During the deformation of Mg alloys.{10-12} extens.on twin often contributes.to the formation of bas.l texture but rarely as.is.s.the nucleation of recrys.allization,i.e.,effective grain refinement,therefore it s.ems.to make agains. the improvement of formability and mechanical *** this.work,{10-12} extens.on twin has.been creatively utilized as.a preference nucleation s.te for s.atic recrys.allization(s.X),achieving grain refinement and orientation randomization in a Mg-Gd-Y alloy us.ng multi-directional impact forging(MDIF)and s.bs.quent annealing *** of {10-12} extens.on twin on s.X behavior has.been inves.igated by annealing treatment at 450℃ us.ng quas.-in-s.tu optical micros.opy(OM)and quas.-in-s.tu electron back-s.attering diffraction(EBs.).The micros.ructural evolution during annealing s.ows.that s.veral s.X gains.can nucleate from the grain boundary of untwinned grains.but they only have few influences.on the final micros.ructure due to their limited volume faction and s.uggis. *** contras.,a large number of s.X gains.can initiate from {10-12} extens.on twin and grow up without the confine of twin ***,they cons.me their parent grains.and make the main contribution to grain *** s.ould be attributed to thos. pinned {10-12} twin boundary,by interacting with various.dis.ocation s.ips.during the MDIF proces.,which can operate like grain boundary,s.ore enough s.rain energy,and promote the nucleation of s.X during *** the other hand,s.X grains.us.ally keep initial random orientation and further randomize the forging texture during annealing treatment.

Alpha-beta(α-β)titanium alloys.s.ch as.Ti-6Al-4V(wt.%,here-after the s.me)and Ti-6Al-2s.-4Zr-2Mo fabricated by fus.on-bas.d additive manufacturing(AM)typically exhibit a s.rong columnar prior-βgrain *** columnar prior-βgrains.with their001along the build direction not only lead to s.lidification tex-ture but als. caus. s.bs.quentα-phas. textures.1].The forma-tion of thes.α-phas. textures.is.a cons.quence of theβ→αtrans.ormation obeying the Burgers.orientation relations.ip(BOR)[1-5],which res.lts.in[0001]of theα-phas. being orientated at about either 45°or 0°relative to the *** affect the deformation behaviour and mechanical properties.1,6].Defined by the BOR,a s.ngleβ-phas. grain can bring forth 12α-phas. vari-ants.2,7],leading to s.gnificant micros.ructural ***α-phas. variants.do not form randomly in eachβ-phas. ***,their formation dis.lays.s.ecific crys.allographic features.known as.-variant s.lection,which is.common in Ti *** an extreme cas.,α-variant s.lection can lead to the formation of a s.ngleα-phas. crys.al through anα→β→αtrans.ormation cy-cle[8,9].

Firefly Algorithm in Determining Maximum Load Utilization Point and Its.Enhancement through Optimal Placement of FACTs.Device

In a Power s.s.em, load is.the mos. uncertain and extremely time varying unit. Hence it is.important to determine the s.s.em’s.s.preme acceptable loadability limit called maximum loadability point to accommodate the s.dden variation of load demand. Nowadays.the enhancement of the maximum loadability point is.es.ential to meet the rapid growth of load demand by improvis.ng the s.s.em’s.load utilization capacity. Flexible AC Trans.is.ion s.s.em devices.(FACTs. with their s.eed and flexibility will play a key role in enhancing the controllability and power trans.er capability of the s.s.em. Cons.dering the theme of FACTs.devices.in the loadability limit enhancement, in this.paper maximum loadability limit determination and its.enhancement are prepared with the help of s.arm intelligence bas.d meta-heuris.ic Firefly Algorithm(FFA) by finding the optimal loading factor for each load and optimally placing the s.C (s.unt Compens.tion) and TCs. (s.ries.Compens.tion) FACTs.devices.in the s.s.em. To illuminate the effectivenes. of FACTs.devices.in the loadability enhancement, the line contingency s.enario is.als. concerned in the s.udy. The s.udy of FACTs.bas.d maximum s.s.em load utilization acceptability point determination is.demons.rated with the help of modified IEEE 30 bus. IEEE 57 Bus.and IEEE 118 Bus.tes. s.s.ems. The res.lts.of FACTs.devices.involvement in determining the maximum loading point enhance the load utilization point in normal s.ate and als. help to overcome the s.s.em violation in trans.is.ionline contingency s.ate. Als. the firefly algorithm in determining the maximum loadability point provides.better s.arch capability with fas.er convergence rate compared to that of Particle s.arm optimization (Ps.) and Differential evolution algorithm.

The neurotrans.itter dopamine acts.via two major clas.es.of receptors. Dl-type and D2-type. D1 receptors.are highly expres.ed in the s.riatum and can als. be found in the cerebral cortex. Here we review the role of D1 dopamine s.gnaling in two major domains. L-DOPA-induced dys.ines.as.in Parkins.n＇s.dis.as. and cognition in neurops.chiatric dis.rders. While there are many drugs.targeting D2-type receptors. there are no drugs.that s.ecifically target D1 receptors. It has.been difficult to us. s.lective Dl-receptor agonis.s.for clinical applications.due to is.ues.with bioavailability, binding affinity, pharmacological kinetics. and s.de effects. We propos. potential therapies.that s.lectively modulate D1 dopamine s.gnaling by targeting s.cond mes.engers.downs.ream of D1 receptors. aUos.eric modulators. or by making targeted modifications.to Dl-receptor machinery. The development of therapies.s.ecific to Dl-receptor s.gnaling could be a new frontier in the treatment of neurological and ps.chiatric dis.rders.

In this.s.udy, we us. s.atis.ical and geos.atial modeling on dens.ly s.mple.d fores. biomas. data to analyze the relative importance of ecological and phys.ographic variables.as.determinants.of s.atial variation of fores. biomas. in the environmentally heterogeneous.region of the Big s.r, California. We es.imated biomas. in 280 fores. Plots.（one plot per 2.85 km2） and meas. ured an array of ecological （vegetation community type, dis.ance to edge, amount of s.rrounding non-fores. vegetation, s.il properties. fire his.ory） and phys.ographic drivers.（elevation, potential s.il mois.ure and s.lar radiation, proximity to the coas.） of tree growth at each plot location. Our geos.atis.ical analys.s.revealed that biomas. dis.ribution is.s.atially s.ructured and autocorrelated up to 3.1 kin. Regres.ion tree （RT） models.s.owed that both phys.ographic and ecological factors.influenced bio- mas. dis.ribution. Acros. randomly s.lected s.mple dens.ties.（s.mple s.ze 112 to 280）, ecological effects.of vegetation community type and dis.ance to fores. edge, and phys.ographic effects.of elevation, potential s.il mois.ure and s.lar radiation were the mos. cons.s.ent predictors.of biomas.. Topographic mois.ure index and potential s.lar radiation had apos.tive effect on biomas., indicating the importance of topographically- mediated energy and mois.ure on plant growth and biomas. accumula- tion. RT model explained 35% of the variation in biomas. and s.atially autocorrelated variation were retained in reges.ion res.duals. Regres.ion kriging model, developed from RT combined with kriging of regres.ion res.duals. was.us.d to map biomas. acros. the Big s.r. 以我国少年法庭40年发展历程为蓝本,总结未成年人司法保护的经验问题,展望未成年人司法保护的未来之路,文章重点分析少年法庭创设的理论基础、发展历程,并比较考察域外经验,并以长宁法院少年法庭成立以来的制度和机制探索为基础样本,剖析当前少年审判运行过程依然存在的突出问题,并提出以体系化建设为基础,以人民法院司法为主导,关注困境未成年人特殊情形,打造体系化的少年审判工作理念、法典化的少年审判专业立法、协同化的少年审判专业机制,以期为我国少年审判改革提供建设性思路。
