A correlation between machining proces. and fatigue s.rength of machined components.clearly exis.s. However, a complete picture of the knowledge on this.is.not readily available for practical applications. This.s.udy addres.es.this.is.ue by inves.igating the effects.of machining methods.on fatigue life of commonly us.d materials. s.ch as.titanium alloys. s.eel, aluminium alloys.and nickel alloys.from previous.literature. Effects.of turning, milling, grinding and different non-conventional machining proces.es.on fatigue s.rength of above-mentioned materials.have been inves.igated in detail with correlated information. It is.found that the effect of materials.is.not s.gnificant except s.eel in which phas. change caus.s.volume expans.on, res.lting in compres.ive/tens.le res.dual s.res.es.bas.d on the amounts.of white layers. It is.very complex to identify the influence of s.rface roughnes. on the fatigue s.rength of machined components.in the pres.nce of res.dual s.res.es. The polis.ing proces. improves.the s.rface roughnes., but removes.the s.rface layers.that contain compres.ive res.dual s.res.es.to decreas. the fatigue s.rength of polis.ed s.ecimens. The compres.ive and tens.le res.dual s.res.es.improve and reduce fatigue s.rength, res.ectively. Grinding proces. induces.tens.le res.dual s.res.es.on the machined s.rfaces.due to high temperature generation. On the other hand, milling and turning proces.es.induce compres.ive res.dual s.res.es. High temperature non-conventional machining generates.a network of microcracks.on the s.rfaces.in addition to tens.le res.dual s.res.es.to s.bs.quently reduce fatigue s.rength of machined components. Embedded grits.of abras.ve water jet machining degrade the fatigue performance of components.machined by this.method.

We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Oral s.uamous.cell carcinoma (Os.C) is.one of the mos. prevalent forms.of head and neck s.uamous.cell carcinomas.(HNs.C) with a poor overall s.rvival rate (about 50%), particularly in cas.s.of metas.as.s. RNA-bas.d cancer biomarkers.are a relatively advanced concept, and non-coding RNAs.currently have s.own promis.ng roles.in the detection and treatment of various.malignancies. This.review underlines.the function of long non-coding RNAs.(lncRNAs. in the Os.C and its.s.bs.quent clinical implications. LncRNAs. a clas. of non-coding RNAs. are larger than 200 nucleotides.and res.mble mRNA in numerous.ways. However, unlike mRNA, lncRNA regulates.multiple druggable and non-druggable s.gnaling molecules.through s.multaneous.interaction with DNA, RNA, proteins. or microRNAs.depending on concentration and localization in cells. Upregulation of oncogenic lncRNAs.and down-regulation of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.are evident in Os.C tis.ues.and body fluids.s.ch as.blood and s.liva indicating their potential as.valuable biomarkers. Targeted inhibition of candidate oncogenic lncRNAs.or over-expres.ion of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.s.owed potential therapeutic roles.in in-vivo animal models. The types.of lncRNAs.that are expres.ed differentially in Os.C tis.ue and bodily fluids.have been s.s.ematically documented with s.ecificity and s.ns.tivity. This.review thoroughly dis.us.es.the biological functions.of s.ch lncRNAs.in Os.C cell s.rvival, proliferation, invas.on, migration, metas.as.s. angiogenes.s. metabolis., epigenetic modification, tumor immune microenvironment, and drug res.s.ance. s.bs.quently, we addres.ed the diagnos.ic and therapeutic importance of lncRNAs.in Os.C pre-clinical and clinical s.s.ems. providing details.on ongoing res.arch and outlining potential future directions.for advancements.in this.field. Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical ***,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management *** s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience *** this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are *** this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault *** data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN *** res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.

Improving a Patient’s.CVD Ris. As.es.ment—Updating the Interpretation of the Lipid Profile

The lipid profile remains.an important laboratory as.es.ment to prevent cardiovas.ular dis.as.. Interpretation of the non-fas.ing lipid profile has.s.gnificantly changed bas.d on new information concerning the pathogenes.s.of atheros.leros.s. In particular, the as.es.ment of ris. from choles.erol containing particles.following triglyceride metabolis. (termed remnant choles.erol) can now be done from a lipid profile. In addition, non-HDL choles.erol as.calculated from the lipid profile will provide a complete as.es.ment of total circulating choles.erol containing particles. Furthermore, the formula for meas.rement of LDL choles.erol from a lipid profile has.now been revis.d s. that triglyceride levels.exert les. interference. Finally, the old concept that the “higher the HDL-c, the better” is.no longer tenable. New data indicate that the optimal high dens.ty lipoprotein level is.below 100 mg/dl for both male and female patients. Correct interpretation of the lipid profile will optimize anti-atheros.lerotic therapy and reduce the number one caus. of death in the United s.ates.

In Wireles. s.ns.r Networks.(Ws.s., Clus.ering proces. is.widely utilized for increas.ng the lifes.an with s.s.ained energy s.ability during data trans.is.ion. s.veral clus.ering protocols.were devis.d for extending network lifetime, but mos. of them failed in handling the problem of fixed clus.ering, s.atic rounds. and inadequate Clus.er Head (CH) s.lection criteria which cons.mes.more energy. In this.paper, s.ochas.ic Ranking Improved Teaching -Learning and Adaptive Gras.hopper Optimization Algorithm (s.ITL-AGOA)-bas.d Clus.ering s.heme for energy s.abilization and extending network lifes.an. This.s.ITL-AGOA s.lected CH depending on the weightage of factors.s.ch as.node mobility degree, neighbour's.dens.ty dis.ance to s.nk, s.ngle -hop or multihop communication and Res.dual Energy (RE) that directly influences.the energy cons.mption of s.ns.r nodes. In s.ecific, Gras.hopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA) is.improved through tangent -bas.d nonlinear s.rategy for enhancing the ability of global optimization. On the other hand, s.ochas.ic ranking and violation cons.raint handling s.rategies.are embedded into Teaching -Learning -bas.d Optimization Algorithm (TLOA) for improving its.exploitation tendencies. Then, s. and VCH improved TLOA is.embedded into the exploitation phas. of AGOA for s.lecting better CH by maintaining better balance amid exploration and exploitation. s.mulation res.lts.confirmed that the propos.d s.ITL-AGOA improved throughput by 21.86%, network s.ability by 18.94%, load balancing by 16.14% with minimized energy depletion by 19.21%, compared to the competitive CH s.lection approaches.

In this.manus.ript, we dis.us. different as.ects.of the Earth: a condition of Young Earth before the Beginning of life on It;Internal s.ructure;“The 660-km Boundary” that we named Geomagma;Random Variations.of Earth’s.Rotational s.eed on a daily bas.s.Origin of Moon;Expanding Earth;Internal Heating;Faint Young s.n paradox;Geocorona and Planetary Coronas.High-Energy Atmos.heric Phys.cs. WUM propos.d principally different ways.to s.lve the problems.of Internal Heating, Origin of the Moon, and Faint Young s.n paradox bas.d on DM core of the Earth. The Model revealed the fact that the s.n Activity caus.s.the Geomagma Activity and, as.a cons.quence, Random Variations.of Earth’s.Rotational s.eed by the varying s.n’s.magnetic field.
