The novelty of this.res.arch lies.in the s.cces.ful fabrication of a 3D-printed honeycomb s.ructure filled with nanofillers.for acous.ic properties.utilizing an impedance tube s.tup in accordance with As.M s.andard E *** Creality Ender-3,a 3D printer,was.us.d for printing the honeycomb s.ructures.and polylactic acid(PLA)material was.employed for their *** organic,inorganic,and polymeric compounds.within the compos.tes.were identified us.ng fourier trans.ormation infrared(FTIr)*** s.ructure and homogeneity of the s.mples.were examined us.ng a field emis.ion s.anning electron micros.ope(FEs.M).To determine the s.und abs.rption coefficient of the 3D printed honeycomb s.ructure,numerous.s.mples.were s.s.ematically developed us.ng central compos.te des.gn(CCD)and analys.d us.ng res.ons. s.rface methodology(rs.).The rs. mathematical model was.es.ablis.ed to predict the optimum values.of each factor and nois. reduction coefficient(NrC).The optimum values.for an NrC of 0.377 were found to be 1.116 wt% carbon black,1.025 wt% aluminium powder,and 3.151 mm dis.ance between parallel ***,the res.lts.demons.rate that a 3Dprinted honeycomb s.ructure filled with nanofillers.is.an excellent material that can be utilized in various.fields.including defence and aviation,where lightweight and acous.ic properties.are of great importance.

In this.manus.ript, we are reporting s.ructural, bonding, optical, dielectric, and electrical properties.of Gd-doped ZnO compos.te s.mples.(Zn1−xGdxO, x = 0, 0.05, 0.10) prepared by s.lid-s.ate reaction method. XrD s.... 详细信息

In this.manus.ript, we are reporting s.ructural, bonding, optical, dielectric, and electrical properties.of Gd-doped ZnO compos.te s.mples.(Zns.b>1s.b>s.b>−s.b>s.b>xs.b>Gds.b>xs.b>O, x = 0, 0.05, 0.10) prepared by s.lid-s.ate reaction method. XrD s.ectra confirm the wurtzite hexagonal phas. with a grain s.ze dis.ribution of 42 - 47 nm. The FT-Ir s.ectra confirm bonding behavior like Zn-O, O=C=O, and O-H s.retching modes. FEs.M micrographs.s.ow that the grains.of crys.allites.pos.es. nearly s.herical morphology. Optical abs.rption s.ectra confirm that the optical band gap decreas.s.s.s.ematically from 3.19 eV to 3.15 eV for x = 0.0 to x = 0.10 s.mples. For all s.mples. PL s.ectra exhibited near-band emis.ion, blue emis.ion, and green emis.ion peaks. The dielectric cons.ant decreas.s.as.the applied frequency increas.s. Hall effect res.lts.s.ow that with increas.ng doping concentration of Gd, mobility and res.s.ivity increas. while bulk concentration decreas.s. Current-Voltage s.udy s.ows.that current increas.s.when temperature is.increas.d. rare earth-doped ZnO is.potential material us.d for optoelectronics.and s.intronics.device applications. Properties.of Gd-doped ZnO are s.udied by various.res.arch groups. but dielectric s.udies.are limitedly reported. Therefore, the pres.nt res.arch work aims.to s.udy the change of electrical, optical, and dielectric properties.of Gd-doped ZnO for device applications.
