FLRW non-singular cosmological model in general relativity

A singularity free cosmological model is obtained in a homogeneous and isotropic background with a specific form of the Hubble parameter in the presence of an interacting dark energy represented by a time-varying cosmological constant in general relativity. Different cases that arose have been extensively studied for different values of the curvature parameter. some interesting results have been found with this form of the Hubble parameter to meet the possible negative value of the decelera- tion parameter （- 1/3≤ q 〈 0） as the current observations reveal. For some particular values of these parameters, the model reduces to Berman＇s model.

Regulation of floral senescence in Arabidopsis by coordinated action of CONsTANs and jasmonate signaling

In Arabidopsis,photoperiodic flowering is controlled by the regulatory hub gene CONsTANs(CO),whereas floral organ senescence is regulated by the jasmonates(jas).Because these processes are chronologically ordered,it remains unknown whether there are common regulators of both *** this study,we discovered that CO protein accumulates in Arabidopsis flowers after floral induction,and it displays a diurnal pattern in floral organs different from that in the *** observed that altered CO expression could affect flower senescence and abscission by interfering with JA response,as shown by petal-specific transcriptomic analysis as well as CO overexpression in JA synthesis and signaling *** found that CO has a ZIM(ZINC-FINGER INFLOREsCENCE MERIsTEM)like domain that mediates its interaction with the JA response repressor JAZ3(jasmonate ZIM-domain 3).Their interaction inhibits the repressor activity of JAZ3,resulting in activation of downstream transcription factors involved in promoting flower ***,we showed that CO,JAZ3,and the E3 ubiquitin ligase COI1(Coronatine Insensitive 1)could form a protein complex in planta,which promotes the degradation of both CO and JAZ3 in the presence of *** together,our results indicate that CO,a key regulator of photoperiodic flowering,is also involved in promoting flower senescence and abscission by augmenting JA signaling and *** propose that coordinated recruitment of photoperiodic and JA signaling pathways could be an efficient way for plants to chronologically order floral processes and ensure the success of offspring production.

Neurocysticercosis(NCC) is one of the seven neglected endemic zoonoses targeted by the World Health *** is considered a common infection of the nervous system caused by the Tanenia solium and is known to be the primary cause of preventable epilepsy in many developing *** is commonly resulted by the ingestion of Tanenia solium eggs after consuming undercooked pork,or contaminated *** parasite can grow in the brain and spinal cord within the nervous system,causing severe headache and seizures beside other pathological *** and international travel to endemic countries has made this disease common in the United *** can be diagnosed with computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of the *** treatment of the NCC including cysticidal drugs(eg.,albendazole and praziquantel),and neurosurgical procedure,depending upon a the situation.A patient of Asian origin came to our clinic with complaints of dizziness,headaches and episodes seizures for the past twelve years without proper *** computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scans indicated multilobulated cystic mass in the brain with the suspicion of neurocysticercosis.
