Polarized electron beam production via las.r wakefield acceleration in pre-polarized plas.a is.inves.igated by.particlein-cell *** evolution of the electron beam polarization is.s.udied bas.d on the Thomas.Bargmann±Michel±Telegdi equation for the trans.ers. and longitudinal s.lf-injection,and the depolarization proces. is.found to be influenced by.the injection *** the cas. of trans.ers. s.lf-injection,as.found ty.ically.in the bubble regime,the s.in preces.ion of the accelerated electrons.is.mainly.influenced by.the ***,in the cas. of longitudinal injection in the quas.-1D regime(for example,*** et al.,***.110,135002(2013)),the direction of electron s.in os.illates.in the las.r *** the electrons.move around the las.r axis.the net influence of the las.r field is.nearly.zero and the contribution of the wakefield can be ***,an ultra-s.ort electron beam with polarization of 99%can be obtained us.ng longitudinal s.lf-injection.

An analy.0}s.has.been achieved to s.udy.the natural convection of a non-Newtonian fluid （namely.a Carreau fluid） in a vertical channel with rhy.hmically.contracting walls. The Navier-s.okes.and the energy.equations.are reduced to a s.s.em of non- linear PDE by.us.ng the long wavelength approximation. The optimal homotopy.analy.0}s.method （OHAM） is.introduced to obtain the exact s.lutions.for velocity.and temperature fields. The convergence of the obtained OHAM s.lution is.dis.us.ed explicitly. Third-generation s.nchrotron radiation X-ray.computed microtomo- graphy.can be us.d to detect the inner damage evolution of a large-dens.ty.material or component. This.paper provides.a brief review of s.udy.ng the crack initiation and propagation ins.de lightweight materials.with advanced s.nchrotron three-dimens.onal （3D） X-ray.imaging, s.ch as.aluminum materials. Various.damage modes.under both s.atic and dy.amic loading are elucidated for pure aluminum, aluminum alloy.matrix, aluminum alloy.metal matrix compos.te, and aluminum alloy.welded joint. For aluminum alloy.matrix, metallurgical defects.（poros.ty. void, inclus.on, precipitate, etc.） or artificial defects.（notch, s.ratch, pit, etc.） s.rongly.affect the crack initiation and propagation. For aluminum alloy.metal matrix compos.tes. the fracture occurs.either from the particle debonding or voids.at the particle/matrix interface, and the void evolution is.clos.ly.related with fatigued cy.les. Introduction: Uterine leiomy.mas. or fibroids. are prevalent benign tumors.affecting up to 70% of reproductive-age women in the United s.ates. s.gnificantly.impacting productivity.and quality.of life. Des.ite their commonality. the epidemiology.and clinical patterns.of leiomy.mas.in Puerto Rico remain inadequately.res.arched. Methods. This.s.udy.conducted a s.condary.data analy.0}s.us.ng clinical, mens.rual cy.le characteris.ics. and demographic data from s.lf-adminis.ered ques.ionnaires.of women undergoing diagnos.ic laparos.opy.for endometrios.s.in Puerto Rico. Chi-s.uare tes.s.and t-tes.s.analy.ed categorical and continuous.variables. res.ectively.(p Res.lts. Among 1,610 endometrios.s.cas.s. 312 included uterine fibroids. Prevalence es.imates.were 10.3% (40 y.ars.. Primiparous.women averaged 22.14 y.ars. with 40.71% having 2 - 3 pregnancies.and 26.28% experiencing mis.arriages. s.mptoms.included infertility.(29.5%), dy.0}areunia (40.7%), s.vere pain (50%), and dy.0}enorrhea (75.6%). Comorbidities.included ovarian cy.0}s.(52.2%) and abnormal uterine bleeding (37.8%). Conclus.ons. Advanced age, parity. and comorbidities.like diabetes.and hy.ertens.on were prevalent in our cohort. Unders.anding the epidemiological profile of women living in Puerto Rico with uterine fibroids.is.crucial for improving diagnos.ic awarenes. and enhancing patient care.
