Y^(3+) substituting-adjusted mechanical,dielectric,and impedance properties of cobalt copper zinc nanoferrites for high frequency applications

Upgrading mechanical-dielectric features of ferrites through rare-earth yttrium(Y^(3+))doping provides feasibility to evolving high-frequency electronic *** paper reports the mechanical and dielectric properties of Co_(0.5)Cu_(0.25)Zn_(0.25)Y_(x)fe_(2-x)O_(4)ferrite nanoparticles labeled as CCZYf#0,CCZYf#1,CCZYf#2,CCZYf#3,CCZYf#4 and CCZYf#5 for x=0.***.0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,and 0.1,*** frequency and temperature dependence of dielectric parameters and co nductivity of all CCZYf nanoferrites are well *** nanoferrite CCZYf#5 has the highest dielectric constant(enhancing ratio 170%)and the highest conductivity(enhancing ratio 7125.81%)compared with the undoped *** plots of all CCZYf nano ferrites manifest two arcs;the main reasons for the dielectric process are the grain boundaries and bulk *** impedance parameters were determined,which showed the effective role of Y^(3+)ions on their *** nanoferrite CCZYf#5 has the highest grain boundaries capacitance(with enhancing ratio of 59.40%)and the highest grains capacitance(with enhancing ratio of 22.53%)with a relaxation time decrement efficiency of 62.51%.An ultrasonic flaw detector was utilized to determine the elastic moduli of all CCZYf *** nanoferrite CCZYf#5 has the highest longitudinal modulus(with enhancing ratio of 20.95%),the highest shear modulus(with enhancing ratio of48.72%),highest Young's modulus(with enhancing ratio of 88.47%),the highest bulk modulus(with enhancing ratio 13.27%)and the highest micro hardness(with enhancing ratio 77.77%).Hence,Y3+tuned Co-Cu-Zn nanoferrites possess new opportunities for high-frequency and storage applications.

Hybridization between microstructure and magnetization improvement in lead and RE co-doped BifeO_3

The crystal structure,magnetic and electrical properties of Bi（0.96）Pb（0.04） feO3 and Bi（0.92）Pb（0.04）RE（0.04）feO3（RE=La,sm,Dy and Yb）polycrystalline samples were prepared by the flash autocombustion technique.X-ray diffraction（XRD）measurements show that the rare-earth doped compositions crystallized in rhombohedral symmetry of space group R3 *** undoped sample consisted needle shape particles while rare earth substitution preferred platelet like particles as clarified from high resolution transmission electron microscopy（HRTEM）.Morphological features were examined using field emission scanning electron microscopy（fEsEM）.Magnetization measurements showed that Yb^3＋ samples possessed the highest room temperature saturation magnetization while when Bi^3＋ ions were substituted by La^3＋ ions,a smaller Ms（0.28 emu/g）was *** coexistence of ferroelectric and magnetic transitions was detected using DsC and χM,indicating the multiferroic characteristics of Bi（0.92）Pb（0.04）RE（0.04）feO3 *** Néel temperature shifted upwards with decreasing the ionic radius of rare earth *** correlation was established between microstructure,morphology and magnetic properties in view of the contribution of magnetocrystalline and shape anisotropy in the magnetic parameters values.

Microstructural features of flower like fe brushite

The iron doped brushite(fe-DCPD) nano particles were synthesized via co-precipitation method with fe concentrations(0 ≤x≤ 1) in steps 0.2. The influence of iron concentration on the crystallinity, particle shape,morphology, optical, magnetic and electrical properties was investigated. The results showed that iron doping content is the crucial factor in the variation of physical properties. The particle shape changed from spheres at x=0.2 to be fiber network at x = 0.8. The saturation magnetization(Ms) increased from 0.4(emu/g) at x = 0.2 to 1.6(emu/g) at x = 0.8 which is considered more than four times with a considerable decrease of coercive field.

Merging bound states in the continuum in an open acoustic resonator

Bound states in the continuum （BICs） are perfectly localized resonances despite embedding in the continuum ***,an isolated BIC is very sensitive to the structure ***,we report merging acoustic BICs in a single open resonator,robust against the structure *** find that both symmetry-protected BIC and friedrich-Wintgen BIC are sustained in a single coupled waveguide-resonator *** varying the height and length of the resonator,these two BICs move toward each other and merge into a single one at a critical *** to an individual BIC,the merged BIC is robust against fabrication error because its Q-factor is proportional to ΔL-4,whereΔL embodies the structure *** essence of this extraordinary phenomenon is perfectly explained by the two-and three-level approximations of the effective nonHermitian ***,we present direct experimental demonstrations of the moving and merging of BICs in a coupled 3D waveguide-resonator,which are evidenced by the vanishing of the linewidth of fano resonance in the transmission *** results may find exciting applications in designing high-quality acoustic sources,sensors and filters.

Using Remote sensing Data to Delineate the Lineaments for Hydrothermal Mineral Prediction in Heqing Area, Northwest Yunnan Province, China

Lineament extraction and analysis is one of the routine work in mapping medium and large areas using remote sensing data, most of which are satellite images. Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper （ETM） of 945×1 232 pixels subscene acquired on 21 March 2000 covering the northwestern part of Yunnan Province has been digitally processed using ER Mapper software. This article aims to produce lineament density map that predicts favorable zones for hydrothermal mineral occurrences and quantify spatial associations between the known hydrothermal mineral deposits. In the process of lineament extraction a number of image processing techniques were applied. The extracted lineaments were imported into MapGIs software and a suitable grid of 100 m×100 m was chosen. The Kriging method was used to create the lineament density map of the area. The results show that remote sensing data could be useful to extract the lineaments in the area. These lineaments are closely correlated with the faults obtained through other geological investigation methods. On comparing with field data the lineament-density map identifies two important high prospective zones, where large-scale deposits are already existing. In addition the map highlights unrecognized target areas that require follow up investigation.

White Blood Cell(WBC)cancer or leukemia is one of the serious cancers that threaten the existence of human *** spite of its prevalence and serious consequences,it is mostly diagnosed through manual *** risks of inappropriate,sub-standard and wrong or biased diagnosis are high in manual ***,there is a need exists for automatic diagnosis and classification method that can replace the manual *** is mainly classified into acute and chronic *** current research work proposed a computer-based application to classify the *** the feature extraction stage,we use excellent physical properties to improve the diagnostic system’s accuracy,based on Enhanced Color Co-Occurrence *** study is aimed at identification and classification of chronic lymphocytic leukemia using microscopic images of WBCs based on Enhanced Virtual Neural Network(EVNN)*** proposed method achieved optimum accuracy in detection and classification of leukemia from WBC ***,the study results establish the superiority of the proposed method in automated diagnosis of *** values achieved by the proposed method in terms of sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and error rate were 97.8%,89.9%,76.6%,and 2.2%,***,the system could predict the disease in prior through images,and the probabilities of disease detection are also highly optimistic.

This study presents a novelmethod to detect themedical application based on Quantum Computing(QC)and a few Machine Learning(ML)*** has a primary advantage i.e.,it uses the impact of quantum parallelism to provide the consequences of prime factorization issue in a matter of ***,this model is suggested for medical application only by recent researchers.A novel strategy i.e.,Quantum KernelMethod(QKM)is proposed in this paper for data *** this QKM process,Linear Tunicate swarm Algorithm(LTsA),the optimization technique is used to calculate the loss function initially and is aimed at medical *** output of optimization is either 0 or 1 i.e.,odd or even in *** this output value,the data is identified according to the ***,the method also reduces time,saves cost and improves the efficiency by feature selection process i.e.,filter *** the features are extracted,QKM is deployed as a classification model,while the loss function is minimized by *** motivation of the minimal objective is to remain ***,some computations can be performed more efficiently by the proposed *** testing,the test data was evaluated by minimal loss *** outcomes were assessed in terms of accuracy,computational time,and so *** this,databases like Lymphography,Dermatology,and Arrhythmia were used.

Photovoltaic(PV)arrays are usually installed in open areas;hence,they are vulnerable to lightning strikes that can result in cell degradation,complete damage,service disruption,and increased maintenance *** a result,it is imperative to develop an effective and efficient lightning protection system by evaluating the transient behaviour of PV arrays during lightning *** aim is to evaluate the transient analysis of large-scale PV systems when subjected to lightning strikes using the finite difference time domain(fDTD)*** overvoltages are calculated at various points within the mounting *** optimise the fDTD method's execution time and make it more suitable for less powerful hardware,a variable cell size approach is ***,larger cell dimensions are used in the earthing system and smaller cell dimensions are used in the mounting *** fDTD method is utilised to calculate the temporal variation of transient overvoltages for large-scale PV systems under different scenarios,including variations in the striking point,soil resistivity,and the presence of a metal *** results indicate that the highest transient overvoltages occur at the striking point,and these values increase with the presence of a PV metal frame as well as with higher soil ***,a comparison is performed between the overvoltage results obtained from the fDTD approach and the partial element equivalent circuit(PEEC)method at the four corner points of the mounting systems to demonstrate the superior accuracy of the fDTD ***,a laboratory experiment is conducted on a small-scale PV system to validate the simulation *** calculated overvoltages obtained from the fDTD and PEEC methods are compared with the measured values,yielding a mean absolute error of 5%and 11%for the fDTD and PEEC methods,respectively,thereby confirming the accuracy of the fDTD simulation model.

Lupus Nephritis(LN)is a significant risk factor for morbidity and mortality in systemic lupus erythematosus,and nephropathology is still the gold standard for diagnosing *** assist pathologists in evaluating histopathological images of LN,a 2D Rényi entropy multi-threshold image segmentation method is proposed in this research to apply to LN *** method is based on an improved Cuckoo search(Cs)algorithm that introduces a Diffusion Mechanism(DM)and an Adaptiveβ-Hill Climbing(AβHC)strategy called the DMCs *** DMCs algorithm is tested on 30 benchmark functions of the IEEE CEC2017 *** addition,the DMCs-based multi-threshold image segmentation method is also used to segment renal pathological *** results show that adding these two strategies improves the DMCs algorithm's ability to find the optimal *** to the three image quality evaluation metrics:PsNR,fsIM,and ssIM,the proposed image segmentation method performs well in image segmentation *** research shows that the DMCs algorithm is a helpful image segmentation method for renal pathological images.
