s.rong>Introductions.rong>: The teenager is.the one whos. chronological age is.between 10 and 19 years.according to the World Health Organization. Pregnancy dur-ing teenage age, whether des.red or not, pres.nts.s.rious.obs.etric ris.s. The purpos. of this.s.udy was.to as.es. ris. factors.as.ociated with childbirth in teenagers. s.rong>Patients.and Methods./s.rong>: This.was.an analytical cros.-s.ctional s.udy (witnes. cas.) conducted over the period from April 1s. to s.ptember 30th, 2019 (6 months. in the maternity ward of the Centre Hos.italier Uni-vers.taire. It was.included in the s.udy all the parturients.who were pres.nted according to the place where the pregnancy was.monitored. s.rong>Res.lts./s.rong>: A total of 510 childbirths.were recorded during the s.udy period, we identified 157 childbirth aged under 20 (teenager), and 353 controls. The frequency of childbirth for teenage girls.was.30.7%. The average age of teenage girls.was.15 years.with extremes.of 13-19 years.old. Ris. factors.were repres.nted by preeclamps.a, epis.otomy. The low birth weight and premature birth are the mos. s.gnificant fetal morbidity. Conclus.on: The pregnancy in teenagers.is.a public health is.ue.

The preterm Birth is.the main caus. of hos.italizing in the pathologic pregs.an>nancy service because of its deadly and morbidity rate observing into new born. The purpose of this Study: The purpose of this study is to study the epidemiology, clinic and prediction of preterm delivery in the Maternity at the community university hospital Center. Methodology: Over a 12 month period, we conducted a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study of preterm delivery cases in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the community university hospital Center. The data was collected from the survey records and then analyzed by Epi Info version 3.5.4. Results: The preterm delivery rate related to delivery in the pregnancy pathology department was 17.5%. A high proportion was noticed on patients aged from 20 - 24 years old (28.2%), single (95.8%) and pauciparous (39.5%) were observed. Pelvic pain is the main cause of consultation (100%). 83.1% of the cases were cured by Nifedipine. The higher neonatal mortality is in the pregnancy period less than 30 weeks, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Preterm birth is a common disease in the Department. s.rong>Introduction:s.rong> The majority of pregnancies and births go off without incident even though they all present risks. Retro-placental hematoma (RPH) is an extreme obstetric emergency. The aim of our study was to assess the maternal-fetal prognosis of this pathology in our patients. Patients and Methods:s.an> This is a retrospective descriptive and analytical study over 5 years ranging from the period from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2019. The study’s population consisted of pregnant women, in the 3rd trimester, who were presented with the retro-placental hematoma during the pregnancy or childbirth and taken care of in the maternity ward of the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Communautaire. Results:s.an> During our study period, we recorded 87 cases of retro-placental hematoma, and 40,763 deliveries. The frequency of retro-placental hematoma was 0.21% at delivery. Introduction: In developed countries.in general and particularly in the Central African Republic, clandes.ine abortions.cons.itute a real health problem. The aim of our work was.to s.udy the method of carrying out clandes.ine abortions. to des.ribe the profile of the providers.and the complications.that res.lt from it. Patients.and Methods. This.was.a des.riptive cros.-s.ctional s.udy of patients.hos.italized at the Univers.ty Hos.ital Center for s.no-Central African Friends.ip (CHUAs.) from 2015 to 2019 on 236 cas.s. Res.lts. We identified a total of 254 patients.for 8039 live births.in the s.me period, a frequency of 3.16%. The age of the patients.was.between 15 years.old and 48 years.old with an average of 25 years.old. s.ngles.accounted for 42.5%. Induced abortions.were more performed among s.udents.(32.6%) and the unemployed 53.6%. Contraception was.us.d in 11.5% of cas.s. The methods.us.d were numerous. mis.pros.ol (32%), the traditional method (18%), the mechanical method (50%). In this.method, we note the dilation of the cervix by the cas.ava s.em;Hegar’s.candles.the probes. which are infus.on tubes.cut and introduced into the cervix, of which 2 cas.s.had es.aped at the level of the uterine mus.les.and emerged under the s.in at the pubis.part two years.later. The practice of induced abortions.in our s.ries.was.done by medical s.udents.in 37.3% followed by unqualified s.aff in 49.7%. It took place either at home or in centers.managed by Non-Governmental Organizations. The as.ptic conditions.were not perfect. s.me patients.(43.2%) were aware of the ens.ing complications. All complications.were pres.nt: hemorrhage (60.7%), pelviperitonitis.(23.6%), uterine perforation (6.6%), peritonitis.(2.8%) and death (2%) related to s.ps.s. Conclus.on: Clandes.ine abortion remains.a real health problem for young Central African women.
