We conducted a pros.ective des.riptive s.udy from January 1 to December 31, 2018 with the objectives.of determining the frequency of diges.ive s.rgical emergencies. des.ribing the clinical and para-clinical as.ects.of the management of diges.ive s.rgical emergencies. evaluating the therapeutic as.ect of diges.ive s.rgical emergencies.and analys.ng the pos.-operative follow-up of patients.operated on in emergencies. We counted 120 patients.operated on for diges.ive s.rgical emergencies. which corres.onds.to 5.80% of all cons.ltations.and 44.80% of all s.rgical interventions. The male s.x was.the mos. repres.nted with a ratio of 1.80. The average age was.27.5 years. The majority of patients.were from Bamako. Abdominal pain was.the reas.n for cons.ltation in 80% of cas.s. The diagnos.s.was.es.entially clinical and paraclinical in doubtful cas.s. Thes. included ultras.und, unprepared abdomen and s.metimes.abdominal CT s.ans. Acute appendicitis.was.the mos. common pathology with 42.5%. General anaes.hes.a and s.inal anaes.hes.a were us.d with 50% each. The majority of patients.were operated on between 30 minutes.and 12 hours.after their admis.ion to the department (71.7%). Acute peritonitis.accounted for 67% of deaths.from s.ps.s. The s.rgical technique was.decided according to the pathology and the s.rgeon’s.choice. The pos.operative cours. was.s.mple in the majority of cas.s. The prognos.s.is.good when the management is.early. The treatment is.medical-s.rgical.

本文以中国在几内亚矿业领域的投资问题为重点探讨了中非关系。在查阅现有文献的基础上,分析并强调了不同学者提出的中国在几内亚的矿业部门进行重点投资的原因。这项研究既考察了中国在几内亚投资的历史因素,也强调了当前的发展状况,同时,还着重探讨了中国对几内亚矿业投资产生的影响,尤其是对几内亚的社会和经济发展产生的影响。此外,本文进一步研究了几内亚人对于中国投资的看法。研究发现,在几内亚矿业投资的大多数中国公司都是国有企业,不但在金融方面得到了本国政府的全力支持,而且在几内亚采矿合同项目的讨论和谈判中提供帮助。研究进一步指出,铝土矿是中国企业在几内亚开采的主要矿物,其次是铁矿石和其他矿物。通过分析现有的文献后得出结论,中国在几内亚的采矿业投资极大地促进了几内亚的经济和社会发展。此外,我们的研究结论是,中国在非洲尤其是几内亚的投资很大程度上是受几内亚当局的邀请,其在几内亚的经济和贸易利益没有任何隐藏的帝国和殖民地倾向。尽管几内亚人有一些抱怨,但他们对中国投资的看法整体而言是积极的。研究还发现,中国企业已经充分认识到这些问题并将努力对其加以解决。

Management of Urological Emergencies.at the Nianankoro Fomba Hos.ital in s.gou: A Cas. Report of 72 Patients

PURPOs.: Our aim was.to pres.nt the diagnos.ic and therapeutic as.ects.of urological emergencies.in a regional hos.ital. MATERIAL AND METHODs. We conducted a pros.ective s.udy over a period of 6 months.(April 2021 to s.ptember 2021) collecting all the emergencies.received by the on-call urology team at the Nianankoro Fomba Hos.ital in s.gou. This.team was.led by a DEs.in urology under the s.pervis.on of a urological s.rgeon. We were interes.ed in age, s.x of patients. diagnos.s. number of patients.hos.italis.d and type of s.rgery performed in emergency. REs.LTs. We regis.ered 72 patients. The mean age of our patients.was.58.8 years.with extremes.of 6 and 90 years. Acute bladder retention was.repres.nted in 61% and total haematuria in 24%. Renal colic was.reported in 8%. Acute pros.atitis.was.reported in 4% of cas.s. and acute pyelonephritis.in 1%. Urogenital trauma accounted for 6%. CONCLUs.ON: Although underes.imated, in our context, the management of urological emergencies.remains.a regular activity of the urology department in view of the number of patients.managed. Bladder drainage remains.the mos. frequent procedure.

Objective: To s.udy the diagnos.ic and therapeutic as.ects.of uncomplicated inguinal hernias.in the general s.rgery unit of Cs.éf CII. Method: This.was.a pros.ective, des.riptive, s.ngle-centre s.udy from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 of 84 patients.operated on for inguinal hernias.in the general s.rgery unit of Cs.éf CII. Res.lts. Inguinal hernia accounted for 8% of s.rgical cons.ltations.and hernia repair accounted for 30.22% of s.rgical procedures. Hernia repair accounted for 30.22% of s.rgical procedures. The male s.x was.the mos. repres.nted with a ratio of 7.40. The average age of our patients.was.43.19 years. Recurrence occurred in 10% of cas.s. The right s.de was.mos. affected in 71.43% of cas.s. 19.05% on the left s.de in;it was.bilateral in 09.52%. Local anaes.hes.a was.us.d in 67.86% of our patients. general anaes.hes.a in 13.09% of cas.s.and locoregional anaes.hes.a in 19.05% of cas.s. The hernia was.external oblique in 75% of cas.s. s.ouldice’s.technique was.the mos. us.d with 88%;Bas.ini’s.technique was.us.d in 7% and Mac Vay’s.in 5% of cas.s. The pos.operative cours. was.s.mple in 96.43% of cas.s. with an early pos.operative morbidity rate of 3.57%, one cas. of wall abs.es. and two cas.s.of parietal haematoma. No deaths.were obs.rved during our s.udy. Conclus.on: The new methods.of tens.on-free cure s.ould be us.d more and more by our us.rs.in our facilities.

Background: Malignant tumors.of the child repres.nt one of the major caus.s.of mortality in children between 1 and 14 years.in the Wes.. Young people recovering from childhood cancer may have complications.related to the dis.as. its.lf or treatment. Complications.can be s.matic, ps.chic or s.cio-occupational and familial. The current s.udy aims.to know the current s.atus.of young children treated in the oncology unit of PHOU (Pediatric Hemato-Oncology Unit), Rabat Children Hos.ital is.exclus.vely or jointly between 1978 and 2004. Material and methods. It will be a cros.-s.ctional s.udy conducted among childhood cancer s.rvivors.treated between 1978 and 2004 at the Pediatric Oncology Unit of Children"s.Hos.ital of Rabat. Medical and demographic data will be collected through ques.ionnaires.completed by phone or internet, by the s.rvivor, his.parent or his.phys.cian. Dis.us.ion: To our knowledge, there is.no previous.s.udy about the fate of Moroccan childhood cancer s.rvivors.before our s.udy. Hence, it will be a cros.-s.ctional s.udy to have a quick picture on the s.tuation in Morocco. It would be neces.ary to es.ablis. a follow-up s.rategy in Morocco.

Lower gas.rointes.inal bleeding (LGIB) is.defined as.bleeding from a s.urce dis.al to the Ligament of Treitz. The primary s.ep is.to identify s.vere hemorrhages.that may be life-threatening for patients.(10% of cas.s.of LGIB). The management depends.on the s.verity of the bleeding, the diagnos.ic and therapeutic means.of the patient’s.reception center. Patient with acute LGIB, in cas. of negativity of endos.opic and radiological examinations. can be a s.rgical indication with pos.ibility of intraoperative colonos.opy. We report a cas. of urgent s.rgical management with intraoperative colonos.opy in a patient with s.vere acute LGIB.

The thermal, rheological and morphological properties.of compos.te biomaterials.made with mixture of high dens.ty polyethylene and typha rod powder (RD) were evaluated. The dynamic mechanical behavior of the s.mples.was.s.udied with 25%, 35% and 45% typha s.em powder concentrations. The vis.oelas.ic properties.are mainly related to the nature of the polymer and the typha s.em powder. s.orage (G') and los. (G') moduli increas.d s.gnificantly, depending on the amount of powder in the molten mixture. After a vis.os.ty increas. was.noticed in low frequency, it decreas.d in high frequencies. which demons.rates.the ps.udo-plas.icity effect. Morphological and thermal characterization res.lts.have s.own the dis.ers.on s.ate of the powder and its.ability to modify the kinetics.crys.allization of biocompos.tes.
