The global populationhas beenandwill continue to be severely impacted by theCOVID-19 *** primary objective of this research is to demonstrate the future impact of COVID-19 on those who suffer from other fatal conditions such as cancer,heart disease,and ***,using ordinary differential equations(ODEs),two mathematical models are developed to explain the association between COVID-19 and cancer and between COVID-19 and diabetes and heart *** that,we highlight the stability assessments that can be applied to these *** analysis is used to examine how changes in certain factors impact different aspects of *** sensitivity analysis showed that many people are still nervous about seeing a doctor due to COVID-19,which could result in a dramatic increase in the diagnosis of various ailments in the years to *** correlation between diabetes and cardiovascular illness is also illustrated *** effects of smoking and obesity are also found to be significant in disease *** fitting is also provided for interpreting the relationship between real data and the results of *** people,in particular,need tomonitor their health conditions closely and practice heart health *** with heart diseases should undergo regular checks so that they can protect themselves from diabetes and take some precautions including suitable *** main purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of regular checks,to warn people about the effects of COVID-19(including avoiding healthcare centers and doctors because of the spread of infectious diseases)and to indicate the importance of family history of cancer,heart diseases and *** provision of the recommendations requires an increase in public consciousness.

Parkinson's disease(PD)is a widespread neurodegenerative condition that affects many individuals *** identification and monitoring of disease progression are crucial to effectively managing symptoms and preventing motor *** research proposes an automated PD diagnosis and severity-grading model based on time-frequency and fuzzy features using improved uni-directional and bi-directional long short-term memory networks with sensitive hyperparameters *** utilize vertical ground reaction force signals collected from Physionet's publicly available dataset recorded during regular and dual-task clinical trials of walking *** the cumulative signal of both feet was then utilized and segmented into 30-s windows without further ***,we extracted only four key time-frequency and fuzzy features from each segment,effectively capturing the signal's inherent *** optimization is employed in both detection and grading approaches to fine-tune the two critical hyperparameters:the initial learning rate and the number of hidden units in the *** detection phase yields an exceptional accuracy of 99.19%,surpassing state-of-the-art studies with the same *** the grading phase,classification based on the unified PD rating scale values achieves an accuracy of 92.28%.The proposed study delves into the potential of cumulative gait signals as a powerful diagnostic tool for PD,aiming to extract precise and intricate information by implementing straightforward and minimal processing *** method demonstrates significant effi-ciency in terms of complexity,cost,and energy consumption by utilizing a single-dimensional signal,eliminating the need for pre-processing steps,and limiting the features used for training.

Extensive neurodegeneration is a hallmark of traumatic spinal cord injury (sCI) that underlies permanent sensorimotor and autonomic impairments (Alizadeh et al.,2019).Following the primary impact,the spinal cord undergoes a cascade of secondary injury mechanisms that are driven by disruption of the blood-spinal cord ba rrier,vascula r inju ry,glial reactivity,neu roinfla mmation,oxidative stress,lipid peroxidation,and glutamate excitotoxicity that culminate in neuronal and oligodendroglial cell death,demyelination,and axonal damage(Alizadeh et al.,2019).To achieve a meaningful functional recovery after sCI,regeneration of new neurons and oligodendrocytes and their successful growth and integration within the neural network are critical steps for reconstructing the damaged spinal cord tissue (Fischer et al.,2020).

This study aims to evaluate the solar and wind energy potential across Razavi Khorasan Province,Iran,with a specific focus on the Khaf region.A preliminary assessment of mean solar radiation,mean wind speeds,and Weibull distribution parameters was conducted for different towns and zones within the *** findings showed that Khaf has favorable characteristics for further *** solar and wind energy metrics examined include global horizontal irradiance,clearness index,wind rose patterns,and turbulence *** a height of 40 m,Khaf’s wind power density reached 1650 W/m^(2),indicating exceptional wind energy generation ***,Khaf received an average annual solar radiation of 2046 kW·h/m^(2),representing significant solar energy *** these substantial renewable resources in Khaf could allow Razavi Khorasan Province to reduce reliance on fossil fuels,improve energy sustainability,and mitigate climate change *** research contributes an in-depth assessment of Razavi Khorasan's solar and wind energy potential,particularly for the promising Khaf *** work may examine optimal sites for renewable energy projects and grid integration strategies to leverage these resources.

Objective:To determine the protective effect of co-enzyme Q10(CoQ10)on testicular tissue and sperm parameters in male rats treated with sunsetYellow ***:sixty male sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups of the control,CoQ10(10 mg/kg/day),low dose of sunset Yellow(2.5 mg/kg),high dose of sunset Yellow(70 mg/kg),low dose of sunset Yellow(2.5 mg/kg)plus CoQ10,and high dose of sunset Yellow(70 mg/kg)plus *** drugs were administered via daily oral gavages for 6 *** the end of the experiment,sperm analysis,stereological and histological assessments of the testis were carried ***:The normal morphology(by 41.1%)and progressive spermatozoa(by 74.8%),testicle volume(by 33.4%),lumen volume(by 38.3%),interstitial tissue volume(by 44.7%),seminiferous tubule volume(by 40.7%),and number of spermatogonia(by 53.9%)and Leydig cells(by 70.7%)reduced in the rats that received high doses of sunset Yellow in comparison to the control ***,all these alterations were recovered by CoQ10 treatment in the CoQ10 plus high dose of sunset Yellow ***,low doses of sunset Yellow did not affect different parameters of the testis and ***:CoQ10 could,to some extent,prevent structural changes of the testis induced by the high dose of sunsetYellow.

This study aimed to investigate the osteo-inductive capacity of a fucoidan polysaccharide network derived from brown algae on human adipose-derived stem cells(HA-MsCs)for bone *** physiochemical properties of the scaffold including surface morphology,surface chemistry,hydrophilicity,mechanical stiffness,and porosity were thoroughly *** in vitro and in vivo measurements implied a superior cell viability,proliferation,adhesion,and osteo-inductive performance of obtained scaffolds compared to using specific osteogenic induction medium with increased irregular growth of calcium crystallites,which mimic the structure of natural *** scaffold was highly biocompatible and suitable for cell *** examinations,such as quantification of mineralization,alkaline phosphatase,gene expression,and immunocytochemical staining of pre-osteocyte and bone markers confirmed that HAD-MsCs differentiate into osteoblasts,even without an osteogenic induction *** study provides evidence for the positive relationship and synergistic effects between the physical properties of the decellularized seaweed scaffold and the chemical composition of fucoidan in promoting the osteogenic differentiation of ***,the natural matrices derived from brown seaweed offers a sustainable,cost-effective,non-toxic bioinspired scaffold and holds promise for future clinical applications in orthopedics.

Assessment of electrostatic discharge sensitivity of nitrogen-rich heterocyclic energetic compounds and their salts as high energy-density dangerous compounds: A study of structural variables

Nitrogen-rich heterocyclic energetic compounds（NRHECs） and their salts have witnessed widespread synthesis in recent years. The substantial energy-density content within these compounds can lead to potentially dangerous explosive reactions when subjected to external stimuli such as electrical ***, developing a reliable model for predicting their electrostatic discharge sensitivity（EsD） becomes imperative. This study proposes a novel and straightforward model based on the presence of specific groups（-NH2or-NH-,-N = N+-O-and -NNO2,-ONO2or-NO2） under certain conditions to assess the EsD of NRHECs and their salts, employing interpretable structural parameters. Utilizing a comprehensive dataset comprising 54 EsD measurements of NRHECs and their salts, divided into 49/5 training/test sets,the model achieves promising results. The Root Mean square Error（RMsE）, Mean Absolute Error（MAE）,and Maximum Error for the training set are reported as 0.16 J, 0.12 J, and 0.5 J, respectively. Notably, the ratios RMsE（training）/RMsE（test）, MAE（training）/MAE（test）, and Max Error（training）/Max Error（test） are all greater than 1.0, indicating the robust predictive capabilities of the model. The presented model demonstrates its efficacy in providing a reliable assessment of EsD for the targeted NRHECs and their salts,without the need for intricate computer codes or expert involvement.
