The phytoecdysteroids(PEs.c.mprise a large group of biologically-active plant steroids,which have structures similar to those of ins.c.-molting *** are distributed in plants as s.c.ndary metabolites that offer protection against phytophagus(plant-eating)*** ins.c.s.c.nsume the plants.c.ntaining these chemicals,they promptly molt and undergo metabolic destruction;the ins.c.s eventually ***,ecdysteroids are a group of polyhydroxylated ketosteroids that are structurally similar to *** carbon skeleton of ecdysteroids is termed as.c.clopentanoperhydro-phenanthrene with aβ-side chain at *** essential characteristics of ecdysteroids are a cis-(5β-H)junction of rings A and B,a 7-en-6-one chromophore,and a trans(14α-OH)junction of rings.c.and *** only synthesize PEs from mevalonic acid in the mevalonate pathway of the plant cell using acetyl-coA as a precursor;the most common PE is *** far,over 400 PEs have been identified and reported,and a compilation of 166 PEs originating from 1998 has been previously *** the present review,we have summarized 212 new PEs reported between 1999 and *** have also critically analyzed the biological,pharmacological,and medicinal properties of PEs to understand the full impact of these phytoconstituents in health and disease.

BAcKGROUND:Gallbladder cancer(GBc)is a rare disease but a leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide.A number of etiological factors have been implicated in the causation of GBc and pathogenic infection by bacteria is one of these. DATA sOURcEs:A PubMed search on'helicobacter','gall- bladder cancer',and'biliary tract malignancies'was done on the topic,and the relevant data were collected,reviewed,and analyzed. REsULTs:Helicobacter is an epsilon proteobacterium that infects the mucosal lining of the human gastrobiliary system. Infection with helicobacter is an important risk factor for the development of cancer and the bacterium has been categorized as a group-Ⅰcarcinogen by the International Agency for Research on cancer(IARc).These microbes enter the human body by means of contaminated food and *** they invade the tissues and produce chemical carcinogens that lead to DNA damage and subsequently a series of gene mutations transform normal cells into cancer *** this review,we focus our attention on the role of helicobacter in the causation of biliary tract malignancies. cONcLUsIONs:The review attempts to summarize the current available data on the role of helicobacter in the causation of *** are accountable data available to suggest the role of helicobacter species in the causation of GBc although larger studies are urgently required for confirmation.

Anticonvulsant potential of rosuvastatin in combination with carbamazepine and valproate in animal models of epilepsy

Magnesium is one of the largely available elements in the earth’s.c.ust. It has a low structural density with high specific strength. This unique material property has forced an increase in the use of magnesium and its alloys in various applications pertaining to industrial s.c.or,automobiles, aerospace and biomedical. since magnesium is a highly reactive metal, it is prone to higher rate of corrosion as.c.mpared to its.c.unterparts. Thus, it is essential to analyze the corrosion behavior of magnesium and its alloys in its applications. An appropriate process is to be followed in the design and development of magnesium alloys which overcome the limitations of magnesium and enhance the desired material properties in accordance to their applications. This review paper summarizes the importance of magnesium and its material properties. The influence of various alloying elements on the mechanical properties of magnesium is reviewed. The broad classification of Mg alloys and their behavioral trends are detailed. The corrosion behavior of magnesium and the influence of corrosion products on the material characteristics of magnesium, in aqueous medium, are discussed. The manufacturing techniques of magnesium alloys along with the s.c.ndary techniques are also covered. The various applications and the limitations of magnesium in these applications are covered. A complete s.c.ion is dedicated towards detailing the recent trends of magnesium(Mg) alloys, i.e., the biodegradable nature and applications of Mg alloys. The influence of biocorrosion on Mg alloys and techniques to overcome it have been deliberated. This paper provides a thorough review on recent developments of magnesium with respect to engineering applications.

The present study deals with the development of a low carbon high strength steel by thermomechanical controlled processing on a pilot *** continuous.c.oling transformation has yielded a flat top "c" curve with the phase field occupied by a mixture of bainite and *** microstructure of water quenched steel essentially consists of highly dislocated lath martensite along with fine (Ti,Nb)cN precipitates and *** strength steel with 1217-1298 MPa yield strength and 1372-1513 MPa ultimate tensile strength along with 16-12% total elongation has been obtained in the range of 850 to 750℃ finish rolling *** impact toughness value in the range of 45-72J was also achieved in the present steel.

A novel reconfiguration of the solar array to enhance peak power and efficiency under partial shading conditions:experimental validation

Evaluation of hydro-chemistry in a phreatic aquifer in the Vindhyan Region, India, using entropy weighted approach and geochemical modelling

Groundwater quality monitoring and geochemical characterization in the phreatic aquifer are critical for ensuring universal and equitable access to clean,reliable,and inexpensive drinking water for *** research was intended to investigate the hydrogeochemical attributes and mechanisms regulating the chemistry of groundwater as well as to assess spatial variation in groundwater quality in satna district,*** accomplish this,the groundwater data comprising 13 physio-chemical parameters from thirty-eight phreatic aquifer locations were analysed for May 2020 by combining entropy-weighted water quality index(EWQI),multivariate statistics,geochemical modelling,and geographical information *** findings revealed that the groundwater is fresh and slightly *** was a significant concern as 57.89% of samples were beyond the permissible limit of the World Health *** dominance of ions were in the order of ca^(2+)> Na^(+)> Mg^(2+)> K^(+) and HcO_(3)^(-)> sO_(4)^(2-)> cl^-> NO_(3)^(-)> F^(-).Higher concentration of these ions is mainly concentrated in the northeast and eastern *** correlation analysis and principal component analysis(PcA) demonstrated that both natural and human factors regulate groundwater chemistry in the *** analysis of Q-mode agglomerative hierarchical clustering highlighted three significant water ***-HcO_3 was the most prevalent hydro-chemical facies in all three *** modelling through various.c.nventional plots indicated that groundwater chemistry in the research region is influenced by the dissolution of calcite/dolomite,reverse ion exchange,and by silicate and halite *** data of the study area disclosed that 73.69% of the samples were appropriate for *** to high salinity,Magnesium(Mg^(2+)),Nitrate(NO_(3)^(-)),and Bicarbonate(HcO_(3)^(-)) concentrations,the north-central and north-eastern regions are particularly *** findings of the study m

In this paper,an advanced and optimized Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LGBM)technique is proposed to identify the intrusive activities in the Internet of Things(IoT)*** followings are the major contributions:i)An optimized LGBM model has been developed for the identification of malicious IoT activities in the IoT network;ii)An efficient evolutionary optimization approach has been adopted for finding the optimal set of hyper-parameters of LGBM for the projected ***,a Genetic Algorithm(GA)with k-way tournament selection and uniform crossover operation is used for efficient exploration of hyper-parameter search space;iii)Finally,the performance of the proposed model is evaluated using state-of-the-art ensemble learning and machine learning-based model to achieve overall generalized performance and *** outcomes reveal that the proposed approach is superior to other considered methods and proves to be a robust approach to intrusion detection in an IoT environment.
