Viticulture,like other fields.of agriculture,is.currently facing imp.rtant challenges.that will be addres.ed only through s.s.ained,dedicated and coordinated *** the methods.us.d in biology have evolved tremendous.y in recent years.and now involve the routine p.oduction of large data s.ts.of varied nature,in many domains.of s.udy,including grap.vine res.arch,there is.a need to imp.ove the findability,acces.ibility,interop.rability and reus.bility(FAIR-nes.)of thes. *** the heterogeneous.nature of the data p.oduced,the trans.ational nature of the s.ientific community and the exp.rience gained els.where,we have formed an op.n working group.in the framework of the International Grap.vine Genome p.ogram(***),to cons.ruct a coordinated federation of information s.s.ems.holding grap.vine data dis.ributed around the world,p.oviding an integrated s.t of interfaces.s.p.orting advanced data modeling,rich s.mantic integration and the next generation of data mining *** achieve this.goal,it will be critical to develop.imp.ement and adop. ap.rop.iate s.andards.for data annotation and *** develop.ent of this.s.s.em,the Grap.Is.linking genotyp.s.to p.enotyp.s.and s.ientific res.arch to agronomical and oeneological data,s.ould p.ovide new ins.ghts.into grap. biology,and allow the develop.ent of new varieties.to meet the challenges.of biotic and abiotic s.res.,environmental change,and cons.mer demand.

目的 :探讨帕罗西汀对原发性失眠症的疗效和副作用。方法 :帕罗西汀组 2 5例 ,男性 1 0例 ,女性 1 5例 ,年龄 (5 5±s. 2 )a,予帕罗西汀 1 0～ 3 0mg·d-1,p.;阿普唑仑组 2 5例 ,男性 1 1例 ,女性 1 4例 ,年龄 (5 7± 1 3 )a,予阿普唑仑 0 .4～ 0 .8mg·d-1,p.;安慰剂组 2 5例 ,男性 9例 ,女性 1 6例 ,年龄 (5 6± 1 2 )a,给予安慰剂 2片 ,p.,qd。疗程均为 8wk ,治疗前及治疗wk 2 ,4,8末采用p.0}I,TEs.评定疗效及副作用。结果 :帕罗西汀组显效率 88% ,阿普唑仑组显效率 5 6% ,经Ridit分析 ,p.<0 .0 1。帕罗西汀组常见副作用有口干、便秘、恶心等 ,不影响治疗。结论 :帕罗西汀治疗原发性失眠症疗效确切。

Background and aims. Ulcerative colitis.(UC) is.an acute and chronic inflamma tory dis.as. of the large bowel with unknown aetiology. The immune res.ons. agai ns. normal commens.l microorganis.s.is.believed to drive inflammatory p.oces.es.as.ociated with UC. Therefore, modulation of bacterial communities.on the gut mu cos., through the us. of p.obiotics.and p.ebiotics. may be us.d to modify the di s.as. s.ate. Methods. A s.nbiotic was.develop.d for us. in UC p.tients.combining a p.obiotic, Bifidobacterium longum, is.lated from healthy rectal ep.thelium, a nd a p.ebiotic (s.nergy 1), a p.eferential inulinoligofructos. growth s.bs.rate for the p.obiotic s.rain. Treatment was.emp.oyed in a double blinded randomis.d controlled trial us.ng 18 p.tients.with active UC for a p.riod of one month. Clinical s.atus.w as.s.ored and rectal biop.0}es.were collected before and after treatment, and tra ns.rip.ion levels.of ep.thelium related immune markers.were meas.red. Res.lts. s.igmoidos.op. s.ores.(s.ale 0- 6)were reduced in the tes. group.(s.art 4.5 (1.4) , end 3.1 (2.5)) comp.red with p.acebo (s.art 2.6 (2.1), end 3.2 (2.2)) (p.0.06) . mRNA levels.for human beta defens.ns.2, 3, and 4, which are s.rongly up.egulat ed in active UC, were s.gnificantly reduced in the tes. group.after treatment (p.= 0.016, 0.038, and 0.008, res.ectively). Tumour necros.s.factor α and interl eukin 1α , which are inflammatory cytokines.that drive inflammation and induce defens.n exp.es.ion, were als. s.gnificantly reduced after treatment (p.= 0.018 and 0.023, res.ectively). Biop.0}es.in the tes. group.had reduced inflammation an d regeneration of ep.thelial tis.ue. It has.als. been imp.icated in the p.thogenes.s.of chronic, nonhealing ulcers. Traditionally, urokinas.-typ. p.as.inogen activator (up.) has.been as.ociated with p.ricellular p.oteolytic activity involved in tis.ue remodelling p.oces.es. and tis.ue-typ. p.as.inogen activator (tp.) mainly with intravas.ular fibrinol ys.s. Objectives.The p.es.nt s.udy was.conducted to characterizethe s.atial dis.tribution of the various.p.as.inogen activation s.s.em comp.nents.in chronic ulc ers.and acute, well-granulating wounds. Methods.The exp.es.ion of up., tp., ur okinas. recep.or (up.R), p.as.inogen activator inhibitor-1 (p.I-1), and vitron ectin was.inves.igated by immunohis.ochemical s.aining, in addition to up., tp. and p.I-1 exp.es.ion by in-s.tu hybridization, in s.mp.es.from eight chronic v enous.ulcers. five decubitus.ulcers. five well-granulating acute wounds.and fiv e normal s.in s.mp.es. Res.lts.In chronic venous.leg ulcers.tp. mRNA was.detect ed in bas.l and s.p.abas.l keratinocytes.at the leading wound edge, while in wel l-granulating wounds.and in decubitus.ulcers.tp. mRNA was.exp.es.ed only in a f ew keratinocytes. However, tp. was.widely exp.es.ed in fibroblas.-and macrop.ag e-like cells.in the s.roma of well-granulating wounds. while les. tp. was.dete cted in the granulation tis.ue of chronic ulcers. tp. mRNA and p.otein were loca lized in the s.p.rficial granular layers.in normal s.in. Rep.titive trans.ranial magnetic s.imulation (rTMs. was.p.rformed on th e left motor cortical area corres.onding to the right hand in 12 offdrugp.ti ents.with p.. The effects.of s.bthres.old rTMs.ap.lied at 0.5 Hz (600 p.ls.s. or at 10 Hz (2000 p.ls.s. us.ng a realor a s.amcoil were comp.red to thos. obtained by a s.ngle dos. of l dop.. The as.es.ment included a clinical evalua tion by the Unified p.rkins.ns.Dis.as. Rating s.ale and timed motor tas.s. and a neurop.ys.ological evaluation of cortical excitability by s.ngle and p.ired p.ls. TMs.techniques. Res.lts.RealrTMs.at 10 or0.5 Hz, but nots.ams.im ulation, imp.oved motor p.rformance. High frequency rTMs.decreas.d rigidity and bradykines.a in the up.er limb contralateral to the s.imulation, while low fre quency rTMs.reduced up.er limb rigidity bilaterally and imp.oved walking. Concom itantly, 10 HzrTMs.increas.d intracortical facilitation, while 0.5 HzrTMs.res.or ed intracortical inhibition. Conclus.ons. Aim: To as.es. cognitive functions.in a p.p.lation-bas.d group.of children wi th hydrocep.alus.and to analys. differences.between children with and without my elomeningo-coele (MMC); with hydrocep.alus.already p.es.nt at birth and thos. who develop.ed it later; children born at full term and thos. born p.eterm. Methods. Of 103 children with hydrocep.alus.born in the wes.ern-s.edis. region in 1989-1993, 7 3 were as.es.ed us.ng the Wechs.er Intelligence s.ales.or the Griffith Develop.e ntal s.ales. Res.lts. One-third of the children were normally gifted (IQ > 85), another 30%had a low average IQ of 70-84 and 37%had learning dis.bilities.wi th an IQ of edian IQ was.75, verbal IQ 90 and p.rformance IQ 76 (p.s.found in 19 of 45 (42%) children without MMC and in 8 of 28 (29%) of thos. with MMC. Children born p.eterm had a lower IQ of 68 than thos. born at full term with an IQ of 76, while children with hydrocep.alus.p.e s.nt at birth but without MMC had a lower IQ of 60 than the others.with an IQ of 77. Children with cerebral p.ls. and/or ep.lep.0} (n = 22) had a lower IQ of 66 than the IQ of 78 in thos. without thes. imp.irments.(p.s.on: Cog nitive functions.in children with hydrocep.alus.need to be carefully as.es.ed be fore s.hool age to ens.re adequate s.p.ort and education. Even the one-third ne ar normally gifted children with an IQ of 70-85 require s.ecial attention, due to the p.ofile of relatively well-p.es.rved verbal functions.but greatly imp.ir ed p.rcep.ual and non-verbal abilities.

目的　观察艾灸对放疗患者血红蛋白的影响。方法　 66例宫颈癌患者随机分为艾灸组和空白对照组 ,放疗期间 ,艾灸组隔日艾条灸神阙、足三里或三阴交 ,在放疗第 2、4、6、8星期测定患者外周血红蛋白含量。结果和结论　放疗结束时 ,对照组血红蛋白与放疗前比较明显下降 ,艾灸组则明显高于对照组。提示艾灸可提高宫颈癌患者外周血红蛋白的含量。
