In recent years,the number of patientswith colon disease has increased *** polyps are the precursor lesions of colon *** not diagnosed in time,they can easily develop into colon cancer,posing a serious threat to patients’lives and health.A colonoscopy is an important means of detecting colon ***,in polyp imaging,due to the large differences and diverse types of polyps in size,shape,color,etc.,traditional detection methods face the problem of high false positive rates,which creates problems for doctors during the diagnosis *** order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of colon polyp detection,this question proposes a network model suitable for colon polyp detection(PD-YOLO).This method introduces the self-attention mechanism CBAm(Convolutional Block Attention module)in the backbone layer based on YOLOv7,allowing themodel to adaptively focus on key information and ignore the unimportant *** help themodel do a better job of polyp localization and bounding box regression,add the sPD-Conv(symmetric Positive Definite Convolution)module to the neck layer and use deconvolution instead of *** results indicate that the PD-YOLO algorithm demonstrates strong robustness in colon polyp *** to the original YOLOv7,on the Kvasir-sEG dataset,PD-YOLO has shown an increase of 5.44 percentage points in AP@0.5,showcasing significant advantages over other mainstream methods.

Graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)have attracted tremendous interest due to their unique properties and bonding *** study focuses on the effect of GNP dispersion on the mechanical,thermal,and morphological behavior of GNP/epoxy *** study aims to understand how the dispersion of GNPs affects the properties of epoxy nanocomposite and to identify the best dispersion approach for improving mechanical performance.A solvent mixing technique that includes mechanical stirring and ultrasonication was used for producing the *** transform infrared spectroscopy was used to investigate the interaction between GNPs and the epoxy *** measurements of density and moisture content were used to confirm that GNPs were successfully incorporated into the *** findings showed that GNPs are successfully dispersed in the epoxy matrix by combining mechanical stirring and ultrasonication in a single step,producing well-dispersed nanocomposites with improved mechanical ***,the nanocomposites at a low GNP loading of 0.1 wt%,demonstrate superior mechanical strength,as shown by increased tensile properties,including improved Young's modulus(1.86 GPa),strength(57.31 mPa),and elongation at break(4.98).The nanocomposite with 0.25 wt%GNP loading performs better,according to the viscoelastic analysis and flexural properties(113.18 mPa).Except for the nanocomposite with a 0.5 wt%GNP loading,which has a higher thermal breakdown temperature,the thermal characteristics do not significantly *** effective dispersion of GNPs in the epoxy matrix and low agglomeration is confirmed by the morphological *** findings help with filler selection and identifying the best dispersion approach,which improves mechanical *** effective integration of GNPs and their interaction with the epoxy matrix provides the doorway for additional investigation and the development of sophisticated *** fiel

The age at which a woman enters natural menopause has also been associated to death from any cause. menopause is a natural component of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average menopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which women reach menopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between menopause and longevity. We made a study in assessing the limits of maximum lifespan at menopausal age in our previous article. In this paper, we aim to predict the maximum lifespan of women at mean menopausal age.

BACKGROUND Although breast milk is ideal for newborns,in some cases,it is replaced with cow’s milk,which contains proteins that increase the risk of cow’s milk protein allergy(CmPA).AIm To evaluate CmPA prevalence in Bahrain and compare clinical characteristics of children with immunoglobulin E(IgE)-and non-IgE-mediated *** This retrospective cohort study examined children with CmPA diagnosed at the pediatric gastroenterology outpatient clinic of the salmaniya medical Complex,Bahrain,between 2014 and 2022,and assessed CmPA *** presentations,laboratory findings,dietary modifications,and outcomes were compared between children with IgE-mediated and non-IgE-mediated *** variables were compared using Fisher’s exact test or Pearson’sχ2 test,whereas continuous variables were compared using student’s t-test or the mann-Whitney U *** Of 8332 patients,6022(72.3%)adhered to their *** them,618(10.3%)were suggested of having CmPA and 595(96.3%)were included;CmPA prevalence was 2%.most patients were Bahraini(93.8%)and males(55.3%).Non-IgE-mediated type accounted for 77.3%cases and IgE-mediated type,22.7%.IgE-mediated CmPA presented more in boys(P=0.030),and later in life(5.1 months±4.5 months vs 4.2 months±4.2 months,P=0.016,95%CI:0.08-1.73),had more associated diseases(Psented with more cutaneous(P=0.024)and respiratory(P=0.003)manifestations,severe symptoms[rash/dry skin(P=0.031),facial swelling/angioedema(P=0.003),failure to thrive(P=0.013),apparent life-threatening event(Psitive physical findings(P=0.002)than non-IgE-mediated *** patients were exclusively fed cow milk formula(50.3%).The amino acid-based formula(AAF)was most prescribed(60.5%)with no difference between the two types(P=0.173).Although breastfeeding was recommended to 49.6%,only 8.2%were exclusively ***-mediated CmPA was associated with a longer follow-up duration than non-IgE-mediated CmPA(17.3 months±14.0 mo
