Purpose: To analyze water-soluble(Ws) human lens proteins of fetus, adult and age-related cataract by two-dimensional IEF/sDsPAGE electrophoresis. Methods: DAcM [ N- (7-Dimethylamino-4-methyl-3-coumarinyl) maleimide ] was used to determine the lens proteins sulphydryl (sH) ***: Protein sH contents in Ws lens proteins have no significant difference among fetus, adult and age-related cataract lens. This is different from the relative published results obtained in lens proteins of animal cataract model using similar sH detecting ***: IEF/sDs-PAGE electrophoresis demonstrated that there were much more fragmentation of crystallins during lens development and cataractogenic process. It is suggested that this phenomenon is likely to be due to further conformational changes in the fragmented cyrstallins during aging and cataractogenic process. Eye science 1999; 15:32-35.

牛胰岛素用1％三氟化硼甲醇溶液反应后所得六甲酯与饱和氨甲醇溶液反应,在室温下约经144小时可完全酰胺化。反应过程用红外光谱及酰胺含量分析测定。所得酰胺化粗产品经sephadex G-75凝胶层析可以将胰岛素六酰胺化合物从其聚合物中分离提纯。由红外光谱、紫外光谱及圆二色散光谱测定表明:牛胰岛素的六酰胺化合物的构象与胰岛素有很大不同,其生物活性也丧失殆尽。

Natural minerals,abundant and easily obtained through simple physical processing,offer a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for dyeing wastewater disposal and air pollution *** study investigates the photocatalytic removal of NO using natural different types of dyes,loaded on natural sand,under visible light *** examining various coating concentrations of dyes and sand weights,we discovered that sand loaded with Rhodamine B(RhB)exhibits high activity for the photo-oxidation of NO.A combination results of X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPs),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric(TG)analyses confirm the presence of siO_(2),cacO_(3),Al_(2)O_(3)and iron oxides as the main components of the ***,studying RhB-loaded individual components reveals that cacO_(3)plays a crucial role in enhancing the NO removal *** results and theoretical calculations demonstrate the establishment of a directional charge transfer channel from cacO_(3)to RhB,facilitating the adsorption and activation of molecular NO and O_(2).This work not only promotes the utilization of natural mineral resources but also enriches the fields of environmental photochemistry and semiconductor photocatalysis.

In this paper,we propose an analytical stochastic dynamic programming(sDP)algorithm to address the optimal management problem of price-maker community energy *** a price-maker,energy storage smooths price differences,thus decreasing energy arbitrage ***,this price-smoothing effect can result in significant external welfare changes by reduc-ing consumer costs and producer revenues,which is not negligible for the community with energy storage *** such,we formulate community storage management as an sDP that aims to maximize both energy arbitrage and community *** incorporate market interaction into the sDP format,we propose a framework that derives partial but sufficient market information to approximate impact of storage operations on market *** we present an analytical sDP algorithm that does not require state *** from computational efficiency,another advantage of the analytical algorithm is to guide energy storage to charge/discharge by directly comparing its current marginal value with expected future marginal *** studies indicate community-owned energy storage that maximizes both arbitrage and welfare value gains more benefits than storage that maximizes only *** proposed algorithm ensures optimality and largely reduces the computational complexity of the standard *** Terms-Analytical stochastic dynamic programming,energy management,energy storage,price-maker,social welfare.

This paper concerns the linearization problem on rational maps of degree d≥2 and polynomials of degree d>2 from the perspective of *** authors introduce a set l_(∞) of irrational numbers and show that if α∈l_(∞),then any rational map is not linearizable and has infinitely many cycles in every neighborhood of the fixed point with multiplier λ=e^(2πiα),Adding more constraints to cubic polynomials,they discuss the above problems by polynomial-like *** the family of polynomials,with the help of Yoccoz's method,they obtain its maximum dimension of the set in which the polynomials are non-linearizable.

synthetic vascular grafts suitable for small-diameter arteries(still no commercially available small-diameter vascular grafts(sDVGs) in clinical practice due to thrombosis and stenosis after in vivo *** designing sDVGs,many studies emphasized reendothelization but ignored the importance of reconstruction of the smooth muscle layer(sML).To facilitate rapid sML regeneration,a high-resolution 3D printing method was used to create a novel bilayer sDVG with structures and mechanical properties mimicking natural *** by the collagen alignment of sML,the inner layer of the grafts had larger pore sizes and high porosity to accelerate the infiltration of cells and their circumferential alignment,which could facilitate sML reconstruction for compliance restoration and spontaneous *** outer layer was designed to induce fibroblast recruitment by low porosity and minor pore size and provide sDVG with sufficient mechanical *** month after implantation,the arteries regenerated by 3D-printed grafts exhibited better pulsatility than electrospun grafts,with a compliance(8.9%) approaching that of natural arteries(11.36%) and significantly higher than that of electrospun ones(1.9%).The 3D-printed vascular demonstrated a three-layer structure more closely resembling natural arteries while electrospun grafts showed incomplete endothelium and immature *** study shows the importance of sML reconstruction during vascular graft regeneration and provides an effective strategy to reconstruct blood vessels through 3D-printed structures rapidly.

Recent geodetic and seismological observations of two major earthquakes in southeastern Türkiye in February 2023 have revealed complex rupture initiation,propagation,and segmentation along the East Anatolian Fault Zone(EAFZ)and surrounding ***,the role of upper crust structures along the EAFZ in determining the diverse rupture processes of this earthquake doublet remains *** further investigate this,we employed double-difference location and seismic tomography techniques to determine high-resolution seismic velocities(V_(P),V_(s))and Poisson’s ratio(σ)structures using a multiparameter joint tomographic *** dataset includes 100,833 high-quality source-receiver travel-time pairs of P-and *** find that the unique rupture processes of this earthquake doublet were primarily influenced by contrasting crustal seismic structures and localized geological *** M_(w)7.8 mainshock was initiated within a transitional edge zone characterized by a rigid part(asperity)of the seismogenic zone with sharp contrast variations in rock strength ranging from low to high along the *** comparison,the M_(w)7.6 rupture originated in a ductile belt featuring fluid saturation with low-VP,low-Vs,and high-σvalues that extended parallel to the cardak *** pronounced contrast structures observed along the former rupture can be attributed to the oblique collision system between the weakened section of the east Anatolian plateau and the brittle Arabian platform,while the latter rupture was initiated within the ductile structure associated with fluid intrusion caused by the northward subduction of the cyprus slab and subsequent ***,the occurrence of the first earthquake(E1)serves to alleviate shear stress on the second earthquake(E2)fault,potentially impeding the initiation of an E2 *** the contrary,this event also significantly reduces the normal stress acting on the E2 fault due to a double left-lateral strike-slip system

A novel high-order target phase approach(TPhA)for the station-keeping of periodic orbits is proposed in this *** key elements of the TPhA method,the phase-angle Poincare map and high-order maneuver map,are constructed using differential algebra(DA)techniques to determine station-keeping epochs and calculate correction maneuvers.A stochastic optimization framework tailored for the TPhA-based station-keeping process is leveraged to search for fuel-optimal and error-robust TPhA ***-satellite orbits(QsOs)around Phobos are investigated to demonstrate the efficacy of TPhA in mutli-fidelity dynamical *** carlo simulations demonstrated that the baseline QsO of JAXA’s Martian Moons eXploration(MMX)mission could be maintained with a monthly maneuver budget of approximately 1 m/s.
