Objective:To explore the predictive value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLr)in in-hos.ital mortality in s.ps.s.***:A pros.ective obs.rvational cros.-s.ctional s.udy was.conducted on 100 patients.with *** data about the patient’s.demography,medical his.ory,general examination including puls. rate,blood pres.ure,etc,us. of vas.pres.or s.pport,need for renal replacement therapy,mechanical ventilation,outcome,and lab parameters.including total lymphocyte count with neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio were *** parameters.between s.rvivals.and non-s.rvivals.were ***:Out of 100 patients.80%were from rural *** patients.were 50 to 59 years.old.26 Patients.were *** patients.in the nons.rvivor group were older and more had a his.ory of diabetes.mellitus.when compared with the s.rvivor *** non-s.rvivor group had a higher NLr,APACHE栻,and s.FA ***:NLr is.a readily available parameter and can be us.d as.a good prognos.ic indicator for mortality in s.ps.s.patients.
