of Bi2Fe4O9was also found in all the sr-doped *** micrographs of the palletized samples revealed that minutely doped sr might not have any effect on the morphology of the *** dependent dielectric measurements were carried out at room temperature for all the samples from 100 Hz to 1 *** dielectric constant of un-doped sample at low frequency was 52 which decreased with increasing sr *** enhancement of magnetic properties was observed with increasing the sr *** BiFeO3 material was observed to have the least value of remanent *** the sr2+ tions were doped in BiFeO3,its magnetization and remanence were increased to 0.867 emu/g and 0.175 emu/g,respectively,at x=0.30.

This study derives the analytic solutions of boundary layer flows bounded by a shrinking sheet. With the similarity transformations, the partial differential equations are reduced into the ordinary differential equations which are then solved by the homotopy analysis method （HAm）. Two-dimensional and axisymmetric shrinking flow cases are discussed.

mossbauer spectroscopy has been used to study the morphology of iron oxides formed during the oxidation of superalloys, such as ss-304L （1.4306s）, Incoloy-800H, Incoloy-825, UBHA-25L, sanicro-28 and Inconel-690, at 1200℃ exposed in air and steam environments for 400 h. The basic aim was to identify and compare the iron oxides qualitatively and quantitatively, formed during the oxidation of these alloys in two environments. The behaviour of alloy UBHA-25L in high temperature oxidation in both environments indicates that it has good oxidation resistance especially in steam, whereas sanicro-28 has excellent corrosion resistance in steam environment. In air oxidation of Inconel-690 no iron oxide, with established mossbauer parameters, was detected.
