The growth-controlled s.nthes.s.of zinc oxide nanorods.(ZnO NR) in the aqueous.p.as. has.been inves.igated. The rods.were grown on ZnO films.p.evious.y dep.s.ted onto s.(100) and indium tin oxide (ITO) s.bs.rates.by RF magnetron s.uttering. The formation of the rods.took p.ace in the p.es.nce of hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) as.habit-control reagent. The grains.in the bas. ZnO film acted as.s.eds.that p.omoted the longitudinal growth of the oxide. As.s.nthes.zed bas. films.and rods.were characterized by X-ray diffraction, s.anning electron micros.op. (s.M), field emis.ion s.M, op.ical abs.rp.ion and p.otolumines.ence s.ectros.op. techniques. s.bs.quently, a wet chemis.ry p.ocedure was.p.rformed to achieve ZnO NR growth. This.methodology was.conducive to the formation of rods.of a relatively narrow dis.ribution of diameters.(60 - 70 nm) with lengths.in the 1 - 3 μm range. p.otolumines.ence s.ectra were characterized by a dominant near-band-edge (NBE) p.ak followed by a green lumines.ence (GL) broad band, indicative of higher oxygen vacancy concentration in the ZnO NR grown on ZnO/ITO in comp.ris.n with thos. grown on ZnO/s.(100). A UV p.oces. was.us.d for coating the ZnO NR with gold (Au). Au coating on ZnO NR was.us.d to evaluate the detection cap.bility by s.Rs.of different analytes.s.ch as. 4-aminobenzenethiol (4-ABT) and 1,3,5-trinitrop.rhydro-1,3,5- triazine (RDX) at low levels. A s.rong s.Rs.Raman s.ectrum was.obs.rved for 4-ABT. A limit of detection (LOD) of 1 × 10-8M for 4-ABT was.achieved corres.onding to a minimum of 5.4 × 105molecules.detected under the exp.rimental conditions.at excitation wavelength of 785 nm with a s.ns.tivity of the ZnO NR in the range of 1.1 × 10-16g under the las.r s.ot.

Des.gn: Obs.rvational cas.s.s.ries. p.tients. Clinical data were retros.p.ctively reviewed from 38 p.tients.(32.7±20.1 years.old) with s.s.(n=11) and with toxic ep.dermal necro lys.s.(TENs. (n=27) from January 2002 to Augus. 2004. One cas. rep.rt with s.s.w as.included to verify the p.es.nce of tars.l/lid margin ulceration at the acute s.age. Methods. The medical his.ory was.retrieved regarding p.es.med caus.tive m edications.us.d within 15 days.and the duration of hos.italization. Data of the lates. p.otograp.ic documentation and eye examination were comp.red and correlat ed in a mas.ed fas.ion. Main Outcome Meas.res. Flop.y eyelid, trichias.s. lid ma rgin keratinization, meibomian gland orifice metap.as.a, s.mblep.aron, tars.l s. ar, and corneal comp.ications. Res.lts. Acute s.s.TENs.was.characterized by tars.al conjunctival ulceration. Keratinization of the eyelid margin with variable de grees.of meibomian gland dys.unction was.obs.rved in all cas.s. Flop.y eyelid, t richias.s. p.rtially or totally op.ned lacrimal p.nctum, s.mblep.aron, and aqueo us.tear deficiency were not s.gnificantly correlated with corneal comp.ications. In contras., there was.a s.rong correlation between the s.verity of eyelid marg in and tars.l p.thology and the extent of corneal comp.ications.(s.earman r, 0.5 4; p.0.0005). A multivariable regres.ion analys.s.als. s.owed that the extent of eyelid and tars.l p.thology had a s.gnificant effect on corneal comp.ications.( coefficient, 0.84; p.0.006). Objective:To inves.igate the effect of s.oking and dep.es.ion on hos.ital cos.s.for lung cancer(LC).Methods.We extracted data on dep.es.ion,s.oking his.ory,demograp.ics.and hos.ital charges.for p.tients.with res.iratory cancers.ICD-9 codes.161-163,165)from the 2008 Tennes.ee Hos.ital Dis.harge Data *** s.mp.e(n=6665)was.mos.ly white(86%)and male(57%).Age-adjus.ed rates.were develop.d in accordance with Centers.for Dis.as. The p.es.nt s.udy was.carried out with the aim of evaluating the chemical comp.s.tion and bioactivity of Uvariodendron molundens. agains. s.ckle cell dis.as. and as.ociated p.thogenic bacteria agents. The antis.ckling and antibacterial activities.were as.es.ed us.ng Emmel and micro-dilution methods.res.ectively. The res.lts.revealed that the leaves.and s.em bark of U. molundens. contains.various.s.condary metabolites.s.ch as.total p.enols. flavonoids. anthocyanins. tannins. quinones. s.p.nins. alkaloids. s.eroids. terp.noids.and leuco-anthocyanins. The n-hexane (non-p.lar s.lvent) extract dis.layed p.or yield (0.66) than the extracts.obtained in the p.lar s.lvents.which have a high yield (Methanol: 1.68, Ethanol: 1.46 and Ethyl acetate: 1.40). Thes. res.lts.indicate that the abundant s.condary metabolites.comp.unds.in this.p.ant s.ecies.are thos. which p.s. eas.ly through the p.lar s.lvents.(methanol, ethanol and ethyl acetate). This.is.the cas. of p.ytomarkers.like flavonoids.and tannins.(which are mos. concentrated in methanol) and anthocyanins.which are concentrated in ethyl acetate. The extraction yield of organic/triterp.noic acids.(betulinic acid rich extract) was.1.70%. All tes.ed extracts.dis.layed antis.ckling activity. At 100 μg/mL, the rates.of normalization were 89% for organic extract (ed50 = 0.391 μg/ml) and 82% for anthocyanins.extract (ed50 = 0.659 μg/mL). The antibacterial activity of tes.ed extracts.was.very good toward s.ap.yloccocus.areus.(CMI ≤ 31.25 μg/mL) while, for Es.herichia coli, only the organic extract exhibit interes.ing activity (CMI = 31.25 μg/mL). This.s.udy validates.for the firs. time the in vitro antis.ckling activity of U. molundens.. The bioactivity p.ofiles.of organic acids.extract from the s.udied p.ant material indicate that they cons.itute p.omis.ng fraction to be further inves.igated p.ytochemically for the dis.overy of new lead comp.unds.for p.armaceutical ap.lication.

核磁共振对乳腺癌的诊断阳性率及乳腺癌发病影响因素分析

目的探究核磁共振对乳腺癌的诊断价值,分析乳腺癌发病的危险因素。方法选取两院收治的200例乳腺癌患者列入病例组。随机选取同期体检的125例健康女性列入对照组。明确核磁共振对乳腺癌不同分型的诊断阳性率。分别采取单因素分析和多元logis.ic回归分析方法 ,分析受教育程度、职业、乳腺癌家族史、月经规律、生育史、流产次数、母乳喂养时间、负性生活事件、吸烟/被动吸烟及饮酒史与乳腺癌发病的关系,及影响乳腺癌发病的危险因素。结果核磁共振对乳腺癌Luminal A、Luminal B、Her2+及三阴型的诊断阳性.率分别为96.00%、98.68%、100%和100%,核磁共振对乳腺癌的诊断阳性率为98.50%。多因素分析结果显示吸烟/被动吸烟(OR=2.442)、流产次数(OR=2.195)、有乳腺癌家族史(OR=1.923)、负性生活事件(OR=1.817)是影响乳腺癌发生的危险因素(p.0.05),而母乳喂养(OR=0.585)是乳腺癌发生的保护因素(p.0.05)。结论核磁共振对乳腺癌具有较高的诊断准确率。而乳腺癌的危险因素提示不流产、母乳喂养、拒吸二手烟、有乳腺癌家族史的女性及时筛查基因将有效降低乳腺癌的发病率。

目的　研究护堤隔离沟改造钉螺孳生环境 ,消灭钉螺的效果。方法　以有隔离沟洲滩为试验组 ,无隔离沟洲滩为对照组。在两组外洲钉螺分布高程设置网箱 ,人工投活螺 ,比较钉螺产卵数量、幼螺生长发育状况、钉螺自然死亡率和感染螺密度 ,测量隔离沟区域洲土含水量 ,调查隔离沟沉积层各年间钙化螺密度。结果　试验组外洲无钉螺孳生。当东洞庭湖水位退至 2 5 m左右 ,对照组钉螺分布带洲土平均含水量 38.1% ,高于试验组 2 8.3% ;人工投活螺后对照组产卵数高于试验组 ;试验组幼螺出现率显著低于对照组和室内模拟现场。春季网箱外湖水中捞幼螺数 ,试验组显著低于对照组 ;网箱内秋季查螺 ,试验组钉螺自然死亡率 (77.92 % )显著高于对照组 (4 1.6 7% ) ;隔离沟淤积层内钙化螺筛洗 ,上层显著低于中层 ,中层又低于底层。莫河铺外洲对照组网箱内活螺密度、感染螺密度显著高于试验组。对照组外洲高杆植被生长茂盛 ,试验组外洲无高杆植被。结论　洞庭湖退水期间 ,植被被淹死 ,气温较高 ,隔离沟能迅速沥干洲土积水 ,改变了洲滩潮湿的环境。

人工采取6只优质芬兰雄性蓝狐精液,利用含有不同性质糖成分的Tris.卵黄-柠檬酸钠-甘油稀释液稀释后,常温保存及制成细管冻精,荧光免疫方法检测蓝狐鲜精液常温保存及冷冻复苏后冻融精子的质量,目的在于比较不同性质糖在蓝狐精子常温及低温冷冻保存中的作用。结果表明,常温保存时,果糖、木糖及海藻糖试验组精子活力、质膜完整率及顶体完整率较高,与对照组差异显著(p.0.05)或极显著(p.0.01);超低温冷冻保存时,果糖、海藻糖稀释液有利于提高冻融精子质量,活力(44.6%、43.7%)与对照组(35.6%)差异显著(p.0.05),质膜完整率(50.6%、51.2%)、顶体完整率(53.2%、54.1%)与对照组间(39.6%、43.5%)差异极显著(p.0.01),而其他糖分试验组与无糖对照组差别不显著(p.0.05)。结果提示:果糖、木糖、海藻糖亦可作为蓝狐精液常温保存的稀释液成分,而果糖。

Aim: To determine the relations.ip.between metabolic s.ndrome (Ms. and erectile dys.unction (ed) and to s.e which ris. factors.correlated the bes. with ed. Methods. s.venty-nine cardiology clinic outp.tients.with coronary artery dis.as. (CAD) and lip.d metabolis. dis.rder were recruited. They were categorized as.having Ms. hyp.rtens.on (blood p.es.ure greater than 130/85 mmHg) and dys.ip.demia. ed was.clas.ified bas.d on International Index of Erectile Function s.ores. p.tients.were group.d into quartiles.bas.d on body mas. index (BMI). Chi-s.uare, p.ars.n's.correlation and regres.ion tes.s.were us.d for s.atis.ical analys.s. Res.lts. The mean age of the p.tients.was.56.6 years. ed was.diagnos.d in 59 (74.7 %) of the 79 p.tients. In the 38 p.tients.with Ms. all had ed. ed was.not s.gnificantly correlated with choles.erol levels.(p.> 0.05), but was.found often in p.tients.who had both hyp.rc-holes.erolemia and HT (p.0.01). Nineteen(76 %) of the 25 p.tients.who had dys.ip.demia had ed. However, ed was.not s.gnificantly correlated with dys.ip.demia (p.> 0.05). Tweenty-two of the 23 p.tients.who had BMI greater than 30 had ed, which was.s.gnificantly more p.evalent than that in thos. who had normal BMI (p.0.01). ed was.s.en in 38 of 53 s.oker p.tients. Although ed was.more p.evalent in cigarette s.okers. it was.not s.gnificantly different from non-s.okers.(p.0.5). Conclus.on: ed is.p.es.nt in a high p.rcentage of p.tients.with Ms. Among multip.e ris. factors.for ed, Ms.correlates.the mos. highly. The next mos. imp.rtant ris. group.is.the p.tients.with hyp.rtens.on +hyp.rcholes.rolemia and obes.ty (BMI > 30).
