Ebola virus.EBOV)and Marburg virus.MARV),members.of the Filoviridae family.are highly.pathogenic and can caus. hemorrhagic fevers.s.gnificantly.impacting human *** are cons.dered res.rvoirs.of thes. virus.s.becaus. related filovirus.s.have been dis.overed in ***,due to the requirement for maximum containment laboratories.when s.udy.ng infectious.virus.s.the characterization of bat filovirus.s.often relies.on ps.udovirus.s.and minigenome *** this.s.udy.we us.d RACE technology.to s.quence the 30-leader and 50-trailer of Mengla virus.MLAV)and cons.ructed a *** to MARV,the trans.ription activities.of the MLAV minigenome are independent of *** further as.es.ed the effects.of poly.orphis.s.at the 50 end on MLAV minigenome activity.and identified certain mutations.that decreas. minigenome reporter efficiency.probably.due to alterations.in the RNA s.condary.*** reporter activity.upon recombination of the 30-leaders.and 50-trailers.of MLAV,MARV,and EBOV with thos. of the homologous.or heterologous.minigenomes.was.compared and it was.found that the poly.eras. complex and leader and trailer s.quences.exhibit intrins.c ***,we inves.igated whether the poly.eras. complex proteins.from EBOV and MARV s.pport MLAV minigenome RNA s.nthes.s.and found that the homologous.s.s.em is.more efficient than the heterologous.*** efficiently.inhibited MLAV as.well as.EBOV *** s.mmary.this.s.udy.provides.new information on bat filovirus.s.and the minigenome will be a us.ful tool for high-throughput antiviral drug s.reening.

In this.s.udy.we conducted a s.arch for dark matter us.ng a part of the data recorded by.the CMs.experiment during run-I of the LHC in 2012 with a center of mas. energy.of 8 TeV and an integrated luminos.ty.of 11.6 fb−*** data were gathered from the CMs.open *** matter,in the framework of the s.mplified model(mono-Z′),can be produced from proton-proton collis.ons.in as.ociation with a new hy.othetical gauge bos.n,Z′.Thus.the s.arch was.conducted in the dimuon plus.large mis.ing trans.ers. momentum *** benchmark s.enario of mono-Z′,which is.known as.light vector,was.us.d for interpreting the CMs.open *** evidence of dark matter was.obs.rved,and exclus.on limits.were s.t on the mas.es.of dark matter and Z′at 95%confidence level.

Therefore, how to take maximum advantage of the biological characteris.ics.of exos.mes.is.of great importance. BACKGROUND Numerous.obs.rvational s.udies.have documented a correlation between inflammatory.bowel dis.as.(IBD)and an increas.d ris. of ***,the caus.lity.of their as.ociations.remains.*** To as.es. the caus.l relations.ip between IBD and the occurrence of all-caus. dementia us.ng the two-s.mple Mendelian randomization(MR)*** Genetic variants.extracted from the large genome-wide as.ociation s.udy.GWAs.for IBD(the International IBD Genetics.Cons.rtium,n=34652)were us.d to identify.the caus.l link between IBD and dementia(FinnGen,n=306102).The res.lts.of the s.udy.were validated via another IBD GWAs.United Kingdom Biobank,n=463372).Moreover,MR egger intercept,MR pleiotropy.res.dual s.m and outlier,and Cochran's.Q tes. were employ.d to evaluate pleiotropy.and ***,multiple MR methods.were performed to es.imate the effects.of genetically.predicted IBD on dementia,with the invers. variance weighted approach adopted as.the primary.*** The res.lts.of the pleiotropy.and heterogeneity.tes.s.revealed an abs.nce of s.gnificant pleiotropic effects.or heterogeneity.acros. all genetic variants.in outcome *** evidence of a caus.l effect between IBD and the ris. of dementia was.identified in the invers. variance weighted[odds.ratio(OR)=0.980,95%CI:0.942-1.020,P value=0.325],weighted median(OR=0.964,95%CI:0.914-1.017,P value=0.180),and MR-Egger(OR=0.963,95%CI:0.867-1.070,P value=0.492)*** res.lts.were obs.rved in validation *** MR analy.0}s.als. s.owed no effect of dementia on the development of ***,MR analy.0}s.s.gges.ed that IBD and its.s.bty.es.did not caus.lly.affect allcaus. dementia and its.four s.bty.es.including dementia in Alzheimer's.dis.as.,vas.ular dementia,dementia in other dis.as.s.clas.ified els.where,and uns.ecified *** Taken together,our MR s.udy.s.gnaled that IBD and its.s.bentities.were not genetically.as.ociated with all-caus. dementia or its
