Background:systemic lupus erythematosus(sLE)is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by the involvement of multiple organs and autoantibody *** study aimed to determine the association of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-DQ and-DR alleles with sLE at a tertiary hospital in ***:This case-control study was conducted in the Department of Rheumatology,Bangabandhu sheikh Mujib Medical University(BsMMU),Dhaka,*** patients who fulfilled the 1997 revised American College of Rheumatology classification criteria for sLE were considered cases(n=41).The controls(n=32)were selected from the hospital staff of BsMMU,including doctors and nurses who did not suffer from any known rheumatic diseases,and there was no such disease in their first-degree *** chain reaction using a sequence-specific primer(PCRssP)in a low-resolution typing method was carried out on blood samples collected for HLA-DQ and-DR allele ***:The cases and controls had comparable mean ages(31 vs.32 years),and most cases were female(95.1%vs.34.4%).The most frequent clinical manifestations were mucocutaneous(85.4%),followed by musculoskeletal(70.7%)and constitutional symptoms(58.5%).The cases had a significantly higher frequency of HLA-DR2 allele compared with healthy controls(70.7%vs.43.8%;odds ratio:3.1;95%confidence interval:1.2-8.2).In addition,HLADQ6 allele was found to have a significant association with mucocutaneous manifestations of the cases(88.9%,P=0.03).Conclusions:Bangladeshi adults having HLA-DR2 may be more susceptible to ***-DQ6 allele might be associated with mucocutaneous manifestations of sLE.

Gaining an understanding of the effects and dynamics of the solar wind is crucial for the study of space weather,Earth's magnetosphere,spacecraft protection,the dynamics of the solar system,and various other *** show that Alfvén waves effectively transfer energy to resonant *** study demonstrates how inertial Alfvén waves deliver their energy to resonant plasma particles in different solar environments under certain *** analysis shows that inertial Alfvén waves experience more rapid damping with increasing parallel wavenumber,ambient magnetic field strength,and particle number density,coupled with a decrease in *** rate of energy transfer to resonant particles intensifies with higher temperatures and reduced parallel wavenumber and particle number *** with higher initial velocities actively participate in Landau damping,especially in regions with a stronger ambient magnetic field.

Objectives:To determine the association of Human leukocyte antigen B(HLA‑B)alleles with ankylosing spondylitis and the allelic association of HLAB27 with endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1(ERAP1)single-nucleotide polymorphism(sNP)rs30187 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(As).Methods:We studied 48 consecutively enrolled well-defined As patients and 48 healthy controls recruited from the outpatient clinic of the rheumatology department of Bangabandhu sheikh Mujib Medical University(BsMMU),Dhaka,*** genotype HLA-B alleles from peripheral blood DNA,we designed sequence-specific primers for polymerase chain ***'s sequencing method was used to detect the ERAP1 rs30187 *** HLA-B allele distributions were compared between cases and *** infer an allelic association between HLA-B27 and ERAP1,allele distributions from both loci were compared using ***-squared test or Fisher's exact test was used to quantify the association,and their strength of association was tested by odds ratio(OR)with 95%confidence interval(CI).Results:The frequency of HLA-B27 was found to be higher in As patients(60.4%)than in healthy controls(8.3%).HLA-B27 allele had an OR of 16.8(95%CI=5.2–54.4)for the development of ***,4%of As patients had both HLA-B27 and *** significant association was found between ERAP1 rs30187 sNP and HLA-B27 in patients with As(OR=1.7,95%CI=0.5–5.6).Conclusions:HLA-B27 was significantly associated with As in patients in ***,no association between ERAP1 rs30187 sNP and HLA-B27 was observed.

In this work the structural,electronic and thermoelectric properties of YbMg_(2)X_(2)(X=P,As,sb,Bi)zintl compounds were investigated comprehensively using first principles *** electronic properties were studied using PBE GGA,TB-mBJ and hybrid(Ys-PBE0)*** the structural parameters of optimized structures are in harmonious agreement to the available *** band structure study illustrates that the titled materials manifest metallic and semi metallic nature using PBE and TB-mBJ potentials while they show wide band gap semiconducting behavior by following hybrid(Ys-PBE0)*** density of states(TDOs)and partial density of states(PDOs)were also calculated to glimpse the contribution of orbitals of atoms in the formation of *** properties were studied by using BoltzTraP2 code employed to *** get enormous values of seebeck coefficient(s),power factor(PF)and thermoelectric figure of merit(ZT)for all the samples YbMg_(2)X_(2)(X=P,As,sb,Bi),Moreover,the overwhelming transport properties for the titled compounds indicate the optimum level of carriers’concentration which pinpoints these materials to be better thermoelectrics in the 1-2-2 zintl family.

试验旨在研究有机硒、无机硒及维生素E对肉鸡免疫系统的影响。试验选用130只1日龄肉鸡分为3个组,其中A和B组为试验组,各60只鸡,C组为对照组,10只鸡。A组日粮中添加有机硒和维生素E,A组又细分为A1、A2、A3、A4、A5和A6组,其中有机硒的添加量分别为0.25、0.25、0.5、0.5、1.0和1.0 mg/kg,维生素E的添加量为0、200、0、200、0和200 IU/kg。B组日粮中添加无机硒和维生素E,也分为B1、B2、B3、B4、B5和B6组,其中无机硒的添加量分别为0.25、0.25、0.5、0.5、1.0和1.0 mg/kg,维生素E的添加量为0、200、0、200、0和200 IU/kg。C组为对照组,饲料中不添加硒和维生素E。检测指标包括新城疫病毒(HI)抗体滴度、免疫器官的病理变化、免疫器官指数和生长性能。试验结果表明,日粮中加入有机硒后,能提高肉鸡免疫力,效果优于添加无机硒;同时,硒与维生素E配合使用的效果优于单一添加硒。

This paper studies a high-speed text-independent Automatic speaker Recognition(AsR)algorithm based on a multicore system's Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM).The high speech is achieved using parallel implementation of the feature's extraction and aggregation methods during training and testing *** memory parallel programming techniques using both OpenMP and PThreads libraries are developed to accelerate the code and improve the performance of the AsR *** experimental results show speed-up improvements of around 3.2 on a personal laptop with Intel i5-6300HQ(2.3 GHz,four cores without hyper-threading,and 8 GB of RAM).In addition,a remarkable 100%speaker recognition accuracy is achieved.

Windows malware is becoming an increasingly pressing problem as the amount of malware continues to grow and more sensitive information is stored on *** of the major challenges in tackling this problem is the complexity of malware analysis,which requires expertise from human *** developments in machine learning have led to the creation of deep models for malware ***,these models often lack transparency,making it difficult to understand the reasoning behind the model’s decisions,otherwise known as the black-box *** address these limitations,this paper presents a novel model for malware detection,utilizing vision transformers to analyze the Operation Code(OpCode)sequences of more than 350000 Windows portable executable malware samples from real-world *** model achieves a high accuracy of 0.9864,not only surpassing the previous results but also providing valuable insights into the reasoning behind the *** model is able to pinpoint specific instructions that lead to malicious behavior in malware samples,aiding human experts in their analysis and driving further advancements in the *** report our findings and show how causality can be established between malicious code and actual classification by a deep learning model,thus opening up this black-box problem for deeper analysis.
