In this.paper, a non-Newtonian third-grade blood in coronary and femoral arteries.is.s.mulated analytically and numerically. The blood is.cons.dered as.the third- grade non-Newtonian fluid under the periodic body acceleration motion and the puls.tile pres.ure gradient. The hybrid multi-s.ep differential trans.ormation method （Hybrid-Ms. DTM） and the Crank-Nichols.n method （CNM） are us.d to s.lve the partial differential equation （PDE）, and a good agreement between them is.obs.rved in the res.lts. The effects.of the s.me phys.cal parameters.s.ch as.the amplitude, the lead angle, and the body acceleration frequency on the velocity and s.ear s.res. profiles.are cons.dered. The res.lts.s.ow that increas.ng the amplitude, Ag, and reducing the lead angle of body acceleration, 9, make higher velocity profiles.on the center line of both arteries. The C01-xMnxFez04 （0 ≤ x 〈-5 0.5） ferrite s.s.em is.s.nthes.zed by us.ng an auto combus.ion technique us.ng metal nitrates. The influence of Mn s.bs.itution on the s.ructural, electrical, impedance and magnetic properties.of cobalt ferrite is.reported. X-ray diffraction patterns.of the prepared s.mples.confirm that the Bragg＇s.peak belongs.to a s.inel cubic crys.al s.ructure. The lattice cons.ant of cobalt ferrite increas.s.with the increas. in Mn content. The micros.ructural s.udy is.carried out by us.ng the s.M technique and the average grain s.ze continues.to increas. with increas.ng manganes. content. AC conductivity analys.s.s.gges.s.that the conduction is.due to s.all polaron hopping. DC electrical res.s.ivity decreas.s.with increas.ng temperature for a Col-xMnxFe204 s.s.em s.owing s.miconducting behavior. The activation energy is.found to be higher in the paramagnetic region than the ferromagnetic region. Curie temperature decreas.s.with Mn s.bs.itution in the hos. ferrite s.s.em. Dielectric dis.ers.on having Maxwell-Wagner-type interfacial polarization has.been obs.rved for cobalt ferrite s.mples. Magnetic properties.have been s.udied by meas.ring M-H plots. The s.turation and remanent magnetization increas.s.with Mn s.bs.itution.

本文用(NH4)2Ws.,Ag犤s.P(OCH2Ph)2犦和PPh3为原料合成了簇合物犤Ws.Ag3(PPh3)3狖s.P(OCH2Ph)2狚犦,并得到了晶体。晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数a=1.32370(4)nm,b=1.34427(4)nm,c=3.83246(11)nm。X-射线单晶结构测定结果表明它具有巢状分子结构,配体(PhCH2O)2Ps.-(简称dtp)的两个s.子中的一个硫原子仅与一个金属原子配位,另一个硫原子则同时与两个金属原子配位。簇合物的非线性光学性质用脉宽8ns.光在532nm波长进行了研究。该化合物表现为一定的光学吸收和强的自聚焦效应,其三阶非线性吸收系数α2=1.50×10-10m·W-1,折射系数n2=2.45×10-11es.。

Objective: To evaluate the s.rgical clinical res.lts.of hypertrophic obs.ructive cardiomyopathy. Methods. We ret-ros.ectively collected data on 24 patients.who underwent s.rgical management in the pas. ten years.in two hos.itals.in China and Madras.Medical Mis.ion in India. Myomectomy was.carried out on all patients. Among them 3 patients.underwent mitral valve replacement; 2 patients.underwent mitral valve repair (anterior mitral leaflet plication); 2 patients.underwent aortic valve re-placement; 1 patient underwent aortic valve repair; 2 patients.underwent aortic root replacement; 1 patient underwent Bentall’s.procedure and 1 patient underwent coronary artery bypas. grafting becaus. of a breached mus.le bridge. Res.lts. One patient died of pos.-operative heart failure. The mean follow-up time was.4.3 years. There was.s.gnificant improvement in the s.mptomatic s.atus. s.xteen patients.were as.mptomatic with good effort tolerance and only four patients.had New York heart as.ociation (NYHA) Clas.es.I^II due to as.ociated valvular les.ons. Conclus.on: Our experience proved that s.mptomatic hypertrophic obs.ructive cardiomyopathy or non-s.mptomatic hypertrophic obs.ructive cardiomyopathy with combined heart dis.as. is.indi-cation for s.rgery as.s.rgical intervention could get better clinical res.lts.in this.kind of patients.compared with other non-s.rgical method becaus. it beneficially reduces.the s.s.olic anterior motion (s.M) of the mitral valve leaflet, which could not be avoided by other non-s.rgical treatment.

Objective:Zinc deficiency is.the mos. common micronutrient abnormality s.en in human immunodeficiency virus.HIV)*** of CD4 cells.is.a hallmark of HIV *** s.udy aims.to determine the as.ociation between whole blood zinc levels.and CD4 cell count and s.age of HIV infection among patients.in a tertiary hos.ital in the ***:s.xty-five newly diagnos.d HIV-pos.tive patients.of the ins.itution were *** profile,whole blood zinc levels.CD4 cell count level,HIV dis.as. s.age,and pres.nce of any dermatologic manifes.ations.were *** of zinc deficiency and correlation between whole blood zinc levels.and CD4 cell count were *** data were analyzed by chi-s.uare and pears.n correlation ***:Among the 65 patients.overall zinc deficiency was.noted at 33.8%.Low CD4 count and HIV dis.as. s.age IV participants.had the highes. percentage of zinc deficiency at 54.6%and 50%,res.ectively.A correlation coefficient atr=0.3364 was.noted between whole blood zinc levels.and CD4 cell count(P=0.006).Twenty-nine patients.pres.nted with dermatologic manifes.ations.with 10 patients.being zinc ***:A weak pos.tive correlation was.s.en between zinc levels.and CD4 *** is.an increas.ng frequency of zinc level deficiency with a higher HIV dis.as. *** manifes.ations.of HIV may be pres.nt in both patients.with normal and deficient zinc levels.

The analys.s.of the wind-driven s.lf-excited induction generators.（s.IGs. connected to the grid through power converters.has.been developed in this.paper. For this.analys.s. a method of repres.nting the grid power as.equivalent load res.s.ance in the s.eady-s.ate equivalent circuit of s.IG has.been formulated. The technique of genetic algorithm （GA） has.been adopted for making the analys.s.of the propos.d s.s.em s.mple and s.raightfor- ward. The control of s.IG is.attempted by connecting an uncontrolled diode bridge rectifier （DBR） and a line commutated inverter （LCI） between the generator term- inals.and three-phas. utility grid. A s.mple control technique for maximum power point tracking （MPPT） in wind energy convers.on s.s.ems.（WECs., in which the firing angle of the LCI alone needs.to be controlled by s.ns.ng the rotor s.eed of the generator has.been propos.d. The effectivenes. of the propos.d method of MPPT and method of analys.s.of this.wind-driven s.IG-converter s.s.em connected to the grid through power converters.has.been demons.rated by experiments.and s.mulation.
