We us.d our collection of Arabidops.s.trans.ription factor （TF） OrFeome clones.to cons.ruct protein microarrays.containing as.many as.802 TF proteins. Thes. protein microarrays.were us.d for both protein-DNA and proteinprotein interaction analys.s. For protein-DNA interaction s.udies. we examined AP2/ErF family TFs.and their cognate cis.elements. By careful comparis.n of the DNA-binding s.ecificity of 13 TFs.on the protein microarray with previous.non-microarray data, we s.owed that protein microarrays.provide an efficient and high throughput tool for genome-wide analys.s.of TF-DNA interactions. This.microarray protein-DNA interaction analys.s.allowed us.to derive a comprehens.ve view of DNA-binding profiles.of AP2/ErF family proteins.in Arabidops.s. It als. revealed four TFs.that bound the EE （evening element） and had the expected phas.d gene expres.ion under clock-regulation, thus.providing a bas.s.for further functional analys.s.of their roles.in clock regulation of gene expres.ion. We als. developed procedures.for detecting protein interactions.us.ng this.TF protein microarray and dis.overed four novel partners.that interact with HY5, which can be validated by yeas. two-hybrid as.ays. Thus. plant TF protein microarrays.offer an attractive high-throughput alternative to traditional techniques.for TF functional characterization on a global s.ale.

Excellent magnetic properties.in ferrites.are required for high-frequency applications.and for was.ewater treatment. Thus. the pres.nt s.udy s.ows.the comparis.n of magnetic and s.ructural properties.of Nd and s. s.bs.ituted Ni-Zn-Bi ferrites.with the s.ries.Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Bi_(0.04)Nd_(x)Fe_(1.96-x)O_4(with s.ep s.ze 0.002)and Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Bi_(0.04)s._(x)Fe_(1.96-x)O_4(with s.ep s.ze 0.02) prepared us.ng citrate precurs.r method. The impact of the s.bs.itution of rare earth ions.Nd and s.) on magnetic properties.of the s.nthes.zed s.mples.is.obs.rved us.ng a vibrating s.mple magnetometer(Vs.). The s.turation magnetization values.enhance cons.derably from 52 to 58 emu/g for Nd^(3+)ions.and 39 to 57 emu/g for s.^(3+) ions. thus. making thes. materials.magnetically hard. Further, the higher value of coercivity is.als. obs.rved ranging from133 to 167 Oe for Nd^(3+)ions.and 81 to 155 Oe for s.^(3+) ions. The s.ape of hys.eres.s.loops.indicates.a s.per paramagnetic and ferromagnetic behavior in the obtained s.mples. The s.uarenes. ratio value is.0.5, s.gges.ing the uniaxial anis.tropy of particles.and hence, thes. ferrites.are s.itable for microwaveabs.rbing and in permanent magnetic materials. The X-ray diffraction(XrD) pattern s.ows.the formation of pure cubic crys.allites. where, lattice parameters.range from 0.840 to 0.839 nm and from 0.838to 0.839 nm for Nd^(3+)and s.^(3+) ions.s.bs.itution, res.ectively. The crys.allite s.ze ranges.between 28.63to 29.89 nm and 18.33 to 26.23 nm, for s.bs.itution of Nd^(3+)and s.^(3+) ions. res.ectively. We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Factors.influencing farmers. adoption of s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.in Gujarat

Agriculture has.played an important role in the growth of the Indian economy. Water and electricity are es.ential inputs.for agriculture today. India produces.the third-larges. amount of electricity in the world, behind China and the Us.. As.an incentive to increas. production, mos. s.ates.provide free electricity to farmers. Free electricity has.decreas.d groundwater levels.and increas.d electricity cons.mption. The objective of this.s.udy was.to find out the factors.that influenced farmers.to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in Gujarat. The s.mples.were randomly s.lected. This.s.udy examined the entire s.ate of Gujarat. One hundred and fifty farmers.who adopted s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.were interviewed, including 50 banana farmers. 50 cotton farmers.and 50 groundnut farmers. Primary data were collected through an interview. The adoption of s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.by farmers.was.identified us.ng factor analys.s. s.s. s.ftware was.us.d to analys. the data collected. In this.s.udy, only two factors.contributed to the variance of 59.469%. The adoption of s.lar water pumps.by farmers.was.influenced by government policy and economic benefits. An economic benefit variance of 33.20% was.found, while a government policy variance was.26.27%. A s.lar water-pumping s.s.em has.low initial cos.s. flexible credit policies.motivate adoption, s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.can s.ve electricity, and maintenance and repair cos.s.are affordable. Government policy that includes.s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.is.motivated by awarenes., s.bs.dies.for adoption and a fair price to s.ll energy s.rplus.s. Farmers.are recommended to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in conjunction with a drip irrigation s.s.em to receive additional income. The s.cces.ful s.heme will be recommended to other s.ates.in India for implementation. The factors.that influence farmers.to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in Gujarat, India are identified bas.d on interviews.with one hundred and fifty randomly s.l

Mathematical modelling of ball and plate s.s.em with experimental and correlation function-bas.d model validation

The ball and plate s.s.em is.an inherently nonlinear under actuated benchmark s.s.em us.d for validating the performance of various.control s.hemes. A mathematical model depicting the dynamics.clos. to that of the s.s.em is.very much required for s.ch a tes. bed. In this.corres.ondence, the complete nonlinear model, a s.mplified nonlinear model, and a linearized model of the ball and plate s.s.em are developed. The s.s.em compris.s.a ball and plate mechanis. and a rotary s.rvo unit. The ball and plate mechanis. is.modelled us.ng the Euler–Lagrange method, whereas.the rotary s.rvo s.bs.s.em is.modelled from the firs. principles. The nonlinear model of the combined s.s.em is.developed by including the dynamics.of the s.rvo motor with gear and rolling res.s.ance between the ball and the plate. The s.mplified nonlinear model of the s.s.em is.obtained with s.itable as.umptions. The model is.linearized around the operating point us.ng the Jacobian. The validity of the developed models.is.inves.igated through correlation function analys.s. The open-loop res.ons. of the three models. viz., nonlinear, s.mplified nonlinear, and linearized models. is.analyzed in the MATLAB/s.mulink platform. s.nce the open-loop s.s.em is.uns.able, the experimental validation of the model is.performed with a double-loop Ps. (particle s.arm optimization) PID control s.heme.

In the current s.udy,the calcium copper titanate(CCTO)/epoxy,barium titanate(BT)/epoxy and CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.te s.mples.with variable volume fractions.of CCTO and BT are fabricated us.ng hand lay-up and compres.ion moulding proces.. The compos.te s.mples.are characterized for the frequency dependence on dielectric properties.conductivity,impedance s.ectros.opy and electrical modulus.X-ray diffraction(XrD)repres.ntation of CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.te s.mples.confirmed the pres.nce of both CCTO and BT ceramic s.mples.s.parately. The dielectric characteris.ics.of hybrid CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.te s.mples.with CCTO∶BT ratio of 40∶60, 60∶40,and 50∶50 was.found relatively better than thos. of s.ngle ceramic filler reinforced epoxy compos.tes. AC conductivity analys.s.s.ows.improvement in the res.lts.of hybrid filler-filled CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.tes.in comparis.n with s.ngle filler-filled epoxy compos.te.50∶50 CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.te s.ows.the bes. AC conductivity value of~ 2.2 ×10^(-5) ohm^(-1)·m^(-1) at a higher frequency of 1MHz. The impedance analys.s.confirms.the higher ins.lating properties.for hybrid 40∶60 and 60∶40 CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.tes.with res.ect to the s.ngle and other hybrid ceramic epoxy compos.tes. The analys.s.s.gges.s.the hybrid CCTO-BT/epoxy compos.tes.to be adopted as.a potential dielectric material for energy s.orage devices.and other electronic applications.

Uncertainty is.an important factor that needs.to be cons.dered while analyzing the performance of any engineering *** order to quantify uncertainty,fuzzy s.t theory is.frequently us.d by mos. of res.archers.including energy s.s.em *** to the clas.ical reliability theory,component lifetimes.have cris. parameters.but due to uncertainty and inaccuracy in data,it is.s.metimes.very difficult to determine the exact values.of thes. parameters.in real-world *** overcome this.difficulty in the current res.arch,failure and repair rates.were taken as.triangular fuzzy numbers.to determine the fuzzy availability of a s.s.em undergoing calendar-bas.d periodic ins.ection s.bject to multiple failure modes.FMs..It was.as.umed that each component in the s.s.em had an exponential failure rate and repair rate with fuzzy *** FMs.were explicitly taken into account when a functional s.ate of the s.s.em was.*** FM had a random failure *** the occurrence of any failure,a random time was.s.lected for the relevant corrective repair *** propos.d res.arch was.s.udied for one of the major s.urces.of green energy,namely a wind turbine s.s.em wherein all the derived propos.tions.have been implemented on it.
