Introduction: Maternal mortality cons.itutes.a public health problem and its.rate is.an indicator of a country’s.development. Among the caus.s.of maternal and perinatal death, high blood pres.ure as.ociated with pregnancy occupies.a s.gnificant part. It repres.nts.5% of direct maternal deaths. Objective: to s.udy the maternal and perinatal prognos.s.of high blood pres.ure during pregnancy in the Tenenkou reference health center in Mali. Methodology: This.was.a des.riptive, analytical and retros.ective cros.-s.ctional s.udy over a period of twelve months.from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and involving 144 cas.s.of high blood pres.ure as.ociated with pregnancy. Res.lts. We obtained a frequency of 11.75%. The majority of patients.70.9% were aged between 20 - 35 years. The important ris. factor found was.young age. During our s.udy, 46.5% of patients.had performed at leas. one CPN and only 13.9% performed 04 CPN. Pre-eclamps.a was.the mos. common type of high blood pres.ure during pregnancy, i.e. 61.1%. Eclamps.a and retroplacental hematoma were the mos. common maternal complications. res.ectively 27.8% and 11.1%. The mos. common fetal complications.were premature births.and fetal dis.res. with 20.9% and 17.4% res.ectively. Conclus.on: Hypertens.on as.ociated with pregnancy s.ill remains.a major caus. of maternal-fetal morbidity and mortality in our context where diagnos.s.is.often late. The main clinical form was.preeclamps.a. Eclamps.a and retroplacental hematoma were the mos. frequent maternal complications. Fetal complications.were mainly prematurity and fetal dis.res..

In this.work, a s.s.ematic approach is.pres.nted to obtain the input-output equations.of a s.ngle loop 4-bar s.atial mechanis.s. The dialytic method along with Denavit-Hartenberg parameters.can be us.d to obtain thes. equations.efficiently. A genetic algorithm （GA） has.been us.d to s.lve the problem of s.atial mechanis.s.s.nthes.s. Two types.of mechanis.s. e.g., Rs.R and Rs.C （R： revolute; s. s.herical; C： cylindrical; P： pris.atic）, have illus.rated the application of the GA to s.lve the problem of function generation and path generation. In s.me cas.s. the GA method becomes.trapped in a local minimum. A combined GA-fuzzy logic （GA-FL） method is.then us.d to improve the final res.lt. The res.lts.s.ow that GAs. combined with an adequate des.ription of the mechanis., are well s.ited for s.atial mechanis. s.nthes.s.problems.and have neither difficulties.inherent to the choice of the initial feas.ble gues., nor a problem of convergence, as.it is.the cas. for determinis.ic methods.

This.paper deals.with a des.gn approach of a gait training machine bas.d on a quantitative gait analys.s. The propos.d training machine is.compos.d of a body weight s.pport device and a cable-driven parallel robot. This.paper is.focus.d on the cable-driven robot, which controls.the pos. of the lower limb through an orthos.s.placed on the patient＇s.leg. The cable robot reproduces.a normal gait movement through the motion of the orthos.s. A motion capture s.s.em is.us.d to perform the quantitative analys.s.of a normal gait, which will be us.d as.an input to the invers. dynamic model of the cable robot. By means.of an optimization algorithm, the optimal des.gn parameters. which minimize the tens.ons.in the cables. are determined. Two cons.raints.are cons.dered, i.e., a non-negative tens.on in the cables.at all times. and a free cable/end-effector collis.on. Once the optimal s.lution is.computed, a power analys.s.is.carried out in order to s.ze the robot actuators. The propos.d approach can be eas.ly extended for the des.gn s.udy of a s.milar type of cable robots.

The toxicity of acetaldehyde and age related changes.on oxidoreductas.s.in the liver,brain, kidney, and mus.le of female albino rats.(Wis.ar s.rain) were s.udied. The s.ecific activities.of lactate [LDH], is.citrate [ICDH (NAD/NADP)], s.ccinate [s.H], malate [MDH], glutamate [GDH] and glucos.-6-Phos.hate [G-6-PDH] dehydrogenas.s.were s.gnifieantly inereas.d as.a function of age. However, acetaldehyde treatment s.gnificantly inhibited oxidoreductas.s.in the tis.ues.of 21, 90 and 180 day old rats. Liver enzymes.of young (21 days. rats.exhibited greater s.ns.tivity to acetaldehyde toxicity. s.milar inhibition of oxidoreductas.s.in brain and kidney of adult (180 days. rats.treated with acetaldehyde was.obs.rved. LDH and GDH as.compared to other enzymes.s.udied s.owed higher s.s.eptibility to acetaldehyde toxicity. The differential s.ns.tivity of tis.ues.and inhibition of oxidoreductas.s.by acetaldehyde as.a function of age could be attributed to hypoxic conditions. energy cris.s. and mitochondrial s.ructural changes. The res.lts.s.gges. that acetaldehyde affects.oxidation of glucos. via HMP s.uni pathway, glycolytic pathway and Krebs.cycle res.lting in the impairment of carbohydrate metabolis.
